10:34Hi everybody. Welcome to today's show.

10:36We got a great show coming with you. uh coming at you today.

10:42We had a great time in Salt Lake City last night. Everybody came out to Salt Lake City. What a fun time that was.

10:47Woo! That was a good time. Thanks to Keith and everybody at Wise Guys and we'll see you this Sunday at Wise Guys in Las Vegas. So, uh get your tickets, go to jimmy.com and then we'll see you May 7th in Burbank, California.

11:03jimmy.com for ticket for tickets. So, um Donald Trump said he's going to close the straight of Hormuz. Now you remember the crate of Harmuz was open and then Donald Trump uh attacked Iran because Israel told him to. So even though everybody in his cabinet except for Hegath said not to, even the head of the CIA, even Marco Rubio, JD Vance, they all told him, he did it anyway.

11:28And uh so he cuz he believed I guess Benjamin Netanyahu or he's completely controlled that it would be as easy as what happened in Venezuela. Well, of course that was wrong and there's no way to win this war. It's a mountainous region. No way to win this war and the United States has pretty much already lost this war. And that's why Trump is begging for a ceasefire, begging Russia.

11:52He took the he he took the sanctions off of Russian oil. took the sanctions off of Iranian oil and now he's blocking the straight of Hormuz. It's it's it's the most inconsistent thing. But anyway, so Iran blocks the straight of Hormuz, starts charging people $2 million countries $2 million for passage. It's going to make them it's going to make them uh close to a hundred billion dollars a year doing that.

12:20And um so Donald Trump went on Maria Barto Romo and um this is what he said.

12:26This is what his his new big idea is.

12:28Maria, >> Mr. President, can you explain to us what is going on right now with the blockade in the street of Hormuz?

12:33>> Well, we're going to be blockading.

12:35It'll take a little while, but it'll be effective uh pretty soon. And we had meetings yesterday. They, as you said, lasted 21 hours. That was a long meeting. We had some very, very good representatives, as you know, JD and Steve and Jared. So we were well represented but we didn't get there on the important issue. They want to have nuclear weapons. They're not going to have nuclear.

12:53>> Okay. So he's got two people who are working against American interests as negotiators. Does Kushner and Whitov the only one there representing the United States is JD Vance. JD Vance is taking orders almost directly from Benjamin Netanyahu just like Trump is. And uh the idea that uh Iran is trying to get a nuclear weapon is again just a rouge for doing whatever Benjamin Netanyahu wants. I'm sorry to say. So he's said now he's going to close the straight of moose. It's already closed. Iran controls it. Well, let's listen to what first of all blockading Iran from having nuclear weapons at this late date. It

13:32it's it's kind of like uh uh blocking Randy Fine from Christy Cream.

13:38Uh anyway, but uh so he's already so now he so that's Trump's big idea is going he's going to block the straight of Hormuz. It's already blocked. Uh so what does that mean for the can the United States do that?

13:51And this is after he took the sanctions off Iranian oil because the whole world is going to go into a major depression if they don't do that. if we don't start getting oil coming out of the the Middle East. And so now he's he he's threatened to annihilate their country. Uh not doing that. Uh so he's bluff bluff bluff. They beg for a ceasefire and uh his latest thing is uh be because the United States walked away from that negotiation on Saturday at the behest of Benjamin Netanyahu who's giving them direct orders >> I think from the the head table, right?

14:29while Trump was handcuffed to a toilet.

14:30>> We're going to get to that in a second.

14:33And uh so now his big idea is he's he's going to block the straight of our moves and not let any ships through, which is ridiculous. Uh because that means that the United States would start a world war with China or start a war with Russia or Japan. And so here's what Scott uh Ritter has to say about it.

14:52>> These ships um come on ladies and gentlemen, look at a carrier battle group. First of all, the ships on the carrier battle group are there to protect the carrier. So, if you have a cruiser or a frigot or destroyer running picket, meaning they're the buffer between Iran's missiles and the carrier, the last thing these picket ships are going to be doing is diverting to intercept the tanker um because now they're off station. So, we're going to need more ships coming in uh to do that.

15:12But as they move to detain, that is an act of war. And so, if I were the Iranian ships or any ship, I would be leaving the straight moves and hugging the coast of Iran and daring the United States to come in. Just say, "Come on in, buddy. Come on." Because those ships will be sunk by the Iranians. This blockade is as porous as I I can't come up with the appropriate metaphor at this point in time, but let's just say there's giant holes in this blockade.

15:30This is a politically motivated blockade that has zero chance of affectuating any impact on shipping coming out of the straight of Hormuz.

15:37>> What happened?

15:38>> So that's the real deal. Uh the United States Navy tries to do a blockade, they will be sunk, they will be attacked, which is why they're hundreds, they're four and 500 miles away from the Iranian coast. Uh, what?

15:53>> Yeah, I asked that today earlier to somebody. By the way, I'm being positive, not like panickins like you, Jimmy. Okay.

15:59>> Golden age.

16:00>> Yeah, golden age, golden hat for the great job Trump. I just saw a great Tim thing. It's part of Trump's secret plan.

16:06Stop panicking.

16:08>> It's Trump's secret plan.

16:12>> His secret plan to uh attack Iran, have them close a thing, threaten a nuclear annihilation to get them to open it. And then when they said no, Trump blinks and says, "Well, now I'm going to double I'm going to double block it."

16:25>> And uh can't do that. As Scott Rder just showed you, you can't do that.

16:31>> If I could vote for president, here's how I'd vote for president again or ever. If I could vote in the Israeli elections, so I'd have some say in who runs America.

16:40>> Yeah. No kidding. Yes. I I would become an Israeli citizen and then vote for president in Israel because that'd have more control over. So, here is uh Larry Johnson. Uh he also talked about he's a former CIA intel analyst and here's his assessment of this. You heard Scott Ritters militarily you can't do it. It's the dumbest thing ever. Uh here's what he says. No, look, the United States uh to uh they're not going to be the US ships are not going to sell up close to within 600 miles of the Iranian coast.

17:12So, they're going to they'll be backed off. We we we saw in mid-March the US Abraham Lincoln. Uh it was roughly about 220 miles off the off the coast of Iran and it got peppered with drones and missile attacks and got some damage and so it okay we're getting out of here there. So so they're about 700 miles offshore.

17:39>> So that's sort of the safe range. So that means right now you've got the Abraham Lincoln. It's got a flat deck that can use with hel because the most likely method that would be used to board and stop ships would be with helicopters. Uh then you've got the two marine muse. Uh they they have a combination of um there are uh there are two they look like aircraft carriers, two flattops and then they have two support ships. One's called an LPD, the other's called an LSD. Not the drug, not but um the still as the farther you get away from shore, the greater the area you have to cover. So yeah, US ships

18:26could uh the US Marines and and Navy, they could possibly stop and and start boarding ships. Then you get into the issue of what flag does the tanker carry? Uh so uh but the but because of that threat that Donald Trump made the it is shut. You know the Iranians were still allowing some ships to go through.

18:50Remains to be seen if that will continue. Uh so if they allow a Pakistani or a Chinese ship or one from India, those three right there have been at the top of the list. Japan was sending ships. uh it puts the United States in this position of then boarding uh foreign the ships of other countries which would be an act of war. So you know Trump Trump's all over the map on this. I mean this is this is genuinely frightening. This is a man who is not in possession of his faculties that there is no critical critical thinking skills have gone >> because it >> or or as the MAGA chud say Trump's art of the deal. Oh my god. He's he knows

19:35exactly what he's doing. Oh my god.

19:37Everything he does is strategic. You can't just take it at face value. When he goes after the pope it's strategic.

19:42When he wants to when he wants to attack Iran is strategic. when he wants to open the screen phone. When he doesn't want it, when he wants to double close his all just strategy, strategy. This guy, you don't understand what a genius he is. He's such a genius. He's completely lost almost every supporter except the maka chuds >> except for all the ones that everybody hated and voted for Trump because they hated those people. Also, uh he he's not in control of his faculties. Does he mean like the White House itself?

20:11What faculties? You mean as president?

20:13Yes, we know Israel is it. So BB cuz re-election is coming up for BB. So he's either going to be president or go to jail, right?

20:20>> So they're going So if there's this ceasefire, uh guess what happens?

20:26Benjamin Netanyahu's trial goes to trial.

20:29>> That's what happens. And so that's why Benjamin Netanyahu doesn't want So let's um No, I forget what this clip is. Let's play it and we'll both find out together.

20:38>> They have no cards. They have no cards.

20:40>> Oh. So, so she's asking uh so the Iranians are not going to give up their right to enrich uranium illegally, right? Not for a nuclear weapon, but for uh power. And they're not going to do they're not they they hold all the cards. And Donald Trump, this is what his reaction to that is. Ready?

20:59>> They have no cards. They have no cards whatsoever.

21:01>> So So if they do not give up that effort, is that the plan? Will you further destruct Iran?

21:08>> Yeah, I will. If they don't give that plan up. Yeah.

21:11>> So if they don't give up that their idea to have legally sanctioned enrichment of nuclear uh nuclear enrichment uh not for a weapon but for power. If they don't give that up, he's going to start bombing them again. That's what he's saying. We're going to do destruction.

21:28Well, here's what Let's go back to the expert on this. Let's go back to Scott Ritter. What do you say to that, Scott?

21:33>> If we resume the war, we're going to lose. There's nothing that's happened militarily that changes the dynamic that already delivered an American defeat.

21:40Um, we don't control the straight of Hormuz and we never will control the straight of Hormuz.

21:44>> So, we already lost, which is why Trump begged for a ceasefire. He already lost and so he wants to res. So, if they don't give into our demands, he's going to he's going to resume the war. Well, we're going to lose it again. We're going to lose it twice now. Hang on.

21:58>> Did we suddenly get more planes and missiles since the last ones they broke?

22:01What is he talking about? Do we have 13 new bases in the spots where we don't have them anymore because they blew them up?

22:07>> They blew up all 13 of our bases in the Middle East. They're all gone. Here we go.

22:11>> If we resume the war, we're going to lose. There's nothing that's happened militarily that changes the dynamic that already delivered an American defeat. We don't control the straight of Hormuz and we never will control the Straight of Hormuz. We cannot collapse the regime.

22:22The more we bomb, the stronger the regime gets. And um I know there's been a lot of you know C7 flights moving around replenishing the uh the the missiles on board the ships getting more defense but you know we will and the Iranians said do whatever you need to do. You'll burn through all your stuff within two days and we'll be right back where we started. The same dynamics in play. Iran controls every aspect of this conflict. We can blow up buildings on the ground. That's all we can do. We don't even know what if you think there's anything of value in any building in Iran today. I've got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. We're

22:48going to go back in there. Donald Trump says he's going to blow things up. Well, you touch a power plant, Donald Trump, and the lights go out throughout the Middle East. every single major uh energy production field in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in the United Arab Emirates disappears, gone. And if you want to play even more stupid games, they'll start taking out desalinization plants and they'll do that in Israel as well.

23:04And that's life terminating. That's the end of modern civilization in this region. And this is where the Iranians are ready to go. Um if that's the game the United States wants to play. This is why we stopped the war because that was we had reached the cap of our escalation capabilities. Had we continued with his civilization erasing threats, there would be no energy coming out of the Middle East for a century. He stopped.

23:22Trump stopped because he understood this that we had. So what's he going to do?

23:25Start all over again? Um so this is why he's taking a new tack, the blockade, but this isn't going to work. A blockade is by definition an act of war. Um so he's in effect declaring war on Iran.

23:33And I anticipate that the Iranians will treat it as a warlike gesture. But I also anticipate that the Alies of Iran are going to sit by and let this happen.

23:39I don't think any Chinese ships are going to say, "Well, we're not going to an Iranian port because of this." I don't think any Russian ships are going to say the same thing. And I don't think the United States Navy's going to get too far boarding and detaining Chinese and Russian flag ships at this juncture.

23:49So Donald Trump is posturing right now.

23:51Let's see where it goes. But there's no place for him to go because the outcome is guaranteed. Continued American military defeat and we lose by not winning and global economic disaster.

24:00>> So when it together, there's only one win here. Trump doesn't get exposed for what's in the Epstein finals. That's the win. All this other you see how it doesn't make sense. He just stopped one thing cuz he's not in control. You could hear in his voice. Yeah. Yeah. That's what I'm going to do. So when so when Donald Trump says this that the Iran has >> they have no cards. They have no cards whatsoever.

24:23>> When he says they have no cards, they have all the cards.

24:27>> The Iran has all the cards. You know who has no cards? Donald Trump. Donald Trump has no cards. The United States has no cards. All the cards are in the hands of the Iranians because if the card that Donald Trump is talking about will hit their power plants or their desalination plants, well then they will wipe out all the power plants in every Gulf state.

24:46the Gulf state will be back into the stone ages because then they don't have clean water and they in the middle of a desert and they have no power and everyone will have to leave Saudi Arabia. Everyone will have to leave Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, everybody will have to leave.

25:02>> Maybe they can move here >> and and they and they'll come here and >> ah you jerk off keep voting >> And so they have all the power. They have all the so Donald Trump black is white, up is down, in is out. And >> well, BB's got to blow up. So, you know, how is BB going to get reelected?

25:22Because keep in mind, a sizable chunk of Israel, as racist as they are overall, doesn't like him and feels like he didn't do a good job because he's he sucks.

25:30>> Yes.

25:30>> So, but the psychopaths that like, no, we're going to keep going until we blow the whole thing up and for good. I'm glad it would be the stone age. I'm religious, right? those people. BB has to kill a huge amount of human beings to satisfy their vicious Lindsey Graham esque bloodlust to stay out of jail and get reelected. So that's why these war things that make no sense and they're going to cause what? World War II. Oh, that's the goal. That's the goal.

25:56>> That's the goal. So, so there's even one worse thing happening right now, right?

26:02So, uh, the Houthis, remember, are on the side of the good guys. They're on the side of Iran. They're on the side of the Palestinians. They're against the terrorist state of Israel. And uh they've pretty much closed down the Suez Canal. But guess what? They've they've promised now. Watch this.

26:17>> All right. Uh I just reported Iran has threatened to close Bob El Mandib, the gateway to the Red Sea, in response to the US blockade of its ports. This would be carried out through its proxy forces in Yemen, the Houthis, whom the United States to whom the United States surrendered by going home.

26:36>> Yeah. Yeah. Well, >> so remember the United States already surrendered to the Houthies.

26:42>> So we've already pretty much surrendered to Iran because our ships got the hell out of there. They're now 700 miles away.

26:49>> And we've already previously surrendered to the Houthis. And now the Houthis are coming back in on the side of Iran. the the Red Sea uh has been effectively closed, you know, for quite some time. I mean, normal it has not been a normal traffic, but this there are still a few ships transited. Um uh now I I would suspect that even if the Houthies go forward with it, they will continue to allow Chinese and Russian vessels to transit the Red Sea, but it'll be closed for everybody else. Again, this the blow that this is having on the global economy is uh really incalculable at this point other than to say it is very

27:26very bad. The uh the right now like one of the headlines on the oil uh front says UK airlines brace for jet fuel crunch that they'll they only have weeks of jet fuel reserves. And what that means is within three to four weeks all of a sudden they're having to cut back on flights. you already have a disruption to air travel because of the war uh in in the Persian Gulf and and and then the restrictions on flying over Russia that is self-inflicted by the West. So, you know, these these are not signs that are pointing to expansion and and then on top of it the the the the prices that people are paying for

28:05tickets. You know, if you bought your tickets three months ago, you're in good shape. You go to buy it today, they're they're paying three to four times the amount that they were paying before. It is incredible increases.

28:15>> Now, Chris just posted this uh map and forgive my ignorance. I didn't realize where Bob El Mandib is. If they close that, that's the equivalent of closing the Suez Canal at the other end of the Red Sea.

28:26>> Correct. Correct.

28:28>> That's the right now. No Israeli ships are allowed to go through there because they use they'd go up uh and then Israel, it's port Iliad is down there on the uh you know up there where Suez Canal Israeli port is up here roughly is where the Israeli port is. They're going to close it off here. It's got no activity. But again, this will this will further uh crush economic activity on a global scale. And uh this this is you got to step back and say what is the strategic goal? What are we trying to accomplish? Uh the >> uh the the strategic goal is to keep the war going for Israel and try to cause

29:06chaos inside of Iran and try to uh uh turn it into Syria or Libya. That's not going to happen. That is not going to happen. It's clear that's not going to happen. And it was a serious miscalculation by Donald Trump. And what what happens because they closed off uh uh the Bob L Mandeb? Well, 4.2 millions of barrels go through there a day.

29:27Significant overlap exists. Mo Red Sea oil originates from the Gulf exporters via Hormuz or the Saudi Bypass pipelines. total unique uh uh all removed from global flow roughly 22 to 25% of the world supply causing severe shortages and price spikes. That's what Donald Trump and Donald Trump >> Hold on just a second. Isn't that when Japan did Pearl Harbor when we with exactly right?

29:52>> Oh, I guess they want us to be in World War II.

29:54>> So Donald Trump is asked directly by Maria Barro about gas prices and watch her face when he says it's going to be they're going to be higher. you. So, do you believe the price of oil and gas will be lower before the midterm elections?

30:08>> I hope so. I mean, I think so. It could be. It could be or the same or maybe a little bit higher. But >> do you see her eyes?

30:15>> It could be a little bit higher. That That's where her Well, >> sir, the midterms. She said, >> "Sir, gas prices are going to be even higher."

30:24Yes, cuz everybody >> You're not going to get advanced presidency if he does this.

30:28>> This is Yeah. Uh, anyway, we got to go.

30:31We got to get We have a guest coming on.

30:32I just wanted to get that out there quickly. Um and um it's it's un it's it is uh I >> look at the shock on her face.

30:43>> The shock she's shocked.

30:45>> Hey, she's got nice eyes. I never noticed until she was shocked by the dumb Trump said.

30:49>> This can't get it. It's It's I thought it couldn't get worse of a show.

30:54It's getting it's it's just never ending.

30:56>> Oh, yeah. No, it's not that it can't or can't. It will.

30:59>> They try to ground it. They tried tried a ground invasion. They got destroyed.

31:03They tried it just like I said they were going to. They tried it. They they tried to bring that. They tried to use an old airfield and all the whole deal and all.

31:12And then they used the cover story that we went in to save a pilot. It's all over. This is not this not winnable. And Donald Trump doesn't know how to get out of this because he's controlled by Benjamin Netanyahu. And that's a fact.

31:24All right. We if you like to hear my jokes about this, come see me this Sunday in Las Vegas, May 7th in Burbank, California. And let's take a break and we'll be right back with our guest.

31:35>> Hey, Maria Morero was born in 1907 when horses still shared the streets with cars. She lived through two world wars, the Spanish Civil War, and the rise of the internet. When she passed away in August of 2024 at 117 years old, she was the world's oldest oldest person. After her death, researchers examined something remarkable. Her gut microbiome was remarkably diverse in beneficial bacteria. When scientists studied other similar people, they found similar patterns, greater microbial diversity, and stronger gut balance. Traits linked to immune health, heart health, and even brain health. Your gut microbiome isn't

32:16just about digestion. It reflects how well your body adapts and functions over time. When your gut stays diverse and supported, you gain strength instead of losing it as the years add up. That's why Maria's story matters. Longevity isn't one miracle solution. It's about daily habits that nourish your internal environment. Consuming kimchi is the strongest and simplest way to help replenish beneficial bacteria and maintain microbial balance. That's why Brightcore created Kimchi 1, delivering the benefits of fermented kimchi in a convenient capsule form to help restore your gut's natural balance every day.

34:25Jimmy door.

34:28>> Hi everybody. Welcome back. We have special guest with us. I'm very excited to bring on Lionel. He's a former prosecutor, licensed trial lawyer, as well as a media and legal analyst. His YouTube channel is Lionel Nation and his Twitter to X channel is Lionel Media.

34:45Welcome to the show, Lionel. Love you, buddy.

34:48>> Thank you, sir.

34:49>> Thank you, sir.

34:50>> So great to have you on the show. I've been I've been watching you and uh and your coverage of uh you know you have a great way with words much better than myself even though I'm supposedly a professional communicator but I just uh I just love listening to your um the you really know how to frame things like nobody else especially when it comes to the Erica Kirk and the TPUSA Charlie Kirk Candace Owens everybody should check out Lionel's channel it it's it's uh it's like listening to music almost what what I and um it's really well done. Well done. Let let me just uh so what what got you so interested in the

35:31Charlie Kirk assassination and the Candace Owens angle to it?

35:35>> Well, this is a perfect story. In fact, people are asking maybe maybe uh you get this too, but I get I get this. Would you stop talking about this? What the hell is so interesting about this story?

35:46For God's sakes, this woman lost her husband. We're We're We're at war. You got the Straight of Hormuz. I don't even know where the hell the Straight of Hormuz is or I didn't even know it was straight. And you're talking about this crap. What the hell's the matter with you? For God's sakes. And I'm thinking, you don't know anything about this. You know, Jimmy, I I'm probably older than you, but there was a time in our life when we used to like stories like Falcon Crest and and and Dynasty and Knots Landing. And there were these these characters, these people that were these complex specifically women from Kella

36:18Deville to name it. I didn't understand how this thing happened and I followed Candace, loved her to death. Thought she was terrific. But I thought, okay, fine.

36:30All of a sudden, she brings up this story about about Charlie Kirk. They make the mistake of going after her. So she says, "All right." There's a great line from Jack Reacher, the first Jack Reacher, where Tom Cruz is about to kill this guy and crush his gonads in this fight. And before he does this, he looks at him, he says, "Remember you wanted this." So whenever Candace engages, it's like, "Remember, you wanted this. You didn't. We weren't enemies, but if you want me, ask me what she thinks." So anyway, so here they came and I thought Erica Kirk and and I thought at first, oh for God's sake, let this person two

37:11things got me. First, the creepiest, ghoulish, ferial, lubrious, sick. I don't even know what it is. Morabind necromancy. I don't know what the words are. when she lay a top her husband's corpse >> highlighting his hands. I'm thinking you there is if there's a hell you're in the smoking section, dear God, this can't be. And then she's like this. Did you get this shot? Did you get it? By the way, where's the funeral? Where's his parents? Where are the kids? Then then I thought, okay, you know what? Oh, people look, we all grieve. I'll give her that one. Then came the creepy Zoom call six days later and all of a sudden

38:01she starts off with this, "Hey guys, how's that merch?" It was like Glenn Gary, Glenn Ross, you know, you know, coffees for closers. Come on, let's go, go, go. The hats, the hats, the keychains. What are you doing that? I thought this, no, no, no. This this this can't be happening. And then Candace goes in and she brings up a perfect juosition. She says, "Look at look at Kobe Bryant's wife who was just so so bereff. She just said, "Look, I can't talk." She didn't say, "By the way, that's Lakers.com. Lakers.com for you to see."

38:33>> Another one, too, was the greatest one was when you saw at um during the State of the Union, >> Arena Zer, the the the mother of the young Ukrainian girl who was stabbed viciously.

38:47>> Yes.

38:48This is a woman who had not a d a tear left who was spent. This is this is the natural arc or trajectory of of of sorrow. Candace Candace Eric is doing kind of a dinner theater where this is her scene where she does this thing where boom boom boom. Now, I'm not saying Jimmy that there's uh anything in this thing, but you know, and I know on theater sometimes people say, "How will I cry on command?" And the stage manager says, "You want me to show you?" And all of a sudden, they hit you with this camper thing and you're you're But here's the thing, too. Ask anybody who's ever cried before. Ask Ask anybody who's

39:33ever lacrimmated, dare I say.

39:36What happens? What is What is a handkerchief for? It's the sneezing. You blow your nose, you're connected. She never blows her nose. It's always like this. Two dabs this performative.

39:47It's there is she has one act. So anyway, all of a sudden we thought, "Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait. This is it. This is it. This is it." And then these people, please don't think of me as sexist, but women said this laser got it because this is schmaltz. It's a work.

40:11It's wrestling. It's And she is so far gone. And instead of them really her saying, "Listen, we got to work on this acting. We got to work on this routine."

40:20It got worse and worse and worse and worse and worse. And then came, as you know, this deep dive. You know, I think there's there's a lot of spooks and intel people saying, "I thought this stuff was secret. We know everything."

40:34Candace says, and then the fourth LLC, and then in 2025, there was a they they they closed down the we know her her corporate records, Lori Fran, and the the father who it's it's beautiful. It's labyrinthine.

40:52It just never ending. And just when I think, okay, that's it. Now we got Lori Fran is a spy or was a spy or with a tesseract school and and and the the please I'm I'm I'm losing my mind. You hit a nerve here.

41:10How about How about Erica? Her story is like, "Hey, here I am. I'm a I'm a girl.

41:16Here's here's my sizzle reel for my you know thing. Hey, here's my boyfriend.

41:19We're we're doing it. We're doing it.

41:21I'm here. Then he goes, "Nah, it doesn't work. Let me go for the pious, you know, the school momm." And there I was. I never went outside. I never dated. I never dragged the drinks. I just want to go home and read the Bible. That's all I want to do. Yeah.

41:38>> Wait a minute. How about this story? I was walking down the street with mama and somebody comes up and says, "You got to help us. What can I do, sir? Would you please run for Miss Miss Arizona?

41:50Please take one for the team. All right.

41:53If you insist. Okay. I I don't know nothing about birthing no babies or running no patches, but and I'll be dog on if I want. Meanwhile, she's you don't you don't get recruit. I mean, just has she ever said anything. So anyway, so that about wraps that up. That's that's my interest. She see, you know, if you follow this case closely, which I do and I'm sure you do, which is that it seems Erica Kirk is unable to speak without lying. I mean, people talk about Trump, but this I think she outdoes him and she just makes up stuff and and that is what uh that is the hallmark of an op, right?

42:32Her whole life is an is a scop. Uh what what other 17-year-old beauty queen goes to uh u start goes to start uh helping traffic children in an orphanage right in in in Europe, Eastern Europe. And then she's working with the military.

42:49How does that h how does that all So it's And then she's lying about it at every step, right? She lied about like you said, she lied about she didn't date. She lied about she didn't drink.

42:57Just the littlest things and then >> Right. Exactly. And she doesn't care.

43:01It's like there is no she she how how many people do industrials for for for the for the CIA for EMPs where it goes I don't know I mean look she acts like she's Vanna White or she's at the at the Javit Center at a car show you know holding a sign no you are a a singular you don't just get this gig but but the other part too was that's look there's there's four parts of this number one there's the crime the oh and This is great as a lawyer. Yeah, this is wild. The the uh Tyler Robinson case is one thing. Then there's the idea of the the real identity. It's like, okay, who really did what? You know, he might have

43:47been there, but the third one is what's the motivation? And the fourth, of course, is Erica. And this there there must be but but one last word. She's not a psychopath. She's not a sociopath. She's not even that deep.

44:03She has no con her world. Remember being there with Chanty Garders?

44:10>> That's her hers is whatever her she she has a clicker and she just changes the channel. I said, "I'm going to try this one out. I'm going to try this. I think I'm going to be I'm going to be uh I'm She never says Jesus. She says to the Lord." Never mentions her kids. Quick, Erica, what what what's your kid's name?

44:28>> Jimmy.

44:29Give me a hand. Jimmy J. Anyway, no clue. All of a sudden, she she has these. Listen, I bless Bless Charlie Kirks. This guy was a rube. He fell off the turnup truck. He didn't know what he got into with this. Come on, Jimmy.

44:45We've been around. We've seen this. He didn't know. She knew exactly. I don't know what his story was, but she probably, you know, rocked his world.

44:54and he said and that he had no idea. And by the way, I'm not suggesting she had anything to do with any of her. There's no evidence of it. I mean, nothing's impossible. So, I'm not saying that. But my god, how she overcame this so quickly. And how about all of the men she meets? How about when she's meeting with Trump and he's like this and she's and then when she grabs JD Vance from behind the head, let go, let go, let go, let go. I mean, you can't you can't believe this. The Tyler Robinson case. I don't know if you want to get to that.

45:32>> Yeah, let's get Yeah, definitely. Let's get into that.

45:35>> Your rendition, by the way, see, Jimmy, trial law is about telling the jury the facts, not the law. Telling people, let me get this straight. You talked about the breaking down the gun. Now there's this I got this thing with him. I put together a chair. I makes a hell of a weapon. But he's going to sit there and say, "Okay, let me take this thing.

45:56Dirty sakes. Hang on a minute. Hang on.

45:58Take the thing off. Hang on." And my fed goes, "Oh, grandpa's going to kill me.

46:03Granddaddy is going to I got that shooting iron. That's the least of your worries. What are you talking about?"

46:08Anyway, >> so he takes it apart. Okay. Sticks it down his pants, I guess. And he puts it back together again.

46:15and he's got to calibrate the the scope.

46:18Then he tells his girlfriend or boy, whatever this thing is, I love you. Hey, would you do me a favor? Would you do me a solid? Would you go get the get the rifle for me? I left it. What? Would you go over there? Listen, don't law lawyer up. Be careful. Would you just help me out? The stories don't make any sense.

46:36But here's the best part. Some of these the folks online are terrific. There might have been two versions of this.

46:43The first version, as you know, was when he said, "Well, I'm not going to turn myself in. No way am I going to get languish for the rest of my life as some cell." Uh-uh. I'm going to go out with a bang. Top of the world, ma. Top of the world. Well, that's not the one they used. They used the first one that says, "I think I'm going to turn myself in."

47:05And they probably thought, "Oh, God, no.

47:08Stop." And they probably told their operatives, "No, no, no. Plan B. Abort.

47:13Abort. What? But we have all this all this text messages. No, he he he turned himself in. He what? Yeah. Who the hell's in charge of this? Don't you know what we're supposed to? He's supposed to, you know. Well, he didn't do it. And by the way, he turned himself in not to not to admit, but because they told him, "If you don't, there's gonna you're going to have red dots all over you one day. You're going to wake up." So, the narrative's gone. But Jimmy, be careful. They're going if I I I don't want to say this, but if he's if he's ever Epstein, I'll be nobody's going to be surprised with that one. Nobody.

47:55Because if there's no Remember, no Tyler, no case, no problem. And G, guess what, old June Bug or Luna, whatever the other one's name is in Texas. Same goes for you, honey, because you're an accessory. Did anybody offer you immunity? Because if you testify, the first thing out of your mouth should be, "I'm taking the fifth. I'm not going to answer anything about anybody." I mean, this boom.

48:19>> So, here here's exactly what you were talking about, Sam Parker. Uh, >> great.

48:24>> Sam Parker, who's been great on this, he says, "The original plan was for Tyler Robinson to be killed in a shootout, just as we suspected." So, follow closely because it's a little confusing.

48:34And the newly there's been newly released text messages which trace back to the first being divulged by the FBI by Lance Twigs at what that Lance Twigs which was uh Tyler's lover. Lance Twigs at 1:00 a.m.

48:51>> Uh uh September 12th, uh the same nightmare that Tyler turned himself in, the same nighttime that Tyler turned himself in. Tyler allegedly states he's going to call the cops to a certain location and then go out on my own terms. I have no intention of being drugged through the courts. He says in these texts these messages were meant to be the paper trail for the shootout that the conspirators had planned for him.

49:18That was their version 1.0. Okay, that's what they that was the original plan was to say these were the texts that he sent and then they were going to have this shootout and that's why and that was going to justify it. And uh but that's not what Tyler did. He didn't call the cops and go out on his own terms.

49:38>> Fake God and family member something or somebody intervened. He didn't follow whatever the original plan was. He turned himself in instead, ruining the shootout plan the conspirators had pre-arranged for the pathy. That's why the text messages in the indictment from September 16th say that I'm going to turn myself in willingly. These messages were the adjustments made in the aftermath of Tyler turning himself in on the evening of the 11th, ruining the plan. These messages were actually version 2.0. So the text messages we all saw from the FBI, those were their second plan that had when they scrambled

50:21because he didn't Tyler didn't follow through with the first plan and show up and get himself killed.

50:27>> And when you're the usual psychic in Las Vegas and the Butler guy and Lee Harvey, at least you can say, "Let's get him when he's there with the with granddaddy shooting iron. Get him there." and some eagle-eyed cop, you know, dispatches him on the spot. Well, guess what? He was nowhere near there. Y >> that's the part. He's walking around and all of a sudden you hear this and he probably thought somebody's shooting.

50:54It's me. Me? He's the only guy ever to be a part of a conspiracy he didn't know about. He didn't know any of the people.

51:00How can you do that? But listen, Jimmy, comes down to this. I'm a lawyer. I'm going to say great. Let's tee it up.

51:08Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I represent this guy here, Tyler. Now, here's what we're going to do. They have got to prove beyond into the reason beyond to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt that this was aggravated murder that he shot Charlie.

51:22He So, what do they have? Two things.

51:25Eyewitness. Nope.

51:26>> Nope.

51:27>> A confession. We'll get to that in a moment. They think there's a confession.

51:30Well, it depends what you mean by confession. You see, there might be a summary. There might for this guy, he never really lands on it. Yeah, guys, it was me. It was you. What? Well, it was what? What do you mean it's me? What does that mean? Sounds like a like like a self-help book. It's me. What does that mean? Me? Um, uh, oh, he the the you you have to authenticate these things, too. If all of a sudden I come in and that they've got, hey, Jimmy Doors left all these nodes here. Excuse me, I have to authenticate this. Anybody know your handwriting? Let me look at this. Who says this? Not only that, when

52:09you have text messages, we have a thing called the best evidence rule, which I don't want to get into, but I just can't talk about things that I read. I can't tell you about, well, you know, there was a the contract said this, the sticker said this, the sign said this.

52:22It's like, wait a minute. You're talking about a document here. So also you need to have somebody come in who knows what they're doing and authenticate that this message came from his phone and that that phone is what this because you know and I know whether it's any of these big tech folks who maybe are spooks or palenteer or god knows who they can make you say anything you could admit to you know killing the count rishelu whatever on your phone so they have to authenticate this not to mention when they actually Ask act ask act ask act ask act ask act ask act ask act ask act ask act ask act ask act ask ask them

52:58twigs uh did did he tell you well I'm I'm summarizing and I know you're not supposed to do this I know that defendants are not supposed to take the stand but I would tell them tyler you're in on the trial for your life you're going to get your ass there and I'm going to ask you questions and I want that jury to see just what a dumbass you are and I'm going to say this is the killer and I'm going to say did you do this no id did you admit to it no I was there I might have been there. I There's no such thing as that. So, let's assume let's assume that I say, "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, if you go back

53:34and you find him guilty best on a based rather on a confession, would you tell me where it was? I can't find it. Where is it? He didn't confess. He It's a guy who turns himself in, goes to the sheriff's office and says, "I'm not going to talk to you. I'm going to Miranda." Oh, no. No. I'm not going to tell you. I'm going to turn myself in.

53:52I'm not going to tell you. I'm gonna tell my parents in kind of cryptic, weird, coded messages. So, let's let's just throw that out of the way. There is nothing. Then we talk about the gun and they say, "Well, there's no match, Jimmy. This is a lint brush. There's no match here either. There's no connection to the murder. This lint brush is as relevant as that rifle. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to file a motion to suppress and a motion in limony that says nobody's going to mention a rifle because once they see that big thing with a rifle, they're going to think of the manic or caro.

54:28They're going to hearken back because there's no connection there. Not only that, I want to find out what is what is the me. So, what what's in what what did they get out of out of uh Charlie?

54:41Fragments metal ore or or plastic?

54:46There's all kind you've heard it from exploding microphones to whatever it is.

54:51Also, if you thought the magic bullet was good with JFK, this thing goes in, hits a cervical kind of goes down, goes up, it it it granulates, it atomizes, it just pulverizes because if his diet, I mean, this story is there's nothing there. So, if I kick out the gun and if I kick out the admission, guess what, folks? That's not guilty. And there's no way they're going to let this guy walk.

55:19Capich? No way. He can't because they're gonna because all this stuff, this was supposed to be taken care of.

55:27>> Yep. That's exact. Well, >> and all they had to do if you wanted to get rid of Charlie, you could have done it very very easy. Much easier.

55:33>> But they wanted to do this publicly.

55:35>> Grand style. Grand. So, let me just let's just get back to just so if people aren't exactly clear on what what's happening with this new release of these new text messages. And the kicker is spoiler alert, they're not even going to use any of these text messages in the trial. They've already admitted that.

55:53But let's go back to what they're now releasing because there's two different there's the text messages 1.0 and text messages 2.0. And so, let's go to this.

56:03when Lance Twigs shared the text messages from the original plan on what was essentially also the evening of the 11th, 1:00 am September 12th is basically the night of the 11th. The conspirators hadn't yet had time to react to Tyler going off the script. All Lads had at that moment was version 1.0 where he was going to get himself killed. So that's what he shared and that's what made it into the FBI file and that's what's been newly released.

56:33By September 16th, the conspirators had had time to react and they forged new false messages of Tyler saying he was going to turn himself in because that's what Tyler ended up doing. Again, these were version 2.0, 0. But the text that Lance Twig shared the night Tyler turned himself in reflected the original plan, version 1.0. Tyler was going to meet the cops and go out on his own terms.

57:02Remember, he didn't want to be drugged through the courts. But you don't turn yourself in if you don't want to be drugged through the courts. So, they had planned to mow Tyler down, release version 1.0, 0 fake text messages of Tyler saying he was going to go out on his own terms and wrap everything up in a nice little bow. What's that they say about the bestlaid plans of Men? Tell me if I'm reading this wrong. So, here it is. September 16th indictment text left version 2.0. Newly released text messages from the early morning of September 12th below. So, here it is.

57:36So, here's what they're going with. I'm going to turn myself in willingly. One of my neighbors is here at a deputy for the sheriff. But here's what the original, >> right, >> Tyler? Not yet. But I have no doubts that they will be on me within the hour and I will give my location up and going out on my own terms. I have no intention of being drugged through the courts in front of the country. Can I come see you? After that, I can call my dad and see if he's willing to help me or not.

58:05So that So let's go a little bit farther. We're supposed to believe that in the same message conversations between Tyler Robinson and Lance Twigs, the following contradictions happened.

58:16Tyler worries about retrieving the gun because he doesn't want to leave any evidence behind, but then he had already planted a note and now sends a bunch of messages leaving a ton of evidence behind. He then says he's sorry to involve Lance Twigs, but then he involves Lance Twigs.

58:34>> Yeah. He says he's sorry about being the one that killed Charlie and assertively explains that he needed to kill Charlie to stamp out hate. He says he wanted to take the secret to his grave, but then he confesses to the crime to all his discord buddies, then says he's going to willingly turn himself in.

58:51>> Yeah.

58:52>> He says he wanted to live to old age, then decides to go out on his own terms with the cops. Now, he says he doesn't want to face a court system, but then he willingly turns himself in to face the court system. These are all the contradictions in one text message. And after that wild conversation full of nothing but immediate contradictions, he confessed to his parents, retired detective friend, and LDS bishop, and posted his confession to Discord right before turning himself in. And then he refused to confess to the cops, right?

59:25So he confessed to his parents, he confessed to his discord, but then when he eventually does turn himself in, he doesn't confess. Did I miss any other contradictions? Yes, you did. And if that's still not enough, the prosecutor's written argument opposing the defense's motion for delay continuance of the preliminary hearing says this. Get this. The state does not intend to offer evidence obtained through forensic extractions of electronics seized in this case. Meaning that all those messages that are being publicly released aren't even going to be used in the prosecution. What the f?

60:00What do you say to all that, Lionel?

60:02>> Well, what are you gonna use? This is what I'm gonna say. Tell me right now.

60:06You've got to prove number one, some kind of agency, something. Are you going to use a conf because nobody saw it.

60:13You're going to use some kind of admission, right, Mr. Prosec? And this is the way you you would speak. I would say, prosecutor, Jimmy, what are you going to do? Show me tell me what you're going to do just so that I know. And you can and also you also want to get the judge involved because you're going to tell the judge parathetically, "Hey, judge, guess what? Is this an elected official position you're in? Yeah. Guess what? Guess what? You're gonna you're you're going to make Judge Ido look like learned hand when we get done with this one. You better punt this dog cuz you're going to end up looking like a fool. Do

60:43you understand what we're doing here, judge? Whoever you pulled the wrong case with this one. It's a dog. So ask them how are you going to prove it? Because all because the idea of the preliminary hearing is do you have enough? You got to have probable cause. in the definition of probable causes. He probably did it. So that's okay. But here's the thing. Tell me now, let's assume you're going to do what? I I'm I'm telling you, don't be surprised if Tyler gets on the stand and say, "I never said any of this stuff." And what if they get Lance who says, "He never said this, but what's all this business?

61:15Where where did this come from?" I don't know. Then there's no gun, there's no rifle, there's no nothing because there's nothing to link it. Remember, this is a lint brush. I could bring that in. Now, what if I walked in, Jimmy, what if you walked in and you said you you show up at Orum or wherever the hell this place is and you say, "I'm gonna beat these people to it." You say, "Hi, listen to me. I'm Jimmy Door and I did it." Just Here you go. All right. I did it. I killed him. What do you mean? I did it. I did it. I was there. Look, here's a picture of me with a smile.

61:44Look, I'm taking a selfie. That's me. I did it. Now, arrest me. They say, "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait a minute. How do we know you did it? Look, I'm telling you I did it. You arrest this guy. He didn't even tell you he did it. I'm telling you I did it." They wouldn't arrest you. I know.

61:57>> Where's your gun? They don't have a gun either. I got a lint brush. That'll do.

62:01They would say, "Get out of here. You're crazy." So, you know, some people would say, they go, "No, Lionel, they do have the gun." But what you don't understand is they can't match it up with ballistics. A But, but even more suspicious is that when the uh the bomb sniffing gun dogs went over there, they couldn't find the gun. The cops couldn't find the gun. Nobody could find the gun.

62:22The FBI shows up and the minute the FBI shows up, they find the gun. So you tell me >> why the You know why the dogs couldn't smell could couldn't smell the dog?

62:30>> Cuz it never was fired, >> right?

62:33>> Cuz that gun was never fired.

62:34>> They can smell a fish fart. They They can They can Are you kidding me? And all of a sudden they're sniffing around.

62:41They're going, "What is it? What?" And not even even residue from whatever.

62:45They never took GSR testing of him, I don't think. His clothes, his cheeks, any any any p Also, if we get to this point, if we get to this, I want to bring in my experts and I'm going to bring in Gunnery Sergeant Jimmy Door, US Marine Corps, retired. I'm going to say, "Gnunny, did you try to do this?" I sure did. Did you use your weapon? I sure did. And you're good at this, right?

63:08I've got to get angle. I got to get temperature. I got to get all this stuff. It's It's to get this shot here, which looked like an exit w. But anyway, I'm going to do this. And this guy first time using this iron this crappy scope the breathing not shaking this is your fir this is this is opening night man you got this is it and you're going to be Lee Harvey you know Robinson this is your shot and you did it perfectly and like you said let me take it apart let me >> and put it back together again none of it makes any sense then we get into the idea of we haven't even looked at forensics. I want to see a picture of

63:50him. I want to see wounds. I want to see everything. And I'm going to bring in my Michael Bodens and everybody else that I've got there. I'm gonna say, "Look at this. What is this consistent with?"

64:01Just for the And somebody might say, "You know what? Let's stop." No. No. I want the world to know we found plastic.

64:08This isn't even metal. What's this? Then you get into the whole thing about they may say, "Cut, cut." Because remember though, I'm going to go back to what I'm saying. If something, God forbid, happens to Tyler. This is moot. It's over. Yeah.

64:25>> It's done. We move on. So this guy, you better pick him up, take him to a to an Air Force base or a hospital, which is what they do. You put him in a room with all kinds of sensors, cameras that can tell drops in in in temperature. There's something called noose on a bun. The black art of poison is so good. Jimmy, I could give you something every single day and you're drinking and you're fine.

64:50And then I give you this other stuff.

64:51Seems like a sandwich. No big deal. And when this binary thing kicks, all of a sudden you are night and the residuals will be potassium elevated or nothing big. They can do so much stuff. This guy's walking around and he I don't think he realizes it. And I got news for Twigs. He's walking around in Texas and there he's waving to people and say, "Do you Oh, what about the FBI? Agree to protect him at first, then they say, you know what? You're on your own." Yeah.

65:19>> What?

65:20>> Yep.

65:21>> When they pull the security detail, that's a hint.

65:24>> Yeah. Yeah. It's just like that. Like the Secret Service guy when they they he was told to leave HJFK's car. He's like, "What's going on?" That's exactly what they're doing.

65:33>> Ex precisely. So, um, do you have a theory of the case of what actually happened?

65:41>> Oh, >> well, >> well, before before we get to that, let me ask you this. You cuz you're because you're, you know, you're a lawyer and you know about this kind of stuff. Do you find anything suspicious or shady or out of the ordinary how his defense team got uh created?

65:57>> You know, I don't there there were some questions about conflicts of interest.

66:03Uh, I don't know. I got news for you.

66:06Unless you're there in the courtroom, unless you really see and talk to these people, you don't know anything. They could be the best. They might just be, you see, remember one thing for these quote preliminary hearings. Your strategy is you're the defense. You don't say anything. Bring it on. Show me what you got. Prove your case. Now, normally if there's a case where they go to the grand jury where they've already established probable cause by virtue of the indictment, we don't have preliminary hearing. But this is different. So you just want to sit back and say, "Go ahead. Let me see what you

66:35got. Bring it on. Let me see." And then they dump like 12 gig. There were more pages than stars in the firmament. You know, they got to go through this. We've seen this before.

66:46>> But they're they're going to be extending this. They're going to be continuing this. They're going to give him the chance.

66:52>> But what's going to happen is there's Oh, what about this? Here's Erica. It's like Jimmy Swagger. Hail sin. She goes, "I forgive him."

67:02>> Yes. But I'm also filing a motion for speedy trial to to railroad this guy's ass and get him out of there. Because in Utah, unlike a lot of states, >> the Sixth Amendment, you you have a right to a a a public speedy trial, it's the defendant's right. Here, they kind of have like, listen, we'll take it under advisement, you know, to speed this up, you know, move it on down the line. So she concominantly wants to give him I forgive him, but as far as your your your your trial goes right up yours, buddy. You're on your own. You're going to be packing cracking rocks upstate showering with people you don't

67:38want. That's fine, but I forgive you for the record.

67:41>> Yeah. All right. So, G, let's go to your theory of of the case.

67:46>> Okay. In terms of what who did what?

67:48>> Yeah. Like how what what do you have a theory on what actually happened and who's involved? who might because it's obvious there's an FBI cover up happening and everybody at TPUSA is lying through their teeth. So, they're part of the cover up. I don't I can't say they were part of the the assassination, but they're definitely part of the cover up as far as I can can tell. So, I have a theory of it, but I'm just wondering if you have a theory.

68:11>> My my the way, put it this way, the way I would do it is I would make sure nobody knows anything. I want everybody Did you see how these people are standing around here? Standing there next to them. If you if I told you, "Hey, Door, listen. The shots coming in at 10:15. Stand next to him." Yeah. I hope he doesn't miss. You're gonna say, "I'm not getting anywhere near here. God forbid a gust of wind." And they're walk. So, I mean, these the the the people that obviously people are looking at foreign, you know, the whole Joe Dent thing, the foreign part. You have people exculpating themselves immediately

68:46before anybody even called them. And you know how that goes. You have foreign.

68:50One of the people though that if you think about this who would have a motive for this somebody somewhere wants to go out with a bank. So who really wants to have a motive? One of the ones that I would and I'm not suggesting this but I would like to see who in you know one of the things that Charlie did before is he says I I want a kind of a doze review of this. I don't know where all this money.

69:09Do you see these people they take a Gulfream a G I've never been on a private plane in my life. They take this >> they they they take it to go to 7-Eleven. They take a plane. Yes. So, where's all this money going? And you see their homes.

69:22>> Yes.

69:23>> These people >> and all the shell companies that they have and Yes. I mean, the Wolves and Finance have done great work on this.

69:31>> And I don't want to do any I don't want to go DEI on you, but is there a brother in the group? This looks like some kind of Aryan. I don't know like boys from Brazil. This like this chromosomeal like who are these people? But I would like to see is there anybody there who might figure, you know, this is not going well with any investigations. So if this were to look like some stupid stage, you know, it's a robbery, take the wallet, nobody knows, I want something big. And I would, my question was, if I was there, I would have sealed that area off. Nobody would leave. I'm going to take pictures of everybody. You're not

70:08going to go. And the last thing I'm going to do, Jimmy, is pave it.

70:11>> Pave over it. Remember after JFK, what did they do? They immediately cleaned the car.

70:17>> Yep.

70:18>> And they also fixed the windshield from the bullet that entered >> the opposite direction, which destroys it. So, we can talk about who was it.

70:30>> Something tells me that when we find out, it's somebody who wanted to make it look like something else. something that I don't know why I have to I have to know more about the trajectory. I have to know what's in him before I guess who could be anybody. But I do think this as far as foreign entanglement look you know and I know Charlie was an important person. He was a big he was a he was he was a you know a mocker a big guy but I do not believe that with all of the anti- sentiment regarding all kinds of countries in the world that he was that critical and that important that he must be removed to

71:06stop the negative publicity that's coming our way. Are you kidding? He was a part of it. So I but then again that that implies that people are rational.

71:16Now what's your theory? My theory is that he had woken up to the fact that TPUSA was a Zionist uh construct from the beginning. Uh as well as his wife was a honeypot put into his life that the people closest to him were all all scops working uh for whatever organization maybe through the Mossad, maybe not. Maybe with the CIA, maybe some of them had their own self-motivation because they were committing financial crimes. I think it was a combination of things. I think the fact that if you look at um Mikey McCoy, his reaction to when Charlie got shot or got uh imploded or exploded with his microphone, whatever it was, happened

71:58before he even fell off the chair. Mikey McCoy was on the phone and he walked away and their excuse was that that Charlie had beaten into their head, pounded into them that if something happens to me, you immediately call Erica. I I would just like to see how they if they if they ever try to practice this. Okay, practice. Mikey, if I get shot, what do you do? I call 911.

72:19No, you don't call. You call Erica.

72:21Mikey, let's try this again. I get shot.

72:23What do you do? I get you first aid. No, you call Erica. Okay, let's try it again. Mikey, what if I What do you do if I get shot? I make sure the ambulance is coming. No, you make you call Erica and you have six lugs jam me into an SUV and I'm my legs are hanging out the car all the way to the hospital and we pass by the first hospital. We go to the one farther away and then that SUV gets cleaned like JFK's limo and immediately sold. That's >> By the way, Go ahead.

72:49>> By the way, Jimmy, if anything happens to me, make sure you get all of the SD cards out of all of the cameras. Leave the cameras. They're worth a fortune, but get the get the SD cards and start going like I mean, I don't even know where to where do we start with this thing? Who?

73:07>> But the thing is, go ahead, sir. So, I think that Mikey McCoy, my uh opinion, my theory is he was he was definitely in on it. And I think that Brian Harpole, his security guy was in on it because they got caught lying about the drones.

73:23They got caught lying about doing the walkound and securing the PL. They don't You don't have a guy looking at the roof. Really, you don't. A You don't have a guy looking at the It's a small space. People again, just like Butler, Pennsylvania, people in the crowd saw somebody on that roof. Guess who didn't?

73:39His million-dollar security team. None of the campus police. None of the city police. Nobody saw him except the guys in the crowd. So there >> they didn't >> And what's that?

73:50>> And they and then they didn't fire the security team. And the security team didn't have they say they have weeks. He Brian Harpole said in his interview, he said weeks ahead of time they plan this stuff out and how everything's going to work. Well, he had another engagement at another college the week the next week.

74:06They had no airline tickets. They had no hotels. They had no logistics planned out. So they knew he wasn't. So there was definitely his security team was in on it. And I think definitely Mikey McCoy was in on it. And the fact that they keep lying about not only that, but their planes Erica and Tyler Boyer are being caught by Candace lying about the planes and when they flew to you saw you saw if you watch Candace. It's unbelievable what she's uncovering and and also Baron Coleman. They're lying about that. There was another shooter now that Baron Coleman has discovered that there might have been another

74:38people have reported seeing another shooter and you never hear about that other shooter. There's all kinds of stuff. So there's a I think there were a lot of people with fornowledge. Baron Coleman thinks Erica Kirk had fornowledge and I think that Charlie Kirk had figured out that everybody around him was dirty which is why he c he ordered the Doge thing and why he had turn they lied about his meeting at the Hamptons and they lied about Benjamin Netanyahu offering him money to go along with it and you know it was that it was him that he got credited with stopping Trump from starting the Iran war the

75:09first time in June and so I think he was seen as a big impediment to the Iran I think he was the first casualty of the Iran war. So this is that's my theory.

75:18>> Well, that is certainly plausible. I will tell you this, if I were to do it, I would have had none of these uh judles anywhere near any planning of this because you get a Mikey McCoy, you put a little bit of heat on them and he will sing, he will compose.

75:34You don't want these people involved in any of this. You want somebody to come along and say, "Okay, and that's it."

75:39All of a sudden, this guy leaves and go, "What happened?" He goes, "Just watch what happens." That's the way it normally is done. But but the thing about it is that I would also ask if in in my crazy fantasy world here, I'm gonna say, "Hey, Candace, I got you a front seat. Would you mind coming in there?" All of a sudden, she walks in and sits down in the front seat during the trial. Who's that? Candace Owens right there. She's not a witness.

76:01Because the rule of sequestration, if you if you're a witness, you can't testify. So, just have her sit there.

76:06Joe Lewis used to do that. By the way, bring Joe Lewis to sit in trials and oh my god. or later on, believe it or not, if I ever said, "Did you ever prosecutor, did you ever talk to any of the people who did Baron Coleman and others and and Candace?" No. Did you ever call them? Did they ever make Yes.

76:24Well, let me do this. Now, I'm going to call her. State your name for the record. Candace. Did anybody ever call you? No. Did you offer No. So, you mean to tell me you've got people coming forward and you put out if called 1800 tips. Is this your Did you do the 1800 tips? Here's the tips. You never listen to these people.

76:44You know, Baron Coleman, what what he does, it's like that genealogical thing.

76:49He plums the depth so deep. I'll bet you half of these people didn't realize that they had these many companies.

76:55>> No kidding.

76:57>> It's But but this is But also remember something.

77:02When when OJ was OJ, there wasn't social media.

77:05>> That's right. But this is social media with these people who come along and they're not just I mean they're not just commentators they how they >> un Jack Anderson move over. So this is a new era. This is it. And yet if you watch cable news because if you're they they allow one minute and whatever you tell them they found a confession that's it. Remember when they had experts from >> uh I don't know who saying, "Well, just because just because the bullets didn't match, that's not exoneration." Let me remind you this is a lint brush. There's no connection to it. Don't tell me that.

77:48>> So Lidle, what what do you also make of the fact you brought you bring up cable news. What is what do you make of their in curiosity? Because this sounds like the story that would be right up there.

77:59I'm old enough to remember John Bené Ramsay. It was for years they talked about that non-stop 24/7. They have barely talked about this case or the contradictions or any of the evidence that So what do you make of their in curiosity?

78:13>> Notice how they're talking about Eric Swallwell more about who the hell cares about Eric? We know more about this fang fang and dung dung and boom, you know, we know every little thing. But there's a little, you know, one time I got tell you this one one time I took don't ask people this muscle relaxing and I was say and I said what the hell's the matter with me and and I read one of the side effect or the effects and it says lack of concern. Well that's what I think everybody that's in the water cooler. They're like this. Okay. Well coming up things in your bathroom that can kill you and a rat pulling a piece

78:46of pizza. The latest twerking face. They don't care. And I'm saying where have you what is your connection to to Tyler Robinson? Why do you feel this compunction to either railroad him or not even investigate? Tell me. Tell me.

79:02And they'll say because why? Because they're they're going to shutter these newsrooms and they're saying don't make any waves. No hits, no runs, no errors.

79:11Just don't do anything because we are Barry Weise will come in or whatever.

79:17They So this by the way this Jimmy this we are not the future we are the present. This is cutting edge. Do you remember when disco died? I don't I don't know if it was a Tuesday or Wednesday. I can tell you exactly when the news it's dead. It's morbid. It is putresscent. It is decaying. It's through. And every single day these people this is my favorite. And when President Trump, bless his heart, said, "You know, you and Tucker and you're just upset because you don't have a TV show." A TV show? How about a short wave show? How about something with a baby monitor? How about CB? I don't have I'm I mean, what what this is? Hello. This

80:06is it. And don't you think for a moment that people are watching this and people are thinking, "Hey, what whatever these two guys are talking about, I want to know." Gotcha.

80:18>> Yeah. Well, uh, Lionel, do you have a How do you see this, uh, ending up? Do you see this ending up a certain way?

80:25Uh, you already said that you can't see them ever letting Tyler Robinson go.

80:30They can't do that. What are they going to do?

80:33>> If this were anybody else, they would probably do this. They'll make him a deal. They'll say, "Listen, how about if we drop this down to manslaughter, do a couple of years, just keep your mouth shut or or maybe something happens in prison." I don't know. Uh it's not going to be this the death penalty. Not even close. I'm Listen, this my I would say, "Uh-uh. We're going to tee it up. I want an acquitt." Can you imagine a quiddle? An aquitt. And And let me tell you something else.

81:05Don't be surprised if people in whatever level of Black Ops, you find a couple of people in the field whose jobs you have, you you had you remember the the meme, you had one job. This was the story.

81:19Hey, suicide by cop. What the were you doing? He comes out you he confess. What are you? But did the story line? It's like we we had the programs. We had the we we had the Wikipedia already written up and everything. Was it gone?

81:35>> No, you never saw it coming, did you?

81:38You never saw it coming. And by the way, how about that sheriff who stepped down?

81:43What was that all about?

81:43>> What was that about?

81:45>> Yeah.

81:45>> Yeah.

81:46>> Where where's he? Don't be surprised if all of a sudden they they do a William Casey on him. He's out hunting and don't go hunting and don't go fishing. Believe me. Oh, I'm serious.

81:57>> One more thing. When when Epstein was found remember this there were two things that two things that most important hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage fracture that's strangulation that is not liature that is not suspension it's not done Bill Bar looked you in the face and Crazy Eyes Patel and Dan Bonina looked at you in the face and said dude take my word for it this is it was absolute they look at you and they lie they don't lie They just it's like an act or it's a role or it's it's it's their they they convince themselves that it's for a better good. Nobody ever said ever looked at this and said he didn't he

82:40didn't he did not kill himself and this has become commonplace. And what also is talk about in curiosity people are found dead. How about 10, 11, 12, 20 uh nuclear scientists and people with u UFOs and No, no. Do do you see a pattern here?

83:01Murder she wrote. Remember, I got to tell you this number one the number one uh um format in radio. True crime. True crime. My ass. This is true crime and nobody cares about it. They they're trying to unearth cases 50 years ago.

83:16You know, the Sam Shepard murder. Oh, look at this.

83:20>> It it it it blows my mind.

83:22>> So, what So, what are they going to do with them?

83:27>> Well, I can only tell you what I'm I'm sorry. I don't want to say this officially, but I'm going to say don't buy the green bananas. Uh, Tyler, because if I know this, you cannot be allowed to talk. You cannot be What if you get a imagine this dine?

83:45You know when when datine matters or you get that Mars guy well let's see about what you do well he says well this guy came in there and says you don't understand something I'm a little shingad I'm out of my mind I was there I didn't know there was a guy who told me to go there oh you didn't know about him you're going to there are facts out there you don't know about why did you get there why did you drive three how many hours to do what exactly I mean oh and I love this they said you know they found a his his fingerprint on it. It's his gun.

84:17>> It's his gun.

84:18>> And who are the other DNA people? What are you talking?

84:20>> They found like six people's DNA on that rifle according and his that so that's supposed to be some gotcha. And the idea that he confessed, he never confessed.

84:29He only confessed in those madeup text messages that the FBI concocted. He didn't confess to his father. That was a lie. He didn't confess to the cops. Yet you have journalists out there like Michael Shelonburgger out there publicly saying that he did confess. Michael Shelberg got dismantled by Joe Rogan over Epstein and the and then he's lying. I caught him lying about Tyler Robinson and what's the one through line through those two things is real intelligence. That's the two and so and and he's obviously working somehow for them. Go ahead. No, no, but but but but the point is the all these narratives,

85:04not only is there there there's no curious curiosity about anything, but the real story is that if you get in Oh, let let me explain. When you get too far, when you go too far, you're aing a a conspiracy theorist. You're a tin foil hat lunatic. By the way, it's not tin.

85:22It's aluminum. We haven't worn tin in years. And as Gorbal says, I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a conspiracy analyst. Yes, >> this is a legitimate this is a conspiracy. Two or more guilty people confederated to bring about something.

85:34But this is the only guy in the history in the annals of American juristprudence in jeritical history. Tyler Robinson who is a conspir who conspired with nobody.

85:43>> Nobody.

85:43>> They conspired against him.

85:45>> Yes. Well, isn't it amazing that we have a rash of lone nut shooters, right? So Luigi Manion, straight A student, lone nut that crooks lay straight A student lone nut. Uh, now we have Tyler Robinson, straight A student, lone nut, all these. Did they go to some lone nut shooter camp in the summer or something?

86:04And how to not get noticed on a roof?

86:06They didn't notice crooks until after he took the shots. They don't They never got to Tyler Robinson. He's able to take apart a gun. Not only that, he changed his clothes. According to the gun, he changed his clothes on top of the roof.

86:18He puts together a gun, lines up the shot, takes the shot, and then after he takes the shot, he then takes the gun apart again, and nobody sees him. No cops run up there. No security runs up there. And then he he leaves the he leaves the uh screwdriver up there.

86:32That's going to come back to haunt him.

86:34And then he I don't know what he does with the gun. He takes it apart. It doesn't fit in his backpack. It doesn't fit down his pants. And but he puts a a a towel over it and he sometimes he Spider-Man's his way off the roof to protect the fingerprints.

86:46>> Yeah. Uhhuh. Spider-Man's his way off the roof. He runs through campus. Nobody sees this guy carrying a un put together gun. He gets into the woods. He puts it back together, but without the screwdriver. He's a regular MacGyver.

86:58And then he plants it in the backyard of the house owned by Palunteer. Holy cow.

87:03>> And goes to Disney uh Dairy Queen for a frosty.

87:06>> Goes fory. Yes.

87:09>> Cool as a cucumber.

87:10>> So I think that there's military involved like Candace Owens says. I don't know if it's f. So she also the French there's a a a sect of the French military that are Freemasons that just got indicted by their own government for being an assassination squad and she had predicted that and she Anyway, so it there's way more here than people think and thank God for podcasts and YouTube shows uh like yours and Candace and Baron Coleman and this show and wolves in finance. They're they're we're not going to let this die. And >> and let me just tell you something. You would be you would be great at this if I

87:45said, "Jimmy, do the closing. Do the closing." And you walk up and you tell, "Ladies and gentlemen, let me get this straight. Let me tell you a story." By the way, I'm going to do this. I'm going to bring in my gunnery sergeant, James Door, USMC. Hey, Gunny, take this apart.

88:02Just a minute. God dam screws are frozen and you had And then you can also tell if the screws have been real here. Come on. Here's it. Quit. Go. Let me time you go. Hurry up. Get Okay, take it apart now. Put it down your pants. Put it in my pants. What are you talking about?

88:19Now put it together again. Again. You see this guy? This guy who who can field strip a mouser under fire and he's trying to take this and meanwhile granddaddy saying where the hell is my rifle? He was worried about granddaddy worried about my shooting iron.

88:35>> Yeah.

88:36>> But it was the Amos McCoy to Walter Betty Luke. You know, I mean, just it's it's the more you plum the it's like Mandelro's fractals. You keep going deeper and deeper and deeper and there's more and more and more. It it's nuts.

88:50But don't you never know that by watching cable TV, >> you would never know it. You would never know it, sir. And what I tell people is that if no matter what part of this case you look at, no matter if you look at the FBI story or you look at the text messages or you look at the security detail or you look at the people at TPUSA's story or you look at the fact there wasn't an ambulance, you look at the fact that they took him to this hospital that the FBI went and took all the videotape from that house. The whole them lying about the planes they took to get there. No matter what you look at, it's a mil it's filled with a myriad

89:22lies. Go ahead. And no no no tape of of of uh of uh Tyler walking into the was some 30 30-day rule or something.

89:31>> It's just like there's no pictures of of NASA, you know, the the moon landing.

89:34>> The moon Yeah, that Yes, that's right.

89:36They had that that all got destroyed.

89:38What they actually showed the press was a projection that the NASA put on a wall. They're like, "Can we get the original feed and NASA's like, no, this is good."

89:45>> Yeah.

89:46>> And don't forget, they also had a windbreaker on on the moon. That's all I'm going to tell. I don't want to get into that. Listen, is there something wrong with us, Jimmy? Seriously, why? Ye of little faith, why do we ask questions? Why? What was that? What was your red pill moment where you said, "I don't believe this. I don't believe.

90:05What's the matter with us? These people are happy. We're walking around. We can't sleep at night. Oh my god, the the the neighbor and what happened to us?

90:14There's a lot more of us." It's incredul. It's the fact that it insults our intelligence. And also, in all cander, in all seriousness, it's justice for Charlie. They killed that kid. And this guy doesn't deserve that. And as long as we're here, somebody's going to have to fight for him. Candace is leading the pack. And if I can help, I'm here reporting for duty. Sir, >> when I was a kid, I grew I was grew I grew up Catholic. And uh me, too. I went to Catholic school.

90:40>> And when I was when I was a kid, there used to be these things. You know what they're called? I'll explain to the audience. They're called days of holy obligation.

90:47>> Oh yeah.

90:48>> Meaning you have it's not you have to go to church every Sunday and if you don't if you skip without confessing you go to hell, right? That's what I was taught.

90:56And then there's also days on top of Sundays that are called holy days of obligation that you also have to attend church. And if you and there used to be like I can't remember the exact number, but let's say there were 20 of them a year outside of the regular Sundays you had to go. When I was a kid in Catholic school, they they br they got rid of them and it was only like eight now. Now there's only eight. And I was like, well, >> what about all the people in hell because they skipped the ones that aren't even compulsory anymore and they didn't have an answer for me. And so ever said that was my red pill. That was

91:29when I was like, wait a minute. I think some of this stuff is so that's I've been suspicious of authority ever since then. I'm not sure how old you are, but am I I'm I'm uh I'll be 68 in August.

91:40Okay. So, when I was a kid, we had this thing called uh uh limbo. Remember limbo?

91:46>> Yes. Remember limbo?

91:47>> Now, you're you're really old because you ask people limbo means Harry Bellfonte. No, limbo. This is where unbaptized babies went.

91:55>> That's right.

91:55>> I said, "Excuse me, what if they were born be another place? What if they were born they died before?" I don't know.

92:01So, I asked a priest. I said, "Listen, I got to ask you something. This is unfair. said, "This kids didn't do anything." And he says, "Well, it's like a thimble full of water and a bucket full of water. They're both full, but one's less." I said, "What the hell does that mean?

92:12>> What does that mean?"

92:13>> What about that? I said, "Excuse me, back to my question. What about the hair? Here's your thimble." I got to take a quick one real quick. You remember you remember the guardian angels? Not Curtis Leo, but the guardian angels.

92:23>> There was this one picture. The the the Catholic church had the best paintings.

92:26They were like these two kids were on a on a on a on a on a a a bridge or a rope bridge or something. There was lightning and they're over this thousand foot crevice between two mountains. How the hell they got there? But it's dark and they're huddled like this and there was a guardian angel behind them and I said, "Sister, you know, Sister Mike Tyson, Sister Mary Agony, Sister HR Bob Haldman." And sister, yeah, do we each have a guardian angel? This is true.

92:52Yes. Well, there's only one here. Which of these kids buys the farm? And she says, "Stop it."

92:59>> Stop asking questions. I thought, "Oh my god, stop asking questions." Well, from that day on, I was committed to asking questions. And and that actually cemented my incredility. It made me think the saints, the the the the martyrs. I went to a place called St. Lawrence in Tampa. St. Lawrence. St. Lawrence of Rome. Very quickly, look it up, kids. He was burned on a grid iron. You know what his line was? Look it up. when they turn me over. I'm done on this side. I'm eight years old. And I say, "Excuse me.

93:35You're trying to get me to become a Catholic by telling me stories about people who were killed by professing that which you want me to believe. This is not a motivation.

93:44>> They were killed for this. You know, can I can I think this one over? What are the Protestants doing? They don't have martyrs.
