So, seemingly every week Trump hits us with a new horrifying comment about how he plans to steal the either the midterm election or the 2028 election or both.
0:12Um and this one is no exception. So, he went on Real America's Voice. Now, by the way, let me just pause to do a little rant about this real quick because our media is so broken.
0:24Like there is no left-wing media. Do you understand that? That it doesn't exist.
0:27It's not real. So, you have like Fox News, One America News Network, Newsmax, Real America's Voice, the Daily Wire, uh and this whole apparatus, plethora right-wing news outlets. And then you have the the both-sides false equivalence middle-ground centrist news outlets like CNN. So, there is no counter balance to the far-right insanity that we see. You have to come online to see that. And we're just playing a different game here. Like we're not part of the mainstream media apparatus, which gets so many eyeballs. And it's frustrating. It is infuriating that nobody's like holding it down for the left. And so, you have this insanity
1:06that gets spewed and then no real response to it. So, Trump goes on this guy Wayne Allen Root's show. And as you're about to see here, bro just like casually, nonchalantly, in the most blasé way possible, he's like, "Yeah, so anyway, here's exactly how you can go about stealing the election. Let me lay it out for you in no uncertain terms to make sure that you understand step-by-step what to do." And Trump's like, "I like it. Maybe that. We'll see." So, here, let's listen and then we'll break it down.

1:36Because it's so hard to get the Senate to do anything. Now they're on recess.
1:40They don't get anything done. If they never get the Save America Act done, you have the right to declare a national security emergency for elections. And the Supreme Court ruled in 1983 under Reagan, Uh, INS versus Chadha, that if you declare a national security emergency as the president of the United States, they can't challenge it. It can only be overturned by a two-thirds vote of both houses of Congress. So, if you do this in the next month, we will get photo ID, proof of citizenship, and a limit to mail-in ballots, and you don't even need the Senate >> happened. Okay, I'll leave it at that.

2:26Is what the president of the United States said to a step-by-step explanation of how he can go about trying to steal the election. By the way, let me just say for the record, everything that guy said was completely and utterly made up. Total The idea that like oh, you can do this national emergency and then like make up whatever rules you want for the election, and they have to abide by it, and it can't be overturned unless two-thirds of Congress steps in. None of that is true. Our elections are run by the states. Let me repeat that. Our elections are run by the states. Even the federal elections are run by the
2:56states. He is in no position to federalize elections, or declare a national emergency, or try to cancel an election, or impose via executive action, or executive order, whatever rules he wants to try to put his thumb on the scale to make it so Republicans win. BUT, DUDE SAYS IT.
3:10Classic right-winger. Lord, grant me the confidence of a right-winger who's dead wrong about something and saying what to do.
3:17Please, Lord, grant me that confidence cuz right-wingers are a different species. The way they can be 100% incorrect and just say like, "So, here's how it works, bro. Sit down and let me let me educate you on this." You don't know what the you're talking about. And then Trump's like, "And stranger things have happened. Maybe we will do that. I guess we'll find out. I guess we'll see." So, now add it to the list of all the things they've already done, which are bright red flags that should scare the out of you. Like, for example, when they seized the ballots in Georgia and Arizona. You remember that? They seized the ballots.
3:50They were doing a trial run for what they might do in the midterms or in 2028. They were laying the groundwork.
3:56Hey, let's have the feds go in there, make up some crime, have some court, you know, uh give some a flimsy uh documentation that greenlights this, go in there like Tulsi Gabbard did, seize the ballots, and then take them and and, you know, count them ourselves, and oh, we found evidence of wrongdoing. Total horseshit, but they're already practicing for what they want to do. That's what you need to understand.
4:20Okay? He tried through executive order to force the states to turn over voting machines to the feds. He tried to bail in ban mail-in voting through executive order and also through the Save America Act. He's desperate to try to do that knowing mail-in voting uh cuts overwhelmingly Democratic, and that's why he wants to stop that. Okay? He also tried to steal voter roll data and do ballot purges and ballot spoiling.
4:44Remember that? And you even had Republican courts in some of these states go, "We're not sending you the data." That's crazy. That's not how this works. We're not going to send you the data for you to do Lord knows what with it. And then never mind all the threats to send in the National Guard or send in ICE and seize the ballots on Election Day. He, of course, is right now had he has Maduro in like 23-hour lockdown in solitary confinement, and he's trying to coerce him into coming out and saying that he stole the election for Biden in 2020.
5:15One of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard in my life, but this is what he's trying to do. He's also blamed Iran for stealing 2020, blamed China for stealing 2020. He's out of control. And now, these are the people around him, and that's what's scary, right? Is like, this idiot tells Trump, "Here's how you steal the election." The chances that Trump takes this to one of his, you know, one of his underlings is like 100%. As we get closer to the midterms, the chances he goes to his people and he goes, "Well, Wayne Wayne Allen Root told me exactly how to do it, so why can't you do it?
5:44Like, what's the problem? Get to work."
5:46Like, he he gave you the step-by-step guide. implement that Cuz remember, even in his first term, towards the end of his first term, he was surrounded by people like Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani and others who were telling him, Mike Lindell, these people were telling him, like, "Hey, bro. Go ahead and seize the voting machines, declare martial law, seize the voting machines, and then we'll stay in power. Just do that." And it was only because of uh some lawyers, some White House lawyers that were around Trump, that had to like scream at the top of their lungs and debate like madmen and tell them like, "You can't do
6:22this." And it was only because of those unsung heroes that Trump did not go all the way and declare martial law and and seize the ballots and take the voting machines. But we got lucky. We got lucky. There was a big um report, I think it was from Axios and Jonathan Swan, where they laid out like Trump was this close to saying like, "Yeah, do that." So, and now all those people are gone. Nobody's around him to tell him the truth. Nobody's going to rein him in. Everybody around him is coddles his ball sack and powders his bottom and tells him he's special and tell him his farts smell like perfume. Like, that's
6:55that's their job. That's what they do now. And so, whatever he vomits out on any given day, whatever sort of, you know, conspiracy he burps out, they're going to be, "Okay, let's do it." You know, "The boss has spoken.
7:06Let's get to it." And so, this is absolutely horrifying. Now, at the same time, you want to talk about abuse of power, let me show you this. Breaking news from Punchbowl. DOJ Office of Legal Counsel has issued an opinion that would allow the president to claim executive privilege over communication between him and private advisors and extends to direct advisors' communication with outside advisors. Big implications if Dems take back the House and start investigating Trump. So, Trump, what he's trying to do here, and it's not a coincidence Todd Blanche just got in there and he's doing like this.
7:37What Trump just did here is tried to make all of his communications privileged. Like, you can't look at anything I'm saying to any of my officials, right? Cuz all you have to do is recategorize these people as they're all private advisors, they're direct advisors, and then, sorry, you can't look into it at all. In the same way Trump tried to protect himself from ever getting audited again by the IRS. He gave him and his family carte blanche to commit whatever tax crimes they want, and um thought nobody was looking, thought he was slick, did that. Now he's trying to make it so you can't look at any of the conversations I've had with
8:09any of my insiders. This is insane what we're witnessing. True mad king And by the way, thank the Supreme Court, who basically gave Trump immunity for as long as he anything he does, as long as anything he does can be considered like official business, then like, oh, you're not allowed to to say it's criminal. I mean, this is insane.
8:26It is insane that we now have the mad king running this country. Okay, more from the Wall Street Journal. Trump White House officials have asked the Trump Justice Department to consider a new prosecution of David Hearn, the man accused of vandalizing the reflecting pool, as Trump fumes over US Attorney Jeanine Pirro's decision to drop the case. Jeanine Pirro dropped the case cuz there was no evidence whatsoever. There was bubkis. There was zip, zero, zilch, nada, nothing. There was nothing there.
8:52Trump has a hard-on to take down this Olympian guy saying that, oh, he vandalized the pool. He didn't vandalize the pool. You hired some mafia goon who stole a bunch of the money and gave you a cut, didn't know what the he was doing, was using Play-Doh to fix the goddamn reflecting pool, and now here we are as a result of it. It's cuz of you, your incompetence, your self-dealing, your corruption, that's why we are where we are. But it doesn't matter cuz he's always going to try to find a scapegoat.
9:17In the same way he went after Don Lemon and Letitia James and James Comey and the SPLC and Act Blue. They're going after all these people just for political reasons, and he's always trying to find scapegoats. Now we have they're they're ruining this guy's life cuz he was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and he's an opponent of Donald J. Trump. So, just absolutely insane stuff that we're talking about here. Incredibly, incredibly disturbing.
9:42And um yeah, prepare yourself because they are throwing around these theories of rigging elections so casually. And of course, the irony of it all is as they are openly discussing these theories to rig the election and steal the election, that they've tried to flip it and say like, "Oh no, we're only doing this cuz Democrats steal elections."
10:03I like how how how the can you believe that? You do know that Barack Obama was president when Trump won in 2016, right? You do know that. So, you're telling me when Democrats had the power, they let Donald Trump win.
10:18Well, I thought they were stealing it.
10:19So, why would they do why would they do a thing like that? You know that Trump says, "When I was president, 2016 to 2020, when I was in there, that's when Democrats stole it for Biden." So, when Democrats didn't have power, they stole it, but when they did have power, they didn't steal it.
