And I saw Ian Carol came out today on a live stream pleading with me to join in on the conspiracy.

0:09If you think that, I feel sorry for you because you are [ __ ] Actually, Nick, I wasn't pleading with you to join in on anything. I was asking or encouraging you to clarify your position on this whole thing. And oh boy, did you clarify it. And I suppose the only way that I can put it is that you clarified that you stand firmly with the fed slop narrative that Tyler Robinson is the guy and Tyler Robinson alone apparently murdered Charlie Kirk. And honestly, like I wasn't on I wasn't trying to call you a fed. I wasn't trying to [ __ ] on you. I was trying to actually be quite gracious and quite kind. Um, I praised you

0:56multiple times throughout that segment.

0:58Um, but in the spirit of your response, in the spirit of calling people [ __ ] who have been going through the evidence for months where I have seen you produce zero, I thought that I would put it all very plain and very clear for you, Nick, where if you want to see the evidence, I'm about to show you a whole bunch of evidence. And I'm also gonna go through your response and um just break down how weird and [ __ ] honestly fedcoded it is. Your response read a lot like a Snopes article and it was very uncomfortable to watch because I was not expecting it to be quite that.

1:43Um, so real quick, because this is the internet, we'll start with a quick cut of the whole thing, the evidence, and then we'll get into your response and breaking that down and then we'll get into all the evidence step by step in one long go. This is going to be fun.

2:06>> Conspiracy [music] theories are entering a danger.

2:09>> Information is the oxygen of the democracy. There's so much evidence out there that even if less [music] than 1% is true, that will be enough to collapse the current paradigm and change the whole planet.

2:28>> Ian Carol says, "We're all over here.

2:31Where's our general? Where's our guy?"

2:34>> I was just being kind, Nick. You're not our general. You're just a kid in a studio.

2:40We're all just individuals out here with cameras and I was just trying to extend a hand to offer for you not to do this to yourself because we all have the internet and we can all look up sources based on what they've told us, their crime, their evidence, their narrative, the one that you're shilling for, Nick.

3:00It relies on a few very critical pieces of evidence. Remember, Nick, this is the narrative that you're shilling for. and the sources putting it out are the sources that your perspective is apparently aligned with. I'm not saying you need to believe what I believe. I'm definitely not saying you need to agree with Candace Owens. And you're going to notice as you watch this video that none of the evidence I'm going to present is Candace Owens saying things.

3:26>> And I would say with Ian Carol, where's the evidence? What even is that?

3:31>> Sit tight. We got it coming here for you, bud. So, let's start with the gunshot. His head fell off.

3:41I want to remind us all that at the actual scene of the actual crime, there was no exit wound. There was no blood splattered across the white backdrop.

3:52Nothing. And the round enters and just absolutely goes through the roast, through the bone of the roast, through the back of the roast, through the orient strand board. So, if this 3006 had hit Charlie in the neck the way we're told, it still could have gone through a concrete wall behind him and hit someone on the other side of the concrete wall.

4:20That was 3/8 inch.

4:23Clean through quarter inch steel.

4:27clean through 3/8 inch steel and half inch steel almost or actually it potentially did actually blow out the side of that. Oh, >> the 30 6. Ladies and gentlemen, >> did you see the spine fly out the back of his neck?

4:59>> Is it possible that a 306 round was stopped by Charlie's neck vertebrae? No, it's not. There's a 0% chance of that happening. I'm not sure you know the information on this case, Nick, because if you did, you wouldn't have stuck your neck out like this on a [ __ ] take like this because it was just a bad move. It was dumb. People want to point out, oh well, he was leaning in the other direction.

5:26He wasn't leaning in the other direction. Jewish donors play into all the stereotypes. I cannot and will not be bullied like this, leaving me no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause because he was this close to telling the truth and he died for it. So what changed in those four days exactly?

5:51[snorts] >> What changed in those four days, Nick?

5:55>> Um this happened the last 10 years.

5:58>> Counting or not counting gang violence.

6:00Great.

6:03Charlie Kirk got shot in the neck, >> but that was not an entry wound that we saw. We saw an exit wound. So, where'd that bullet come from? You don't bleed like And I've shot guys closer than the camera was. Uh, and an an exit an entry wound doesn't look like that. An exit wound does.

6:18>> Do you know how many tens of thousands of global war on terror veterans there are? They know exactly what it looks like when a high-powered rifle round hits a human body, especially in an area like soft tissue in the neck. You know how many people hunt out there and know exactly what a 30 six round does to a an elk skeleton? As we pull the protractor off, what's the first huge glaring issue you guys are going to see here? Oh, is uh that would have hit him in the teeth right in the [ __ ] face. This is not possible obviously and these things matter because if it's not possible then they have the wrong guy and they are

6:56prosecuting a path seat.

6:59But Nick, I would love to hear your evidence of how this is possible. I would love to see your analysis. I would love to see your sources which I've never seen any of you. If you're calling people like me a conspiracy theorist right now for looking at this story and looking at posts like that and going that's total [ __ ] Guys, I'm sorry, but this is from top to bottom, start to finish, this entire thing has been pathetic from the FBI.

7:28>> Remember Nick, this is the narrative that you're shilling.

7:31>> If you believe that, God bless your little heart. So, Nick, now that you've seen some evidence, which I'm sure you already were very familiar with, I'd love to hear your stance on why it's probably Tyler Robinson, and the feds are probably telling the truth. And that's really all you need to know to know that you're [ __ ] Nick.

7:56So, real quick, right off the bat, let's address the Fed [ __ ] I'm [snorts] not here to call Nick a fed. That is not my goal. Um, that was not my goal in my original video or stream. That is not the goal of this video. Y'all can make up your own mind. Personally, uh, based on my understanding of Co-Iintel Pro and Fed infiltration of organic spaces, I'm of the belief that you can't trust anyone. You can't trust Nick. You can't trust Tucker. You can't trust Candace.

8:24You can't trust me. You can't trust anyone except for yourself and God. And so it's kind of meaningless to try to call people feds unless you have like literal clear hard proof. And you should just operate under the assumption that everyone is a Fed. And the way I see it, that's a lot like asking an AI a question. It doesn't mean [ __ ] [ __ ] unless they can show you sources. Unless they can show you where you can go to corroborate the information that they're sharing with you. So, as I always do in all of my videos ever since I very first started on TikTok way back, well, not that far back. Let's be real. [snorts]

9:03I'm just going to show you the evidence and I'm going to show you where I'm sourcing my information from. And you can make up your own mind because maybe I'm a Fed. Who [ __ ] cares? Like, nothing I'm going to say is going to convince the Gropers otherwise. Nothing I'm going to say should convince you otherwise. You should just take everything with your own grains of salt and look up look it all up for yourself.

9:24I haven't seen Nick produce any evidence on his show at all. And I'm not saying he is I'm not saying he's [ __ ] I'm not saying he's not intelligent. Quite the contrary. I'm saying Nick is very intelligent. And that's why this response is really [ __ ] weird. And that's why I made the stream that I did.

9:40Because if anyone should understand what's going on with American Jews right now, American Jewish billionaires, Zionist donors, and the Jewish state right now, what's exactly going on inside of TPUSA right now, it should be Nick Fuentes. And the fact that Nick is shoveling the Fed slop narrative that Jack Pobic and Benny Johnson and Tim P and Brandon Tatum are all shoveling is really [ __ ] weird.

10:08So, if Nick wants to do it, we'll do it.

10:15We'll go through his response and then we'll show him the evidence that he claims doesn't exist or that he's never seen or that he something.

10:29And I saw Ian Carol came out today on a live stream pleading with me to join in on the conspiracy.

10:38wasn't pleading with you, bro. I was just asking you to clarify where you stood and you very thoroughly clarified where you stand.

10:49Ian Carol, the conspiracy theorist, he's making videos about the conspiracy behind Red Lobster, the conspiracy behind. So, first note that Nick is doing what the mainstream media does where he attaches a little a little like fed jacket to the start of your name.

11:06Alex Jones, the crazy conspiracy theorist. Nick Fuentes, the anti-semitic Nazi. Ian Carol, the conspiracy theorist. Actually, Nick, what you're referring to is the fact that corporations often engage in collusion, conspiracy, corruption, and all sorts of other [ __ ] And you're referring to a really dope episode that I did when I was hosting Candace's show while she was on maternity leave where I tied together the fact that Red Lobster had colluded with their shrimp supplier in order to manipulate prices, extort cash. And it actually ties directly into a global marketplace of slavery that is fueling

11:41the entire shrimp industry and the fact that every time you buy shrimp at the grocery store, you're almost certainly buying slave farmed shrimp. And it's [ __ ] wild. And once you learn about that story, you'll never eat shrimp the same way again. But I'm digressing into talking about journalism. And you were talking about something else.

12:02Speaking of corporations doing shady [ __ ] I thought I'd drop an ad on you for the buyer app designed by yours truly to help you figure out who the hell you're giving all your money to when you go to the grocery store. You can download it for free on the Google Play Store today.

12:17coming soon to the iOS store, too, once they figure their [ __ ] out.

12:22And you can use it to scan any product in the grocery store and find out who actually owns that product and who are you actually giving your money to. So that if you don't want to be giving your money to Black Rockck, Vanguard, State Street, all the banks that own basically everything and would rather support a family or founder own company, someone that actually cares about what they're feeding you, what they're putting in your skin and on your body. Buyer app is here to help. We don't take any paid ads. There's no strings attached. We have no investors. We own the thing outright and we made it for you so that

12:52you can get a little more informed about what the hell is going on in the grocery store and who is taking your money.

12:58That's the kind of ad I like to run.

13:00Founder owned supporting founder owned.

13:02I hope it helps. Now, back to the video.

13:07Applebee's the conspiracy behind Burger King. See, I've never talked about Applebee's or Burger King. He's just doing a little label to try to character assassinate before he gets into his arguments.

13:21>> He does a live stream tonight and says, "Where where are you, Nick? We're all aligned on this against the Jews and you are agreeing with Crowder and Tim Pool and everybody else." I'm not against the Jews. I'm aligned towards the narrative makes no [ __ ] sense. We have plenty of evidence to say the narrative doesn't make sense. And when you look around to see who the most likely culprit is once that narrative doesn't make sense, there's pretty much an obvious answer.

13:52And we don't have proof of that. We haven't solved the case yet. That's what journalists do is they try to figure [ __ ] out.

13:59You're welcome to join.

14:01We need you. Why are you with them?

14:05[snorts] And I would say with Ian Carol, where's the evidence? What even is that?

14:11Sit tight. We got it coming here for you, bud.

14:15[snorts] >> Everything other than evidence. They're going to say, "Well, Israel kills everybody else."

14:20>> Nope. That's not what anybody's saying, Nick.

14:24>> Okay. People die all the time, actually.

14:27>> No [ __ ] >> People die all the time. And so this is called a straw man argument where when you don't want to argue the actual points or the actual evidence, you stand up a straw man in the field and pretend like that's the argument that you're opposed to and that the other person's arguing. Then you knock it over like, "Ha, I won the argument." No sir, that's a straw man.

14:50>> And there are a lot of school shootings and assassinations. This stuff happens with regularity.

14:56Was Israel behind Luigi Manion? Straw man argument has nothing to do with this and by my understanding no haven't seen any evidence that Israel was behind it.

15:05Luigi Manion.

15:07>> Why or why not was Israel behind the school shooting in Colorado that happened on the same day?

15:14Straw man argument. Haven't seen any evidence. Haven't looked into it nearly as deeply. I have no idea.

15:20>> Why or why not?

15:23Was Israel behind the shooting of Trump?

15:26Why or why not? straw man argument. But on that case, actually, I have questions about who was behind that because it was a seriously obvious cover up. So, Israel would be a suspect in my mind, but I don't know.

15:44I don't know if any of those people blamed Israel for the shooting of >> No, I don't think so. Really, >> Trump? Was Israel behind the Las Vegas shooting?

15:54>> Straw man argument. Nope. And I've produced content about that and you could have watched it and realize that I did not blame Israel for it. It's possible that they're involved because it kind of seems like some complicated geopolitics going on, but I don't know.

16:10>> Why or why not?

16:12Because the heristic seems to be Israel is behind literally everything.

16:17>> Nope. No one's saying that, Nick. That's a straw man argument. And it's pretty [ __ ] funny coming from you.

16:24literally everything. Not most things, not things we can demonstrate with evidence. No, they're >> See how he actually almost got to what people actually say is things we can demonstrate with evidence. But no, that's not what the argument is. I'm putting up a straw man so I can knock it down.

16:41>> Behind literally everything. And if they're behind literally everything in the past, then it's safe to assume they're behind literally everything in the future.

16:49>> No one's saying that.

16:53And that is ridiculous.

16:56That doesn't make any sense. Why?

16:59Charlie Kirk was Israel's top guy.

17:05>> Yeah. Go on.

17:08>> I don't know how much more clear you could make it. And here's a perfect example. Hey, Ian Carol.

17:15>> Actually, real quick, before we get to his Max Nordau talking points, [snorts] let's review something.

17:22Charlie Kirk was Israel's top guy. And then we got a leak coming out of Harrison Smith saying, "I'm not going to name names, but I was told by someone close to Charlie Kirk that Charlie thinks Israel will kill him if he turns against them." That was tweeted on August 13th of this year, a month before Charlie Kirk was assassinated by Lord knows who. And I might point out that it's a reply to a video where I was supporting Nick and calling out Charlie and Ben Shapiro for not debating Nick.

17:55First piece of evidence drops in, but it's just a rumor until it was corroborated by multiple sources, by multiple other journalists, multiple angles. Albeit, this reporting was after Charlie Kirk was killed. But let's just say that journalism has been picking up this vibe pretty thoroughly for quite some time.

18:19You can read into some of this reporting and I know Nick Fuentes hates our boy Max Blumenthal and the Gropers will say he's a Jew. Reporting is reporting and he's got a pretty good track record, but feel free to discount it and move on to the next source. [snorts] Charlie Kirk refused Netanyahu funding offer was frightened by pro-Israel forces before death. Friend reveals a Trump insider and longtime friend of Charlie Kirk tells the Grey Zone how the assassinated conservative leaders turning point on Israeli influence provoked a private backlash from Netanyahu's allies that left him angry and afraid. Charlie Kirk rejected an

18:54offer earlier this year from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to arrange a massive new infusion of Zionist money into his Turning Point USA organization. In the weeks leading up to his September 10th assassination, Kirk had come to load the Israeli leader, regarding him as a bully. The source said Kirk was disgusted by what he witnessed inside the Trump administration, where Netanyahu sought to personally dictate the president's personal decisions.

19:18Kirk strongly warned Trump last June against bombing Iran on Israel's behalf.

19:22Charlie was the only person who did that. They said he was afraid of them.

19:26The source emphasized.

19:29Or the other thing you could do, Nick, if you wanted to clarify exactly how Charlie felt about Israel is you could read his own text messages, which I can't help but notice that you seem to never mention.

19:46And I can't help but notice that you were on the same side as all the people dog piling, saying that this is [ __ ] Like we had all these Zionists coming out and trying to whitewash Charlie's perspective on Israel, just like you might expect in this scenario until Candace Owens dropped these text messages.

20:07Quote, "Jewish donors play into all the stereotypes. I cannot and will not be bullied like this, leaving me no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause."

20:19He sent that to a group text chat with a bunch of his big Jewish donors in it.

20:25You think he was just kidding around?

20:30Or does this not qualify as evidence to you? But right, he was Israel's number one guy.

20:39You know how you know a lot about the history of Jewish organized crime, Nick, the mob.

20:49You know what happens to someone when they try to leave the mob? When they try to walk away, let alone when they become a traitor.

20:59In fact, his closeness to the whole situation. His closeness to Israel is one of the best and biggest arguments for why Israel is a suspect. Similar to how when a wife is killed, you should probably look at her husband.

21:16And it's something like 40% of married women that are killed are killed by some form of lover. I don't know how much more clear you could make it. And here's a perfect example. Hey Ian Carol, why did you on se >> this part's amazing?

21:33>> September 7th tweet at Charlie Kirk, you're working for the Jews that killed Jesus on September 7th, 2025. You tweeted that Charlie Kirk is working for the Jews that killed Jesus.

21:51Was I wrong?

21:54And I didn't say the Jews who killed Jesus. You know what I said >> on September 11th? You were absolutely certain that Israel killed him.

22:05Actually, that's not what I tweeted. But first, Nick, isn't it kind of weird that you're using a Max Nordau and Yosi Guestinter and Leo Terrell talking point?

22:26Isn't that [snorts] a little weird?

22:36I think that's a little weird, Nick.

22:39But let's look at what I actually tweeted.

22:44Yesterday was a turning point for Israel US relations. Less than 24 hours and the internet already figured out who the most likely culprit is.

22:57the most likely culprit. Sorry, I said was.

23:03He was their friend. He basically dedicated his life to them and they murdered him in front of his family.

23:08Israel just shot themselves.

23:13And Nick, I don't think I need to educate you about being a little bombastic on the internet.

23:21And I stand by this tweet because he was this close to telling the truth and he died for it. So what changed in those four days exactly?

23:33[snorts] >> What changed in those four days, Nick?

23:37Um, this happened >> in the last 10 years, counting or not counting gang violence. Great.

23:45>> Right.

23:47Charlie Kirk got shot in the neck.

23:55What irrefutable proof did you get in those four days on September 7th? You said Charlie.

24:07>> No one said irrefutable proof, but I'll let you finish your sentence.

24:10>> Kirk is working for the Jews that killed Jesus. On September 11th, the day after he was killed, you were certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that Israel.

24:22>> That's actually not what I said.

24:24>> Killed him to silence him. How does that even happen before we had a suspect? Be >> Actually, Nick, we'd already had two suspects if you recall.

24:37One of them was this guy.

24:43We don't know if it's him or not.

24:50>> On September 11th, we were fed this critical piece of fed slop, which you appear to be defending, a bolt-action rifle, which this technically is actually not a photo of the weapon, which will become very relevant later. This is just some other photo that the news agencies dug up, but the FBI and law enforcement told us on that day that Charlie was shot with a 306.

25:19And that's really all you need to know to know that you're [ __ ] Nick. And I'm going to get into all the evidence about that in just a little bit. But no, I did not say we have irrefutable proof that Israel has done it. I said that the world had pretty much figured out who the most likely culprit is. And that's because we had already figured out that the narrative that the feds were giving to us, you know, the really trustworthy FBI that you're shilling the narrative of, their narrative was already obviously [ __ ] 24 hours later. And we had plenty of evidence by then, if you'd been paying attention, to presume

25:58that [snorts] >> before we knew any of the facts, any of it.

26:04>> Actually, Nick, when you're doing journalism, the things that happen each and every moment of an investigation, of a coverup, those are facts, too. Facts aren't just what the FBI tells you are facts. Facts are what the FBI does along the way, what citizen journalists do along the way, what videos come out, all information. And by then, we had 24 hours of it. And that's all we needed to know.

26:34You knew for sure they did it. So, do you have ESP?

26:40Are you omnisient? Do you have telepathy?

26:44>> See his uh rhetorical techniques here?

26:48I don't think so.

26:51This is a grift.

26:54Who do you think makes more money online, Nick? You or me?

27:00This is a grift. It is intellectually lazy.

27:06Then I presume that because you're not intellectually lazy, you'll watch this entire video to the end and watch all of the sources that I'm going to show you.

27:15And maybe you'll even read some sources for yourself.

27:19>> It is dishonest.

27:22>> Nope. Haven't lied.

27:25>> You are making assumptions that you cannot rationally make. Let's keep that in mind. Assumptions you cannot rationally make.

27:37Rationality is going to be a big part of this conversation.

27:41[snorts] And if you want to destroy your credibility, that's fine.

27:47Not bothered. Very proud of the content I put out. About to be very proud of the content I'm about to put out.

27:55Have at it. Show us your sources, Nick.

28:00If you want to destroy your credibility by blaming Israel for killing the number one Israel defender in America, that is your business.

28:10But don't try to rope me into it and guilt me or whatever it is you're trying to do. Saying we >> actually Nick, I was trying to extend a hand to you under the assumption that you're an honest and good actor to encourage you to look at the evidence before you do this because we all know the evidence. and you seem to be under the impression that I'm on I'm arguing right now that Candace Owens is right about everything.

28:42And that is not at all what I'm arguing.

28:44And you're going to notice as you watch this video that none of the evidence I'm going to present is Candace Owens saying things. It's actually almost all sourced from before she even said a word because she took a whole week off and we were all busy figuring this [ __ ] out before she even entered the fray.

29:04We're all on this side and you're over there. I've been over here, bro. Where were you? I've been over here. I was at Charlottesville. Kind of a funny [laughter] kind of a funny point, [snorts] but you're right, Nick. You've been in the game for a long time. And you might have noticed that I specifically praised you for how long you've been in the game.

29:30I've been pretty outspoken in my support of Nick Fuentes. I've been pretty um pretty into Nick's rise and you know, regardless of disagreements about specific things that Nick says, uh I'm pretty much generally excited that Nick is entering the mainstream and the normal conversation. I like how Nick forces us all to challenge our ideas and forces people to think more critically about ideas that we didn't even realize we should be thinking about. I like that his ideas are controversial. I like that they're complicated and they're backed up by a uh intense intellect and I like that he uh has the backstory of 10 years

30:06of hard work to make it happen. There's a lot of things I like about Nick and obviously the thing that most of us like the most about Nick is his stance on Israel.

30:20I need to kind of amend that statement now that you've made a more complete one.

30:27We really admire and like, at least I really admire and like you the intense intellect you apply to your opinions usually.

30:35Except this one is a glaring departure from that norm, Nick. And it's kind of awkward. And that's why I'm saying this because it's really [ __ ] weird, dude.

30:47It's really weird. And I know I'm not the only one that is noticing.

30:55Lest I remind you, where were you in 2017? Were you at Burning Man? Sorry.

31:00Were you in some commune in Portland? I was at Charlottesville in 2017. I love this part. I actually I'll tell you where I was in 2017 in just a second.

31:09And Nick's not super far off the mark, which I think is hilarious.

31:13[snorts] >> He goes, "We're all over here fighting the good fight. You and who?" Um, real quick, let's just remember, you can be based, you can be cool, you can be red pill distributing for generations as far as I'm concerned, and you can make one wrong handshake, one wrong mistake and sell your soul. And I'm not suggesting that Nick has shook the BB hand, so to speak. That's not what I'm suggesting. I'm just pointing out that plenty of based [ __ ] have fallen off. And just because you've been here for 10 years doesn't mean you get a free pass on telling everyone what we're supposed to feel about Israel, Zionism,

32:00Jews, Charlie Kirk, etc. You're going to need to show some evidence each and every time because I don't trust you. I don't trust anyone and none of you should trust me. You should all judge the tree by its fruits. And when the tree starts shaking the wrong [ __ ] hands and hanging out with some fetty [ __ ] [ __ ] you should ask some questions.

32:23Okay.

32:24Um, now, as for where I was in 2017, Nick is going to love this part, but I'll tell you. Um, where did I pull these up?

32:36Now, I think this part's hilarious because Nick's not super far off. I mean, I grew up as a leftist. I was living in Washington State before this.

32:43And in 2017, I painted my Subaru Outback. Yes, that is correct. With a mural of the mountains from where I came from and some [ __ ] trippy hippie yard on the top and I hit the road with all my rock climbing gear and I went down to Utah to Indian Creek, pulled into the creek, did a whole bunch of crack climbing down there, met a bunch of homies. I was totally solo. This is before I had a dog. Climbed a whole bunch of red rock. Then I drove down to Mexico and climbed in Potrero Chico. Um this was like across several months, maybe three, four months. Um took a huge fall in Potro Chico and hurt my back. Um

33:21[snorts] [ __ ] super scary. Drove all the way down to Guatemala. I have a photo of that here somewhere. Went down to Guatemala. Hung out of Guatemala for a while. Um worked at a treehouse hotel, avocado farm down there for a couple of months through the Christmas holidays.

33:34Had a crazy [ __ ] drive down through Mexico on the way down there. Um, [snorts] I got stories we're not going to get into. And then on the way back up, I visited Yoseite and I went to a whole bunch of music festivals on the way back up, actually. And I worked harm reduction at a bunch of music festivals where you roam around all night and save kids that took too much [ __ ] drugs.

33:52Um, and it's a really fun job and I'm super [ __ ] good at it and I had a great ass time and um, but I didn't go to Burning Man. Um, Burning Man is a whole other thing. [snorts] Um, and then eventually I made it back to Bellingham.

34:08And this was by then it was 2018. So that's where I was in 2017. Nick, in case you wanted to know, you and Candace Owens who was working at Daily Wire last year, you and Canens who was working at Daily Wire, you and Tucker Carlson who was working at Fox News in 2017. Actually, Nick, there's a whole bunch of other people that you would we we would all know to be sort of like in your camp, in the griper camp, in the Jay-hilled camp.

34:39There's a lot of them that are on to what's really going on with Charlie Kirk. And I'm not going to try to name everyone's names and pull them into it.

34:46They can choose if they want to jump in here into the mud with us or not. But yeah, but I'm proud to be over here with Candace. I'm proud to be here with Tucker. Proud to be here with you.

34:56Anyone who's on the side of truth and evidence and information, I don't care if they're feds. I don't care if they're [ __ ] I don't care if they're black, white, [ __ ] new, old, whatever. Ben Shapiro could come join us over here and I would be stoked. I don't care.

35:1217, 10 years ago, I was at Charlottesville. In 2019, I led the Groper war against Charlie Kirk, calling him an Israel shill.

35:23It is 2025. Nothing has changed for 13 years.

35:28>> Actually, Nick, Charlie Kirk got shot in the neck.

35:33Actually, Nick, a few things have changed.

35:38X got purchased by Elon. Think of that what you will. You got let back on X.

35:43You started going all the mainstream podcasts.

35:47All sorts of things have changed actually, Nick.

35:52And that's kind of why we're having this conversation, isn't it?

35:57>> From the time Charlie founded Turning Point until today, that organization was owned by Israel. And ser >> This part is amazing because Nick starts actually making my points for me without really realizing it.

36:12>> Israel and everyone knows that. In June of this year, Charlie texted Desh Duza and said, "Nick Fuentes is vermin. We've been fighting him for six years. He's anti-Semitic. In August, he said I'm anti-Semitic garbage. And >> I mean, uh, do you consider yourself an anti-semite? A noted anti-semite?

36:40>> No.

36:41>> Okay.

36:42I guess Charlie got that one wrong.

36:45>> I need to be censored. And he would never debate me. That was in August.

36:52People want to point out, "Oh, well, he was leaning in the other direction."

36:58He wasn't leaning in the other direction. He He wasn't leaning in the other direction.

37:07Jewish donors play into all the stereotypes. I cannot and will not be bullied like this, leaving me no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause.

37:30All right, Nick.

37:33>> His right-hand man, Andrew Kov.

37:35>> I love this part comes from Salem Media.

37:41>> We know Andrew Kulit, you know, the one that tried to cover this text message up after Charlie got killed.

37:52The one that we've all been suspicious of from the start of this whole thing.

37:58Yeah.

38:01this Andrew Kulovit, right? To address some of the things that have been going around on public, namely about a text a group text chain that has been made known uh and released uh by Candace Owens. And I just want to address it headon because uh you know that was a text grab a screen grab that I had shared uh with people. So, it it is authentic and I want to go into it because I actually am really excited that the the truth is out there. Can't you tell how excited he was that the truth was out there now that he was exposed as having had that text message for weeks and letting the smears of Candace go on and on and on. Despite

38:41knowing for a fact that Charlie had told the Jewish donors that he was going to abandon the pro-Israel cause, he just let Josh Hammer and all of these [ __ ] shills, Rob McCoy, all of them try to whitewash Charlie's legacy.

39:00Benjamin Netanyahu, he let Benjamin Netanyahu try to whitewash Charlie's legacy.

39:07That Andrew Kovitnick, is that the one?

39:10the one that we might have some questions about.

39:14>> Look at who's involved in Salem media.

39:17>> Oh, we have >> it is a Christian Zionist outfit. It is in bed.

39:23>> Some of the people involved with Salem media are in the comments of our exchange here, Nick, defending you because you're arguing their points >> with Israel. You want to know how I know that? Melissa Strait used to work there from Prager University. She also used to work for unit 8200.

39:42>> Oh, we know >> in the IDF. That's where Andrew Kovit comes from. And he was Charlie Kirk's right-hand man.

39:53Not sure what we're proving by saying that Charlie was in a den of vipers surrounded by Zionists.

40:00That's kind of the point.

40:03Charlie Kirk appointed Andrew Kov to lead their struggle session about Israel after the Turning Point SAS conference in July. When Israel bombed Qatar in contravention of Trump's own foreign policy, who did Charlie Kirk invite on the show to do Hazbara and explain the party line? Ben Shapiro.

40:25Nick acts like Turning Point is as simple to run as his show and that there's no oversight. There's no joint decisions. There's no complexity at all.

40:35It's just Charlie makes every decision purely, purely, purely. I don't know how that decision was made. Nick, speaking of bombing places, what did Charlie do when we were talking about bombing Iran?

40:48Do you know what Charlie did when Trump was going to bomb Iran?

40:53Well, Charlie Kirk played devil's advocate. He lended his platform to Ben Shapiro to give Israel's position. And on Wednesday, the day he was shot, Charlie Kirk met with his rabbi to prepare him to defend Israel at Provo.

41:11He also allegedly sent a text the day before saying that he was afraid Israel was going to kill him.

41:19Might have even said tomorrow, depending on what those texts say. We haven't seen them yet. I suspect they're out there, but we'll find out, won't we?

41:30as he was writing his forthcoming book about the Jewish Sabbath. And this is the guy that was martyed for fighting Israel.

41:39Yeah. Yeah, it is.

41:42Because you damn well better kill him before he flips. And we have all the proof we need to know that he was flipping hard.

41:58That's exactly the time when Israel might kill him. Let alone if he was offered a shitload of money by Benjamin Netanyahu and turned it down. If there was a quidd proquo in there. If there was something disclosed to him about how that money might get transferred if he might have learned something that is not okay for him to talk about.

42:19That's exactly the kind of thing you might kill him about. and the urgency with which you might need to kill him as you watch this flip happen, as you see this text message go out, that urgency is going to play into the evidence that we're about to go over here.

42:38If you think that, I feel sorry for you.

42:42Appreciate it, bro, >> because you are [ __ ] Ian Carol says, "We're all over here.

42:48Where's our general? Where's our guy?"

42:51I was just being kind, Nick. You're not our general. You're just a kid in a studio. We're all just individuals out here with cameras. And I was just trying to extend a hand to offer for you not to do this to yourself because we all have the internet and we can all look up sources. And a lot of people are going to agree with you and that's fine. A lot of people are going to call me names.

43:14That's fine. Not worried about it because I cite my sources.

43:21and I stand by them. And if you have a better set of sources and a better understanding, then I'll agree with you.

43:29And you've convinced me of many topics in the past where you had a great take and I looked up the sources to try to corroborate your take and I changed my mind. And something tells me that that's not what's going to happen on this one.

43:44I'm right here where I've always been, following the facts, following the money.

43:51You sound like Cash Patel, bro.

43:53>> I'm right here where I've always been.

43:55Following the facts, following the money, looking at the information.

43:59>> Looking at the information.

44:02That's what got >> Looking at the information. Hey, Nick.

44:05Hey, Nick. If we were sitting down right now live and I asked you about the information of this case, do you think you would know it? Do you think you would know any of it? Would you know about the evidence that was mentioned in the affidavit? Would you know about the various video recordings of Tyler Robinson's car driving through the neighborhood of allegedly Tyler Robinson walking through the neighborhood? Would you know about the timeline? Would you know about the foreign planes? And have you actually looked up that data for yourself?

44:35Would you know about the various military experts, Green Beretss and such, who have been shooting combat dummies with 30 sixes and every other type of round under the sun to try to recreate this shot which is not real?

44:49[snorts] Would you know any of this stuff?

44:54Because I'm not sure you would. I'm not sure you know the information on this case, Nick. Because if you did, you wouldn't have stuck your neck out like this on a [ __ ] take like this.

45:05because it was just a bad move. It was dumb. And you're not dumb. Which is why I was so surprised that this was your response.

45:15Got me here light years ahead of you.

45:18Light years ahead of Candace, light years ahead of Tucker Carlson. Now all these interlopers are going to come in and tell us that our ideology is about Netanyah.

45:29>> That was a really interesting phrasing, Nick.

45:34Now all these interlopers are going to come in and mess with my cult and tell us how to think. I'm the only one that can say how we're supposed to think about the Jews.

45:46That's a weird phrasing, bro.

45:51And I'm certainly not saying that I'm the one that's going to tell you how to feel about the Jews. I'm just a guy. I think you should probably do your own research and come up with your own conclusions about how to feel about the Jews, but you should probably be careful of gatekeepers, especially when it comes to a topic like the Jews.

46:16So, just think carefully out there, guys, for yourselves.

46:21And don't let people gatekeep information.

46:26because that was really weird wording.

46:29>> Yahoo and Israel's foreign policy and this kookery.

46:33>> Oh, and actually this is a good point too. Let's rewind.

46:36>> Years ahead of Candace, light years ahead of Tucker Carlson. Now all these interlopers are going to come in and tell us that our ideology is about Netanyahu and Israel's foreign policy and this kookery. Actually, Nick, I specifically elucidated that that is not your ideology and that yours is much more complex than that, much more interesting than that.

47:02And it had actually changed my mind when you have spoken about it. This specific issue right here, this issue is the exact example of why your point, specifically your point that it's not just the Israeli government. It is also American Zionists, American Jewish Zionists and this network that they have built inside of America on behalf of this foreign state. Because that's what TPUSA is is exactly. If there's any moment in time when America has a direct obvious example of what you've been championing for years, it's right now with Turning Point USA.

47:44And suddenly everyone else is gone. Like everyone else has gone off to fight it and you are not there.

47:54Right?

47:56This is the perfect example of your espoused ideology. At least what I've been hearing you say on your show for the last months and months and months.

48:08This is the perfect example of American Jews subverting America from the inside from within our institutions using their American Jewish money on behalf of Israel. And it is the perfect example of why the issue is more complex than just the government of Israel, just BB Netanyahu.

48:30So, where are you? Why aren't you pointing at it? I'm not saying you need to believe what I believe. I'm definitely not saying you need to agree with Candace Owens. I'm not even saying you need to think that Israel had anything to do with killing Charlie Kirk.

48:48I just can't help but notice that you're not even using this opportunity to point out your exact point using the biggest story in the country in our at least in our recent lifetimes.

49:04Probably since 9/11, although you could argue that.

49:11No, sorry. Absolutely not.

49:15That's totally ridiculous.

49:20Totally ridiculous. Oh, it's totally ridiculous.

49:25So, while Nick is out here following the facts, looking at the information, following the money.

49:38Um, I've been compiling sources that you all can double check for yourselves.

49:45because it seems to me like we have a distinct lack of sources in Nick's video and I kind of wonder if he has any.

49:58So now let's get into the second half of this whole situation. The evidence. The evidence that Nick you seem to claim there's none of the evidence that you seem to be familiar with and familiar that there's none of it.

50:14So, let's lay some ground rules here.

50:16We're not going to cite anything from Candace Owens. We're not going to try to evidence Candace Owens's theories at all because actually that's not at all what we're talking about. And let me briefly explain why that is and why that matters and how I see it. You are all welcome to see it however you want. And then we're going to take a trip down memory lane back to the early weeks and months of this investigation and remind us all what the base layer issue with the Fed slop narrative is because I think we've all lost track of that while we followed the story forwards into trying to figure out what did happen. But before we tried

50:54to figure out what did happen, we all worked on figuring out what didn't happen. and pretty much everyone under the sun with any expertise as long as they weren't Jewish, a Jewish Zionist, a Christian Zionist, paid by TPUSA or Israeli or our own government, as long as they were not those things. They pretty much all came to the conclusion pretty much that this shot was not the shot they said it was. That the rifle could not possibly have been the rifle and that basically everything about this screamed a cover up of something much bigger than a lone gunman.

51:31Let's assume that you didn't know anything about JFK or the history of political assassinations. Let's assume that you didn't know anything about a pathy or how that works. Sean Ryan. Um let's assume that you were naive to all of that. that already might have gotten you suspicious. And let's just take it back to basic facts, ballistics, evidence, science, you know, stuff that we can all see and understand.

51:55So clarification, the FBI told us a very specific narrative, not immediately, but over time they developed it and then they produced an affidavit and they charged Tyler Robinson with the crime alone based on what they've told us, their crime, their evidence, their narrative, the one that you're shilling for, Nick, it relies on a few very critical [snorts] pieces of evidence And those specific pieces of evidence are some of the weakest and most flimsiest flimsiest ones in the entire thing. [snorts] And so what I'm endeavoring to do here is not to prove Candace Owens is right. I don't even think Candace is right about

52:39everything. And I don't think that Candace even thinks that Candace is right about everything. This has nothing to do with her. What I'm here to do is to prove that you're [ __ ] if you think that Tyler Robinson took this shot with no help from anyone else. And especially if you think that the FBI is telling you the truth.

52:58Okay, fair. Because you very clearly laid out that that is your belief.

53:05Unless I'm misunderstanding your words.

53:08I would hope that I am somehow wildly misunderstanding your words and you're not this [ __ ] Nick. [snorts] So, some of the key pieces of evidence in the Fed narrative, the way that I see it, is first and foremost, the rifle.

53:26This is standard for any murder investigation, the weapon. The weapon that links the killer to the crime.

53:35Okay, we'll get to that in a second. In this investigation, we have footage, which is pretty significant, but it might not be the most conclusive for either side of the story. Tyler Robinson allegedly confessed to his parents, and that's going to be a big piece of this story because obviously a confession would be a very big thing if we had evidence that it had happened. Him turning himself in would be great evidence, but we have questions about that as well.

54:06He sent a bunch of text message confessions to Lance Twigs, which we'll talk about. He had Discord logs where he allegedly confessed to the crime, which we'll talk about. He left a note under his keyboard, which we'll talk about.

54:18And there was DNA left at the scene of the crime on a screwdriver, allegedly, sort of, on the rifle, the towel, and I guess that's it. The screwdriver is a little fuzzy. and then his car was seen on doorbell cams near the scene, etc.

54:36There's a few other pieces of evidence, but these are some of the main pieces of evidence that link Tyler Robinson to the scene of the crime. If I missed any, let me know. I just threw this together for memory this morning and then compiled all of these from my other notes.

54:51So, let's start with the gunshot, the very first thing that the whole world saw. And the gunshot was, in my opinion, suspicious to begin with. Getting shot in the neck could indicate human error.

55:07I didn't get the vibe, but I'm no expert. So, we're going to consult some experts. But once the FBI told us what rifle was used, told us where the shot was taken from, [ __ ] gets downright impossible. And so, let's look at a little bit of evidence.

55:28And once again, I'm no expert. I am no combat veteran. I'm no marksman. I don't own rifles. So, we're going to defer to the experts, which Nick, I'm sure you're not one of. [snorts] This is from the channel OneShot TV.

55:45We got six ball round blew through 20 lbs of meat and two beef femur bones.

55:49So, those are not easy to stop. I'm hoping this one will give us a slightly different result. And I'm going to aim towards the front left of our ballistic dummy neck. 45 degree angle. And we are shooting slightly downward as well. So I also have to hit the vertebrae because that's allegedly what redirected this bullet.

56:16I can see the neck fall out onto the ground from here. Well, we definitely penetrated our water jugs, and I don't think this is going to help to stop the conspiracy theories. His head fell off.

56:35I want to remind us all that at the actual scene of the actual crime, there was no exit wound. There was no blood splattered across the white backdrop.

56:46Nothing.

56:48The bullet apparently was lodged inside of him. And we'll talk about the autopsy in a little bit.

57:05Did you see the spine fly out the back of his neck?

57:16But I want to go to his actual channel.

57:18>> Welcome back. Thank you for watching and watch a couple sections of his actual video because there's a lot more that he does in that than just that clip.

57:24>> Set this one up. I have our ballistic dummy bust on a table in the front. I do have it slightly angled so we can hit the target that we're aiming for. Behind it, I have three 5gallon water jugs just in case the bullet overpenetrates. Maybe we'll get lucky and actually capture it.

57:38Unfortunately, for this video, I'm not going to be able to take the shot at 140 yards. I got too many cameras to operate. Trust me, it's a chip shot.

57:46There's going to be almost no difference between 30 or 40 and 140. It's a,000 yard gun. So, we might be gaining a few feet per second, but ultimately the result will be very similar.

58:10So to clarify, when the shot was first shown on camera, if you were experienced with guns, marksmanship, this sort of thing, you could have ascertained that there was no exit wound, there was no blood splatter behind him on the white backdrop.

58:28And almost every rifle round, you would expect some sort of blood splatter. You would expect a lot more carnage from this shot if it was a rifle.

58:37And that not existing, but it being the type of shot that it was, but apparently no shooter in the crowd with a handgun gets pretty weird pretty [ __ ] fast. So, it was a pretty suspicious shot right from the start, let alone once they told us that it was a 30 six. One of the biggest rounds that people use. Now, one thing I do want to say is we know how realistic the bones are in these ballistic dummies. We've proven it time and time again in a million videos. They usually react exactly like you would expect and they stop a lot of calibers. One caveat I do want to give is I would imagine on a real human spine there's a lot of

59:14muscles and tendons and discs and I mean that's what supports the whole human body. So, I would imagine a real spinal cord is probably a little tougher than one of these. But, I mean, you can see how thick that bone is. And they do even have like simulated spinal cord rods running through there as well. So this is the thickest bone in the ballistic dummy and it was no match for the 30 6.

59:39Now I also want to say I think the ballistics gel in front of the spinal cord on these ballistic dummies is probably tougher and denser than a real human neck. If you relax and just push on your neck, it's extremely soft and it wouldn't do anything to slow down a bullet. The ballistic gel on these is, you know, pretty firm. And you can see the damage that we have before it even got to the bone. So, so let's watch some more shots.

60:08>> Shot. So, hopefully we're not too far off.

60:10>> This is full metal jacket.

60:12>> They're the same bullet weight. We should be able to hit it, dude. Well, that was insane.

60:23I don't even know if it hit the bone to be honest with you. Yeah, the point of impact was a little bit higher on that one. So, we didn't even hit the bone.

60:29We'll try it one more time.

60:35Well, the fact that I saw the spinal bone fly up in the air and then I heard bone fragments landing on the table, it's not a good sign. [laughter] to the shoulder. So, I've got it in a cinder block propped up on the table about as good as I can get. For this one, we are going to use the 150 grain Hornady. Let's see how effective a 30 6 actually is.

61:12>> Wow.

61:17You might also notice how loud the sound is the mist, dude. I hope you guys could see that on camera. You probably couldn't. When I took the shot and stood up, the air was just filled with a blue mist. [laughter] I think that was a good hit.

61:47the 300 6. Ladies and gentlemen, I will reiterate what I said earlier. I fully agree. A 300 6 stopping in the body, especially the neck, is extremely unlikely, but I still don't think it's impossible. We don't even know what kind of bullet was used yet. So, it's hard to say for sure that they're lying about that. I would give it like less than a 1% chance. very unlikely, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. And just to be clear, I'm not saying that they're not lying or there aren't inconsistencies in this story. There clearly are, but as far as the caliber debate itself, um I don't think it's

62:25completely impossible. I think >> pretty impartial guy. This next piece is really important, though.

62:32>> It's extremely unlikely. I'll go ahead and quickly tell you my thought process on this. You can call me naive, whatever you want to say, but if this was a planned assassination, you know, name a foreign country, government, agency, whatever. Why would they lie about the caliber? Like, if they planned the entire thing, why not just plant the correct rifle on the pathy that you've chosen and then say that was the caliber that was used? Why? That's not a naive question. That's a super intelligent question, actually. And [snorts] in order to answer it, I believe that you need to have a firm grasp of the history

63:04of assassinations and of how psies get set up because setting up a pathy is not easy. It's actually super [ __ ] difficult. And in order to get all of the pieces in place that you need in order to have a pathy in the right place at the right time under the right circumstances where the case will actually look legitimate and stick is hard, especially when you have to navigate it on short notice to a specific event. And so if we found out that Charlie Kirk was changing his stance or was knew something on that he couldn't say or there was some reason why this hit and needed to go through, you would have a time clock start and

63:44you would need to have him in a place where you have a pathy prepared within a certain amount of time. And I suspect that the type of network that authorized this hit has paths kind of in the works around the United States and maybe around the world kind of at all times.

64:00But you still would need to get them into position. And if the schedule is the schedule, the events are the events.

64:07You got to work with whoever you got wherever he's going. And Utah, I guess, was the best place. My presumption is that Tyler Robinson was the closest best fit to the bill. and he happened to have this rifle that would really clearly pin the crime on him. This is just my theory.

64:25So, you have to now match the crime to a 306 as best as you can.

64:31And the complexity of doing that is why big political assassinations tend to be super [ __ ] weird and tend to not actually fit the narrative that the feds give us. Think JFK for example, which Nick, I'm sure you're familiar with JFK and the magic bullet.

64:50And it's kind of weird that here we are in 2025 with another magic bullet and a rifle that is an heirloom handme-down to Tyler Robinson that explicitly links him to the crime, but somehow doesn't exactly just perfectly match the crime. And somehow we magically don't have any bullet from the crime scene in order to confirm that it was fired from that gun. And they paved over the crime scene 5 days later on a Sunday, no less, but we'll get to that a little later.

65:28Great question, great video. Oneshot TV.

65:31Hit subscribe, like, and maybe share it if you want to.

65:37I'm going to go and get another drink real quick and then we'll get to the next one. And just a quick second to remind us all. Why am I belaboring the point of these shooting videos that happened ages ago? This is old news.

65:48Right. Right. Exactly. That's the point.

65:50Because if the bullet from the gun that we're told was used, the gun that links Tyler Robinson to the scene, the story that the official narrative has put forward as their evidence to put this man in jail and maybe give him the death penalty, if that bullet cannot possibly create the wound that we saw for multiple reasons, then the whole thing is [ __ ] fake. Okay? It only takes one break in this official narrative, especially one this big, a hole this big in the narrative, so to speak. That one hole in the story makes the whole story [ __ ] Okay? And it makes the whole thing a cover up. It doesn't mean that

66:31Israel did it. It doesn't mean that Candace is right. It doesn't mean any of those things, but it means that the official story is [ __ ] And it's not hard to figure out that the official story is [ __ ] And that's why we're belaboring the point going back to the original evidence, which I'm sure you watched, Nick.

66:49And I'm purposely letting experts tell you all about it because I'm not an expert.

66:55This is what we would call evidence.

66:58Next, we're going to watch a video from one of my favorite people on the internet and especially on this topic, Nate from Valhalla VFT, who is a trained combat medic, an ex green beret, multiple tours of duty. He knows his [ __ ] And you couldn't get a better expert opinion than a guy like Nate. And Nate ran some tests. All right, we did the pumpkin. Next up, the sheep shoulder blade. Definitely thick bone. About twice the meat mass of a human neck.

67:31[laughter] That's straight through.

67:36>> Doesn't surprise.

67:37>> That's the bone was going through there.

67:40Yeah. So, as we can see, the uh the sheep shoulder blade annihilated.

67:46>> 300 6 basically ripped this entire thing in half straight through. No [snorts] bullet. Now, we're going to attempt these beef vertebrae, which are you look at these things, incredibly thick, 2, three inches thick at some of the bigger parts. Brian was telling me that butchers can use concrete saws to saw through this. So, little bit stronger than a human neck.

68:14We're going to check that out next. All right. So, here we go. Next test. Cow neck vertebrae.

68:24So, as you can see, the cow neck vertebrae uh stood no chance.

68:33>> Ripped in half. And as you can see, even clean through damage straight through the cardboard again. And you can see how thick this bone is, guys.

68:44It's almost 2 inch thick. Straight through. All right. So, here is the real test. This is a cow femur.

68:53Let's give it a shot.

68:57Yeah, that's a little go.

69:00>> Maybe I did miss.

69:05No exit wound, no blood splatter. All right, so let's see the damage. Uh, it's literally in pieces.

69:17So, here you go. Where Brian hit that directly in the center, literally exploded that cow femur in half. Blew straight through. More.

69:29Now, we're not only going to take a cow femur, but for anybody that says, "Wow, there's no there's no meat." We're going to slap on a fat 4 in of beef in front of the cow femur and see what happens.

69:44Then give him a thick skin.

69:45>> A bone significantly stronger and thicker than Charlie's spine. A bunch of meat significantly thicker and stronger than the front of Charlie's neck. tape for skin. Significantly stronger than Charlie's skin.

70:00>> Skin like Nate.

70:03>> All right, last test on the meat again.

70:05Cow femur, bunch of beef, thick tape, and then we're going to move up to the steel. Here we go.

70:13Well, [laughter] >> well, the every everything exploded.

70:18>> All right, let's check it out.

70:26All right, so let's take a look at the crime scene. As you see, the entire thing exploded on us. Our camera got knocked down, flew through this, as you can see.

70:36All right, here we go.

70:39Here's our cow femur.

70:42the damage to that literally snapped in half and then our our neck remember that was like a regular looking roast >> that we built solid thick four or five inches of meat >> absolutely obliterated.

71:02So yeah. Uh so yeah, next we're going to shoot we're going to test the uh the steel the steel theory. So, we're going to actually shoot steel and see what happens. All right.

71:13>> So, if Charlie had a neck of steel, as we've been told, what would happen if you shot a steel neck with a 30 six round?

71:22>> Guys, now we're going to test literal steel. 1/4 in 3/8 in steel. Let's see what it can do.

71:38Nope. You hit it.

71:50That was 38 inch.

72:01Bro is a pretty good shot. All right, so let's check out what 30 O 6 did to literal steel. Here we have our and thank god we got an actual >> You can tell that they purposely put the shots all as one take so they could show you how good of a shot he is competition shooter here to hit this 2 in x 2 in plate from 100 yards. uh which I probably would have been able to clean through quarter inch steel.

72:26Clean through 3/8 inch steel and half inch steel almost or actually it potentially did actually blow out the side of that. So yeah, guys, final thoughts. Literally nothing we brought out here today could stop a 30 six round.

72:50Literal steel can't stop a 30 odd six round. So, actually the whole man of steel argument doesn't even make sense, does it? So, uh yeah, uh we just wanted to bring this one to you guys, show you uh what a 30 odd six round can really do and so we can sort of kind of stop the confusion about if this was possible or not. And uh yeah, hope you guys enjoyed this one. We'll catch you in the next one.

73:16So, you see why as soon as this event occurred, all the military men, all the hunters, like half of America immediately had some serious questions about what we were being told.

73:30Yeah. So, if you're not familiar with Dr. Chris Martinson, this video is much longer, much more all-incclusive. He's a very thorough man, very much more scientifically minded, and he recorded his testing and findings much more meticulously than most people. Um, and he has a couple of really great pieces in this and then we'll smash a whole bunch of shooting footage together as quickly as we can that we understand what's going on here. And by the way, this is uh cross-section of the human neck right about at the C6C7, which is lower the lower cervical uh bone area there and uh somewhere between the C6C7 bone. If this shot came

74:08in at about a 10° angle, it would have missed everything. It would have mainly gone through muscle. So that's why we're going to use pork roast because we think that most carefully mimics the m >> Did you catch that? Based on the location of the shot and the location of Charlie, which earlier in the video he meticulously angles out and shows why this is probably a relatively accurate representation of where the shot would have hit the neck. There's actually not a lot of indication that it should have hit the bone in the first place. It very well should have gone straight through his neck muscles and tissues and not

74:40even hit the vertebrae.

74:43making this an even more problematic question. But just for good measure, people are testing the bone part out, too, because that's the only way you could ever possibly imagine that there was no exit wound. And because all the TPUSA leakers have told us that the autopsy says that it hit the vertebrae and then traveled down his spine and obliterated him.

75:05[snorts] Muscle structure that you would find in a human neck. This is where the bullet would have gone. For it to go into the body, we have to believe it would have done two things. It would have had to take a hard turn in towards the center of the body and then impressed by or stopped by these bones here enough to get deflected down into the body. And we're going to show that that's just not a realistic possibility here. I would encourage you to go and watch Chris Martins's full video if you want to really get the context here. Um because he explains the setup of everything. He shows all sorts. He's

75:37very very thorough and I would encourage you to support his work and to watch the whole video, but we're just going to montage a whole bunch of shots now. So now we want to dial it up a little bit.

75:46And we have these roasts which had the bone in. This is an inch and a quarter bone. A leg bone of a pig is a lot more dense than the cervical neckbones of a human. This bone has to hold a lot of weight. It's got a big fat quarter inish wall around it, you know, before you get to the marrow. These are very hard bones. Uh, and they're solid, one piece.

76:07So, you would think if anything was going to deflect this. Here's what would happen. So, now this was shot with 180 grain hollow point. Uh, the bone was hit. It was shattered. You see this huge hole that came out the backside here.

76:21And that's because the bullet came in.

76:24It probably mushroomed a bit, but the bullet went straight through, but it was carrying so much of the bone material with it that that too punched through.

76:31This is a/2-in oriented strand board and it's just astonishing turd and you can figure out roughly what the hole was in the in the back stop. But man, these things blew giant holes out of the back stop. Um, so it's kind of hard to get it exactly right. So now here we're going to watch a 220 grain bullet, which is a big heavy thing, right? And look at the giant monster hole it made in the back of this. And by the way, Nick put a cinder block here to back stop it because I just said, "Can anything stop these rounds?"

77:08>> It went through the cinder block. Wow.

77:09>> Through the first wall of the cinder block.

77:10>> Great camera. So glad we have this. So now we know it took this whole cinder block and shoved it. So just watch this happen again from here and the round enters and just absolutely goes through the roast through the bone of the roast through the back of the roast through the oriented strand board and into the cinder block. And by the way, it pushes and shoves that whole cinder block backwards cuz these things are carrying just an enormous amount of force.

77:40Um, here's what H.

77:45>> So, if this 306 had hit Charlie in the neck, the way we're told, it still could have gone through a concrete wall behind him and hit someone on the other side of the concrete wall. Okay?

78:01And [snorts] I mean, literally, like a literal concrete wall is stronger than a cinder block, but you get what I mean.

78:06What happened? this front of that cinder block had a big old hole with a concave pattern because it was struck from this side and it did the bullet actually did stop um on the back side of the cinder block. So that's kind of what it takes to stop a 30 odd six round. So then um here's uh just variety of things we just shot over and over again. Spoiler, 38 shots were taken. None of them were stopped by any of these roasts. This one here is roast number five. I believe this one has been just been shot with a 220 grain. Uh, I think that's what this one is. I'd have to check the show notes again. 38 shots were taken. None of them

78:43were stopped.

78:45Next, people got really into um this whole process of testing out different ways of doing the shot. And Range Day Bro even set up a theoretical shot of what a lot of people were suspecting was that it had actually been a shot from behind. And he tested that out too with a ballistic dummy, which we're not going to get into because it's a theory that is not the point right now. Um, but there's all sorts of stuff out there to give different evidence to this whole thing. This is actually a clip from a video that is no longer on YouTube. I'm not sure why. Um, but it is preserved inside of one of Valhalla

79:24VFT's videos. It's from a channel that was I guess called US Overwatch where he does a different version of the test >> a day ago. Very good video. Let's check it out. I'll put his link in the pin comment and description if you want to watch the whole video.

79:37>> So, our first shot will be a cold bore shot and we will just see what kind of results uh we are able to duplicate.

79:45>> All right. So, he's got some very thick bone here across the strap of this dummy. Obviously, this would be far thicker and stronger than a human vertebrae in the neck. I know the bone doesn't look super it looks hollow, but this is way stronger than a human vertebrae in a neck.

80:00>> Let's uh let's see what this 30 odd six rounds does to it.

80:08>> Wow.

80:08>> Yeah.

80:11All right. From this angle, as you can see here, huh?

80:19Not only does it go through that bone, it explodes the bone.

80:22Now we're going to give it uh reset it back up and put the uh ballistic plate in front of it and see if we can't duplicate that shot as well.

80:33>> Right now he actually shoots a ballistic plate with 30 art six round destroys the plate.

80:44Secy's there just ripped the entire half of that plate off. So, this was back when people were still speculating that Charlie was wearing some ultra concealed body armor, which we have multiple versions of confirmation that he was not, but just to give you a sense for how powerful these rounds are. Now, the autopsy, which we still haven't seen, because yes, this is actually what is being put out. So, yeah, here you go. Fox News today. Man of Steel, Charlie Kirk's body stopped a bullet that would typically just go through everything. Remember, Nick, this is the narrative that you're shilling for.

81:19>> And it was an absolute miracle nobody else was killed.

81:22>> And the sources putting it out are the sources that your perspective is apparently aligned with. So, just pay attention to who's putting this information out and what it is they're saying.

81:32>> His surgeon told Turning Point USA. And another one, surgeon says Charlie Kirk's neck stopped Bullet from killing anyone else. He's like the man of steel. I I'm blown away by how stupid this is. They are now going to tell us that Charlie Kirk took a 30 O six round to the neck from 150 yards and his neck stopped the bullet. No exit wound, no pass through. They found the bullet just beneath the skin. Guys, I'm going be honest. Had some people send me this last night when it first dropped. I remember sitting on the couch next to my wife. She showed it to me. I read it and I said, "Oh, that's so dumb. That's

82:06obviously fake. There's no way that's real." And I just moved on with it. uh because it was just this was so outrageously stupid that there was no way there was no way that this was a real post. And then I wake up this morning to hundreds of you guys emailing me and messaging me this exact thing that yes, this is in fact real. And I believe, as far as I know, Andrew Kovet here is the executive producer at Turning Point and he put this post out last night. Let's make our way through it. All right, here we go. I want to address some of the discussion about the lack of an exit wound with Charlie. I'm

82:38usually not interested in delving into most of this kind of online chatter and I apologize this is somewhat graphic but in this case the fact that there wasn't an exit wound is probably another miracle and I want people to know I just spoke with the surgeon who worked on Charlie in the hospital that seems weird because that's a violation of HIPPA. Uh but okay let's keep moving. He said the bullet absolutely should have gone through which is very very normal for a highowered high velocity round for a 306 round. Yes it is. I've seen wounds from this caliber many times and they always just go through everything. This would

83:13have taken a moose or two down, an elk, etc. Yes, a 30 six round can penetrate through and through an elk. We'll talk about that here in a little bit. But it didn't go through. Charlie's body stopped it.

83:31I mentioned to his doctor that there were dozens of staff, students, and special guests standing directly behind Charlie and other side of the tent. And he replied, "It was an absolute miracle that someone else didn't get killed. His bone was so healthy, and the density was so so impressive that he's like the man of steel, it should have just gone through and through. It's likely would have killed those standing behind him, too." In the end, the corner did find the bullet just beneath the skin. Even in death, Charlie managed to save the lives of those around him. Remarkable.

84:04Miraculous.

84:05>> You guys know howing stupid that whole thing is, right?

84:09>> Um here's here's what's crazy to me.

84:11>> Do these people not realize >> who's in America? What we did for the last 20 years? Do you know how many tens of thousands of Global War on terror veterans there are that know exactly what it looks like when a high powered rifle round hits a human body?

84:29Especially in an area like soft tissue in the neck. You know how many people hunt out there and know exactly what a 30 six round does to a an elk skeleton or bone?

84:41We're not dumb. This ain't going to work. This this man of steel his bone density. Let's talk about this. Okay. He got shot here in the corateed. If that did hit a vertebrae in his neck, let's understand that neck vertebrae is some of the most fragile bone in the human body because it's so flexible to handle what we do with our neck. So what they're telling you is a 30 odd six round which can blow through elkbone was stopped by Charlie Kirk's neck and avertebrae. If you believe that, God bless your little heart.

85:20>> Remember, this man has shot a lot of people and he's treated a lot of bullet wounds in combat, out of combat, pretty much all of it. You can't get a better expert testimony than Nate [snorts and clears throat] round. And it's not just me. I looked at every single one of these posts and I went to the comment section. What do the what do the regular populists think about this when they heard this? All right, so from the post from the right-wing angel, turning point USA spokesman Andrew Kovette said Saturday, Charlie Kirk surgeon called an absolute miracle. And the very first comment, [ __ ] button. That's not how bullets

85:54work. Bro, ain't no way you believe this. I follow this account just to see the lack of critical thinking and laugh.

86:00This is a fantasy feelood.

86:03>> Remember, Nick, this is the narrative that you're shilling.

86:07>> Makes no sense. But now, here's the problem. because you're actually going to have tons of people out here that are going to leave this type of comment.

86:13Wow, amazing how many people follow you who can't believe in a miracle. God was at work through the life of this man, Charlie Kirk. This is so unbelievable for those who can't see God in his creation. This got me thinking. I watched this clip and and you guys might not think there's not that much to it, but I think there is. All right, you might think at first, oh, this isn't that big of a deal. So, what we have >> and Nick, because you've reviewed all the evidence so much, I bet you already know who Adam Bartholomew is and you know his live stream and you've watched his footage a whole bunch. You're

86:42already familiar with that. And if you saw this footage, you'd immediately know it was from Adam Bartholomew because you're so familiar with the evidence >> have here is a kid being interviewed when the gunshot rings off and a little bit of an aftermath. But I want you to watch it. And there was something I noticed about this >> because just from that description, before you even see the footage, you already know that it's Adam Bartholomew's footage because that's the only footage that matches that description that Nate just gave.

87:11>> Okay. Why is this important? Pretty weird. You hear the gunshot ring off.

87:15It's not that loud.

87:17The kid being interviewed and the people behind him don't even flinch. They don't move. They don't go, "What the was that?" I'll play it again.

87:27>> What was that?

87:30>> All those people still on the balcony.

87:31One kid kind of just like, "What was that?" Kid being interviewed didn't even sound like he even heard it.

87:37[snorts] You guys realize if a 30 That's basically an amphitheater, right? Dug down into the ground, big buildings everywhere. The acoustics on this would be insane. You guys realize if a 306 and we know it wasn't a suppressed 306.

87:50We've seen the FBI picture of the weapon. If a 306 would have gone off within 100 meters or so of these kids, everyone in that amphitheater would have immediately gone boom. It would have sound like a bomb going off. But these kids didn't even flinch. Which tells me it was most likely a small caliber round or suppressed round. Be it a pistol round be He had a suppressed 5.56 round.

88:18That's what that reaction tells me. That reaction from those kids, none of them barely even flinched when that gunshot went off. So, here here's where we're at. Is it possible that the autopsy report showed that Charlie was shot in the neck and the bullet potentially didn't make it through? Sure. If it was maybe a pistol round, is it possible that a 306 round was stopped by Charlie's neck vertebrae? No, it's not.

88:43There's a 0% chance of that happening.

88:45That's not possible. It's not a thing.

88:48So, here lies the problem. Okay. FBI, we now have supposedly the coroner and the surgeon saying that bullet didn't pass through. It lodged just below the skin.

88:59Okay. So, now we know it wasn't a 30 odd six.

89:03So, who's the shooter? FBI. Where's >> Yeah. Who's the shooter? And where the [ __ ] is the gun?

89:11And why is everyone trying to cover it up? Nick, >> if you if you're calling people like me a conspiracy theorist right now for looking at this story and looking at posts like that and going, "That's total bullshit." Guys, I'm sorry, but this is from top to bottom, start to finish, this entire thing has been pathetic from the FBI. Again, I don't know if it's nefarious or if it's just extreme incompetency.

89:38Um, and now with these posts, the the surgeon saying it's it's a miracle that Charlie's the man of steel, his bone density and his vertebrae is strong enough to stop a 30 six round. Off, dude. That's where I'm at at this point.

89:52I think uh the American public deserves some truth because I think we're all just super tired of being lied about.

89:59The same FBI that continues to cover up the Epstein files up even up until yesterday. cashel saying never traffic children to anyone now. I mean this this is just it's outrageous all of this.

90:12>> Yeah.

90:12>> Wound is which is here.

90:14>> Pretty outrageous.

90:16>> All right. First thing we're going to take a look at is what this report says.

90:20>> Um my understanding from speaking with a couple of people high up at Turning Point USA, they let me know that the the injury took place right below the jaw in the C2. Uh >> oh. The bullet crashed through C2 all the way through C7 >> and then they found the bullet lodged in that meaty area around T1, the thoracic first vertebrae.

90:45>> All right. So, I don't know Steven Gardner. I don't really watch his stuff.

90:47I'm going to assume he's operating in good faith here and that he actually heard what he heard. And, you know, somebody else also came out and said that they've seen or supposedly heard about this same autopsy report.

90:57>> I confirmed. So both Brandon Tatum and Steven Gardner are very closely affiliated with TPUSA and you could say they're TP USA mouthpieces in this regard because they are the ones being given the information to release to the public. And this was released after we had a lot of time for the internet to speculate about how weird the shot was and how none of it made sense. And so the release of this information through these channels is was even more suspicious at the time. But I'm sure you were watching, Nick, so I'm sure you know all about that.

91:29>> Obviously, because I have connections and I confirmed that the autopsy was done. I don't want to say too much, but >> the autopsy yielded where the entry wound was >> and how the bullet killed him. It's already been determined. They found the bullet lodged in his body. They can tell you exactly where, what was severed, what killed him, where the bullet traveled from his neck down through his body. They have it all. Fragmentation of the of of the round that that spouted through his body. They have all of that in.

91:59>> Okay, they have it all. They've got it proved. Let's see if this even works mathematically or scientifically. Let's jump into it. All right, guys. So, basically a middle school math problem.

92:10This isn't that hard to figure out. We know that according to the medical examiner report, this 30 six round came in, hit him in the C2, traveled down.

92:17All right, you guys are going to notice some huge problems with this right away, but let's go ahead and, you know, just look at this objectively. All right, we got our protractor out. Let's put that right here on the C2. Okay, we do know again from where Tyler Robinson was shooting, it was a 9° slope with a 90° offset essentially meaning almost directly on uh at a 9° slope, which we can travel out from our protractor from the C2 here at 9°. Perfect. Right. As we pull the protractor off, what's the first huge glaring issue you guys are going to see here? Oh, they want to tell you the medical examiner report confirms

92:55he was first hit in the C2 vertebrae right below the base of the skull.

93:00Biggest problem I see with that from the angle Tyler Robinson shoots him from is uh that would have hit him in the teeth, right in the [ __ ] face. And you might make the argument that this didn't come from the FBI. This came from TP USA.

93:15It's not the same.

93:18These narratives need to align. If everyone's telling the truth, these narratives need to align. And it's clearly TPUSA leaking out this information from the autopsy to try to allay people's conspiracy theories. And it's just making the conspiracy theories worse.

93:34That autopsy, by the way, is in the hands of Erica Kirk right now, but we haven't seen it.

93:41But if it says what they say it says, what Brandon Tatum and Steven Gartner seem to say it says, this is not possible obviously and these things matter because if it's not possible, then they have the wrong guy and they are prosecuting a path seat.

93:59But Nick, I would love to hear your evidence of how this is possible. I would love to see your analysis. I would love to see your sources, which I've never seen any of or even above the teeth. Uh there is no possible way that this round came from a 90° angle and a 9° slope uh and hit the C2 way. Now, we can make this work for the location of the shot if it enters and hits the C5, but that's not what they're saying. They're saying it hit the C2, traveled down all his vertebrae.

94:32This is it doesn't work. Next thing with this, we're talking about a 306 round.

94:36Right now, you have this 30 O6 round traveling at 24 to 2700 feet per second or even less, doesn't even matter. Hits him, let's say, hits him in the C2 if this magic bullet that doesn't go through his face somehow. Uh, that then refracts straight down into the T1. Uh, yeah, that's not what a 30 six round is going to do. If a hu hits a human neck bird, we know it's going to blow right through. But even if there was some weird refraction, bullets aren't going to refract almost 90 degrees. We've talked about that. And then keep their actual velocity to be able to do that much damage. Not really a thing.

95:07>> And you can just get footage after footage of operator after operator, green berets and Navy Seals, military ballistics experts all over the place pointing out all the problems with this narrative. But that was not an entry wound that we saw. We saw an exit wound.

95:24So where'd that bullet come from? We don't bleed like and I've shot guys closer than the camera was. Uh, and an an exit an entry wound doesn't look like that. An exit wound does. So, that's enough of experts talking about bullets.

95:37I'm sure we beat that horse to death.

95:39I'd love to see your evidence, Nick, of otherwise. And remember that if the bullet and the gun don't match the wound, then Tyler Robinson is not your killer.

95:51Um, but let's look at the rest of the evidence that the FBI put out. some of the glaring issues in that. Just want to remind us all of this video and I want to go to the exact direct original source, the FBI's official website.

96:03We've all seen it. Zoomed in security camera footage of the figure running across the roof behind this popup part.

96:11Then he emerges from the right hand side, apparently carrying something, runs across the reflective white part where he clams down and jumps down with the grainy zoom. A lot of people argued over what's inside of that towel. Is it a mouser?

96:27Could be. Who knows? I'll concede that maybe. Maybe maybe that floppy thing could be a mouser.

96:36I don't personally think so. But you know what?

96:43You can decide whatever you want to decide about this.

96:47But you remember when Dr. Chris Martinson read the affidavit and they said that they had video footage of him getting into position and then they said Charlie Kirk was shot and then they said they had video footage of him leaving the position.

97:01Well, the wording that they used was pretty interesting because I've been to the scene of the crime and I know this is actually a still frame from my own footage. This is the camera where that video footage we just watched came from.

97:14This is taken as a still from my own camera footage when I went there to do some journalism.

97:21And this is Google Earth screenshotted with the camera that I just showed you down here in the bottom of the frame. It is located on this corner of this building right here. and it is overlooking the entire roof of the Los Ci center and clearly would have recorded the shot being taken.

97:40But they decided not to show us that very substantial proof that that figure in that video is the one that took that shot with that rifle that they told us that he had.

97:53And that's a little weird.

97:56That's a little weird. But let's talk about the photos that they put out.

98:02because they were kind of weird, too.

98:05Here's the video, and here's the photos.

98:09And you might notice that here his right leg is bent, and here his left leg is bent. But we were told that he had a rifle down his pants, down his skinny jeans. And there was exhaustive arguments about whether or not a rifle would fit down the skinny jeans. But just let's add this to the pile of things that are a little suspicious on top of the fact that the rifle could never have created the wound that we saw in the first place.

98:40Because there's another reason why we're looking at these photos. How much face do we see in these six photos? because these are all the photos that we had when a certain critical part of the story occurred.

99:04I have the affidavit directly quoted here in my document highlighted the camera capturing the individual running across the roof low crawling into the area etc. Just like we saw this is talking about the surveillance where they got the photos. Throughout the surveillance, the suspect keeps his head down and rarely raises his head enough to get a clear image of his face.

99:26As he proceeds across the campus, he is seen walking with an unusual gate. He walks with very little bending in his right leg.

99:35despite the fact that this is his right leg bent right there walking up the stairs. He also had to clamber over a railing with his unbendable right leg, but [snorts] that's not what we're getting at.

99:52Um onto the roof where he leaves the camera's view. He assembles the rifle, goes takes a shot.

100:00We'll come back to DNA consistent with Robinson was found on the trigger. or other parts of the rifle, the fired cartridge casing and the towel.

100:10Notice in the affidavit, they didn't mention this mysterious screwdriver that we kept getting told about, which I'm sure you remember, Nick, because you followed the case so closely. The screwdriver was critical to the narrative of the rifle being disassembled in his pants and then being reassembled on the roof. Um, and at a moment at early on, they actually told us that he disassembled it on the roof and then reassembled it in the woods.

100:30But that's not what happened. And we all know that cuz they gave us the footage of him running away right after the shot. But here's the critical piece.

100:42Robinson's mother saw the photo of the shooter in the news and thought the shooter looked like her son. Robinson's mother called her son and asked him where he was. He said he was at home sick and that he had also been at home sick on September 10th. Robinson's mother expressed concern to her husband that suspected the shooter looked like Robinson. Robinson's father agreed.

101:03So, from these six photos, this random mother in Utah said, "Oh my gosh, that looks so much like my dear son that I'm going to suspect my son of murder."

101:19Do you think there's any mother in the world that's going to see these photos and think, "I suspect my son of murder."

101:29Maybe if he wears that exact outfit.

101:35Maybe.

101:37But it gets better.

101:40Oh boy, does it get better.

101:43Robinson's father reported that when his wife showed him the surveillance image of the suspected shooter in the news, he agreed that it looked like her, like their son. He also believed that the rifle that police suspected the shooter used matched a rifle that was given to his son as a gift.

102:04So, this is from the affidavit that came out much later, but remember this is his father recounting how he knew it was his son at the time.

102:15Okay.

102:17Do I have that rifle in here?

102:20No. I have to go to the rifle over here.

102:24There it is.

102:26That rifle.

102:28That's the rifle that Tyler Robinson's father apparently saw in the news and then suspected that it was his son because it's an heirloom rifle. But the one problem is that's not the rifle that Tyler used. And we know that because the news outlet that put this photo out told us that later. that they were told that it was a certain type of rifle and then they went and used a stock image of a similar rifle for their news story. And we to this day have never seen a photo of the actual rifle and neither has Tyler Robinson's family, at least not in the news. And so in the affidavit itself, they actually

103:11include information that illegitimizes their own narrative. He also believed that the rifle that police suspected the shooter used matched a rifle that was given to his son as a gift despite the fact that no such photo was ever published.

103:30Awfully convenient though that there's this heirloom rifle that perfectly ties Tyler Robinson to the scene of the crime. The kind of thing his crazy boyfriend might have had access to. The kind of thing that anyone might have been able to get from his apartment and plant at the scene of the crime.

103:47possibly.

103:50So then they go and get their they they convince Tyler Robinson to come in. He kind of admits to them. All this weird [ __ ] happens. We're not going to go through all of it. [snorts] The family friend, remember? So I'm sure you remember, Nick. I'm sure you remember that that his parents got in touch with him. They were sure. They were like, "Oh my gosh, our son is a killer. We can tell because of the photo of the gun that we haven't seen before."

104:15And so then they convince him to come over to the house. He kind of sort of admits to them that he was the killer.

104:20They kind of convince him not to not to off himself. And then they have a friend who used to be in law enforcement or something come over to convince Tyler Robinson to turn himself in. And he agrees. And this part is really weird.

104:34The family friend spoke to police and reported telling Robinson that it would be best if he brought all the evidence with him to the sheriff's office to avoid police having to search his parents' home.

104:49If he was ex law enforcement, you'd think he would realize I mean, hey, I'm no law enforcement expert, but I would assume that you're not going to trust the the killer to bring all the evidence. you're going to go out and look for all the evidence, right? So, that's a kind of weird piece of the narrative. Just Just Tyler, bring all the evidence that they're going to need in order to convict you with you. Let's just bring all the right stuff so they can convict you. But you know what you can't bring?

105:17He asked Robinson if he had the clothes that were related to what he did. But Robinson replied a little conveniently that he had disposed of the clothes in different areas.

105:31Now, I'm just thinking to myself that if it's not actually Tyler Robinson in that surveillance footage, if there's something fishy going on here, those clothes might have someone else's DNA on them. And it's probably best that they get disposed of in other areas, don't you think? Because Candace wound up surfacing a photo given to her by the public, which has never been discredited, of Tyler Robinson wearing a totally different outfit, a maroon shirt, over in a Dairy Queen just a few hours after the shooting, just having food in front of a bunch of cameras, not stressed out at all. Kind of weird, but

106:09I promised that we wouldn't get into anything related to canvas, so let's just forget about that. Okay, next up, the text message thread. very incriminating text message thread of him admitting that he did this thing. I don't think I need to tell the internet about how [ __ ] these text messages are. You all remember the text messages, right?

106:31Why did I do it? Yeah, I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can't be negotiated out. If I am able to grab my rifle unseen, I will have left no evidence. Going to attempt to retrieve it again. Hopefully, they have moved on.

106:44I haven't seen anything about them finding it.

106:47How long have you been planning this?

106:51Let me just ask all the right questions.

106:53Let me just respond with all the perfect perfect stuff to incriminate myself in a text message thread while I talk about how how I was trying to get away. I'm trying to get away with this. I almost got away with no evidence. I just left the rifle at the scene of the [ __ ] crime, which we're going to talk about here in a second. So now let me leave a digital trail that is me admitting to the crime.

107:21This kid had a 4.0 GPA and uh what was his score again on the ACT?

107:28He scored a 34 out of 36 on the ACT, placing him in the top 1% of intelligence.

107:37And while we're at it, this is a screenshot from my own footage of going to the location where the rifle was dumped because I went there to do some journalism, Nick. [snorts] And you know what you immediately realize when you walk into that little space behind that chicken coupe where the rifle was allegedly found. You're under complete concealment in every direction and no one's going to see you. And you could hang out there for hours probably. I mean, the manhunt complicates that, but Bro could have gotten weird back there, and no one would have known. I mean, he allegedly changed his clothes there. But

108:12he didn't think to try to disassemble the rifle and hide it again the way that he had it hidden when he entered the scene and take it with him. He didn't think to try to hide it in his backpack.

108:23He didn't think to try to bury it at least, or hide it in all the ivy and bushes or anything else. He just decided to leave it there because he was in a big rush to get to Dairy Queen and eat ice cream.

108:37That was interesting.

108:40Um, while we're here, maybe we'll talk about the note that he left under his keyboard.

108:46This good old note. I love how Cash Patel explains this note.

108:50>> He has not confessed to um to authorities. He he is he is uh he is not cooperating. Uh but >> DNA analysis. And again, Nick, I'm sure you've already seen all this evidence because you're so familiar with all the evidence [snorts] and it somehow backs up your theories, but I just figured we'd watch it again together. And once we decisions and uh I'm sorry, Brian, I forgot your other question.

109:12>> You had a written note. Was there Did he write a written note before uh before the assassination attempt? That's what the governor said yesterday. And what did that say? If you could >> So, what I'm able to say I'm sorry. So, what I was what I'm able to say is I I I addressed it partially earlier is that the written note we believe what did exist and we have evidence to show what was in that note which is um and I'm going to uh summarize basically saying I the suspect wrote a note saying I have the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it. That note was written before the shooting. um evidence

109:46of existence we now have learned existed before the shooting was in the location um in the suspect and partner's home.

109:53But we have since learned that the note, even though it has been destroyed, we have found forensic evidence of the note. And we have confirmed what that note says because of our aggressive interview posture at the FBI.

110:07So, whatever the [ __ ] that means, that's another piece of confession that was not planted by the feds or whoever, right? Um, [snorts] I don't know what the [ __ ] that >> he's not confessed to.

110:31And then let's briefly mention Discord because we had these Discord logs that allegedly he went into Discord and he admitted to all of his friends that he had done it. Um but then like Discord came out and denied that that was true and then the whole thing kind of went away until Turkey Tom got some really weird leaks later on which was also very suspicious. Discord said, this is a quote from this article that you can look up for yourselves on the Daily Beast. Discord said Friday that Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect, did have an account, but that he did not use it to plan the shooting Wednesday

111:04afternoon at Utah Valley University.

111:06That directly contradicted Utah Governor Spencer Cox, who had said at a news conference Friday morning that Robinson's roommate had shown authorities messages on Discord from Robinson. The messages referenced in recent reporting about planning details do not appear to be Discord messages.

111:20The spokesperson said these were communications between the suspect's roommate and a friend after the shooting where the roommate was recounting the contents of a note that the suspect had left elsewhere.

111:31So, I think that we have sort of beaten a few of these points to death. And we could go on and on and on and on and on and we have over months and months and months without you, Nick. But let's just review. The rifle and the gun, the shot, the bullet, all of it doesn't [ __ ] work. And I'd love to see your sources that make it work because if the rifle doesn't work, none of it works. And quickly you start to ask yourself, who would be the most likely culprit? Who would be capable of this kind of cover up of this kind of planning of getting a pathy of all the things that we have seen?

112:13Who would have motive?

112:16A the footage. I would argue there's a lot of problems with the footage, but maybe we'll find out in court. You know, the court trial that they're going to not show anyone anything about that one. Maybe they'll show us the footage in court. His confession to his parents.

112:34There's [ __ ] holes literally in the official affidavit that prove that there's lies in the affidavit that we all know there there are lies there. Him turning himself in. Oh, yeah. I forgot to mention that someone foyed and asked for um the footage of Tyler Robinson turning himself in at the police station and that police station replied and said that they had lost or deleted the footage.

113:02How surprising? How coincidental? How convenient. I'm sure it's nothing. Love to see your evidence on how it's nothing. Text messages to Lance Twigs.

113:12I do your best. His Discord logs maybe, could be, but the rifle needs to also work. Note left under his keyboard. I don't [ __ ] know what Cash told us about it. I don't understand what like I'm pretty sure he said that there used to be a note. There was once a note, but then it got destroyed probably by our guilty suspect, Tyler Robinson, and he destroyed the note. But we we had an aggressive interview posture and we determined for sure that the note used to exist. So, it used to be evidence and now it's evidence again when we talk about it. There was DNA on the screwdriver, which now is no longer

113:51being mentioned for reasons that aren't explained. There was DNA on the towel and the rifle, which there's no reason there could ever be Tyler Robinson's DNA on a towel and on his own rifle that I'm sure he put on the scene. And his car was seen on doorbell cams near the scene, which we're not going to get into because that's a whole other video, which I've made a few of. [snorts] Um, so if you can't tell, I do have a bias.

114:15My bias is based off of all of the reporting that I've done, all the evidence that I've seen, and a little bit of preconceived bias about Israel, and my understanding that Israel is the world's foremost assassinator, that Israel is the most shitty [ __ ] country on the planet, that Israel is conducting a genocide. So, do take my bias into account while you watch this video, okay?

114:37That's fair.

114:39Um, you can call me a fed. You can call me a plant. You can say that I'm like trying to character assassinate Nick or whatever you want to do. I'm just trying to share my sources and my evidence and Nick went at me and I didn't see any sources or evidence from Nick. I just saw a lot of ad homonym and straw man attacks and very weird suspicious things to say, but no evidence. So, Nick, now that you've seen some evidence, which I'm sure you already were very familiar with, I'd love to hear your stance on why it's probably Tyler Robinson and the feds are probably telling the truth and why you're not interested in developing

115:21your own understanding of what happened and asking your own questions about TPUSA and who murdered Charlie Kirk and why we're getting all this reporting about Benjamin Netanyahu offering him giant sums of money and why Benjamin Netanyahu was one of the first people to report that Charlie was dead and then to eulogize him over and over and then to talk for days and days about how Charlie was so loyal to Israel despite the text messages saying that he was objectively going to leave the pro-Israel cause.

115:52Didn't even mention the ones where he said he was thinking of inviting Candace.

115:57I would love to know how any of this squares with the message that you have been preaching for ages for since Charlottesville. Since you were in Charlottesville and I was at Burning Man. How is it that you have it so right all of a sudden after years and all the evidence is just I'm misunderstanding it, I guess.

116:27Because let's be clear, I'm just going to be honest. I did my live stream just gently, kindly proddding at what seemed a little off. It just didn't seem like the way you've been speaking before. And it just was confusing. And so I gently prodded it like, "Where you at, dog? I like you. I like your [ __ ] I like your content. I like your messages. Even the ones I don't agree with. I like how it challenges my thinking."

116:55And that's all that was.

116:57No one told me to do it. Wasn't paid to do it. I had no ulterior motive around that moment. I just wanted a good lead into my show. And my show was about the anti-semite of the year competition. And you didn't win it.

117:12And I thought it was a good idea. I knew it was going to be a little controversial for sure. And I was curious how you'd respond.

117:20And I figured you would respond intelligently.

117:25And then the response that you gave was the most [ __ ] suspicious and weird [ __ ] thing I have ever seen.

117:34Just to be honest.

117:37And I think we have some questions now about why the [ __ ] is that your opinion and where is that coming from?

117:47And so now I have more questions than I had at the start. And I don't know, like I'm not a fan of I'm not trying to make direct accusations. I'm just like, what the [ __ ] bro?

117:58What the [ __ ] Um, so I'm sure I'll get a lot of heat.

118:07I'm sure that I'll get called all kinds of names. I'm sure there'll be all sorts of faceless frog accounts using all of the usual smears against me, as they're already doing in the comments.

118:19I would recommend that you all read the comments, especially on X, and note which accounts are defending Nick's current take and how many of them are Jewish and Israeli.

118:33And notice the types of tactics that they're going to level at me and who's doing it.

118:42Don't trust me. Just double check my sources. Double check my reporting. Come up with your own perspective, your own opinions based on the evidence. Don't trust Candace. If you want to watch her, watch her and come up with your own opinion based on the evidence that she's sharing. Because a lot of what she's sharing is just her trying her best to solve the murder of her friend.

119:02And Charlie wasn't my friend, but I'm trying my best to solve his murder because it matters to America and to me as an American. And it matters to the future of our nation, especially if Israel was involved. Hey, Nick.

119:17And I said in my last video that Nick, if you were killed, I would devote the same amount of resources to solving your murder because it would be equally important, especially in these charged times.

119:34So, that's where we're at. That's how I feel and I'd be curious how all of you feel.

119:43I'm sure that the comment section is going to be [ __ ] wild.

119:47Nick, if you want to debate this on a live stream ever, I'd be happy to debate the murder of Charlie Kirk on a live stream.

119:56I just felt like this recorded format was best for presenting evidence because evidence matters. And yeah, I'd love to see yours.

120:08So, now that we've said all that, let's close with one last important piece about him lying about knowing his dad was CIA. Ian Carol spends less than two minutes brushing it off at the end of his stream. Invaluable for determining intentions. Praying for you and America.

120:29>> Well, you know what? I was being harsh on Ian for effect. I like Ian. I like Ian a lot. I hope he doesn't take it personally. Um, but I like Ian Carol. I think he's a good guy.

120:42>> You know what?

120:44I was being harsh for effect and I like Nick. I think he's a good guy. Um, I I like Nick and [snorts] so I hope he doesn't take it personally or whatever.

120:57>> Conspiracy [music] theories are entering a danger is the oxygen of the deoxy.

121:03There's so much evidence out there that even if less [music] than 1% is true, that will be enough to collapse the current paradigm and change the whole planet.
