The Roused.org name, logo, and original site design and code are our property and may not be used without permission. Community contributions remain subject to the license in section 3.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Analysis, transcripts, and summaries generated by the platform — including AI-generated content — may contain errors and are provided for research purposes only, not as statements of fact or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roused.org and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
