11:18Hi everybody. Welcome to today's show.
11:20See you tonight at the Comedy Store in Hollywood. The show sold out.
11:25All right, we'll be our next show is this Sunday in Las Vegas. Tickets available. Can you believe it? Hurts my feelings.
11:34What the f I'm pretty popular in Vegas.
11:37Maybe maybe all our fans lost their money recently gambling. Maybe that's it. But uh it's almost sold out. Pretty There's a lot of There's uh a lot of people coming to that show. It'll be fun. I love Wise Guys. It's a great club.
11:50Um got my haircut. Uh, don't know if I like it. Oh, thank you. I like it.
12:02Uh, so there's a ceasefire. Get this. No kidding.
12:05>> Can you Can you turn that more towards me?
12:08>> I got it.
12:09>> I have a monitor here.
12:13>> And you know why everybody's doing the second camera?
12:17>> Maybe we should do >> Maybe we should do a second camera.
12:23Yeah, people like they do that and then they have the thing from the side. Everybody does that one.
12:34We can put another one up. Anyway, so guess what? There's a ceasefire. Trump declares is real Lebanon truce. Enough is enough. Trump tells Israel to halt attacks on Lebanon.
12:47>> Uh Trump says enough is enough. Tells Israel to halt attacks on Lebanon.
12:59Spoiler alert, they didn't. Ah, they didn't. Israel has violated the Lebanon ceasefire eight times in only 30 minutes.
13:08That's from Minress News. Unbelievable.
13:13I don't think they get what cease fire means. I think they means you cease and we fire.
13:19is that that's how Israel interprets it.
13:21And you got to laugh about this stuff because it's horrible. And you can't that that's how Israel wins. If you stop laughing and you get depressed, they win. Uh, President Donald Trump instructed Israel to halt its attacks on Lebanon. Iran said the truth of Lebanon was the reason it elected to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Really, Israel will not be bombing Lebanon any longer. They are prohibited from doing so by the USA.
13:49Enough is enough, Trump wrote on Truth Social on Friday. He made the statement the day after he announced the US brokered a cease file certified between Israel and Lebanon. There it is. USA will get all nuclear dust created by our great B2 bombers. No money will exchange hands in any way, shape, or form. This deal is in no way. This deal is in no way sub I can't do a If I could do a Trump impression, you know how much that would help.
14:22It it bothers me. Everybody in their brother can do a Trump impression. I can't do It's like Jack Nicholson.
14:27Everybody could do a Jack Nicholson impression. Uh the deal and is in no way subject to Lebanon either. But the USA will separately work with Lebanon and deal with the Hezbollah situation in an appropriate manner. Israel will not be bombing Lebanon any longer. They are prohibited from doing so by the USA.
14:48Okay. Okay. Okay. You're going to do whatever Benjamin Net, by the way, they didn't stop. So, what'd you do about it? Uh, nothing.
14:58Uh, while President Trump claimed Iran's decision to reopen the Straight of Hormuz was unrelated to Lebanon, Iran said it is allowing traffic through the straight only because of the truth. Oh, you know what? I I tweeted out uh I I couldn't find I was looking and looking and I'm trying to find out. Well, okay. So, they opened it, but is Iran going to still keep charging the $2 million? So, I just asked this on the Twitters. Uh, and let's see if I got I didn't get many responses. Uh, Furkan goes Zurka, who usually knows stuff about this. He says, "Good question."
15:38Uh, okay.
15:44Nobody knows >> really.
15:46>> No.
15:52Uh in line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, the passage for all commercial vessels through Straight of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of ceasefire.
16:03Tran said that all ships transiting the straight would need to coordinate with Iran. Okay, there it is. There's the uh foreign minister Aragi.
16:13Why do they have all the Italians running the Iranian foreign ministry? In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, the passage for all commercial festivals festivals and vessels through the straight of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of ceasefire on the coordinated route as already announced by ports and maritime or Okay. The Iranian military said that the strait is still closed to military vessels. It's unclear if the ceasefire in Lebanon will hold for the next 10 days. Not going to already been broken.
16:47So, we'll see. Since the start of the truce, Israel has already carried out one strike in Lebanon, killing one person. They've done more. Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed and that he was still in the process of dismantling Hezbollah. We have not yet finished the job. There are things we plan to do to address the remaining rocket threat.
17:06and the drone threat, he said. Oh, good for you. Trump asserted that Tyrron agreed never to close the straight again.
17:15And that the US blockade of Iranian ports would remain in effect until a final agreement is reached.
17:21Iran has agreed to never close. There it is. Okay. The straight of Hormuz is completely open and ready for business and full passes, Trump wrote in a separate post. But the naval blockade will remain in full force in effect that it as it pertains to Iran only until such time as our transaction with Iran is 100. So he's saying that we're not going to let Iran's ships through how are you going to do that?
17:53Uh >> and what is exactly 100% of this transaction? I guess what's the transaction?
17:58>> I'm going to guess to the a permanent peace deal.
18:03Um, so hey, if you're enjoying joining if you enjoy joining the cult of drinking the Kool-Aid, wait till you try drinking the blockade. That one kills your entire economy at once.
18:18Iranian president spokesperson Sayyed Muhammad Medi Tab Tab, another Italian, said that the claim that Tran agreed not to close the straight again was baseless statements of the enemy.
18:33The conditional and limited reopening of the port portion of the straight of Hormuz is solely an Iranian initiative, one that creates responsibility and serves to test the firm commitments of the opposing side. If they reig on their promises, they will fa face dire consequences.
18:53While Tran has not responded to Trump's assertion that Iran agreed to give up its nuclear material and dismantle its enrichment program, Iranian officials have stated that they are only willing to dilute stockpiles their stockpile of 60% enriched uranium in exchange for total sanctions relief. So, okay.
19:18I have learned that after Netanyahu did not, this is from uh this is we had this guy on the show, right? Seed Muhammad Morandi. I live I have learned that after Netanyahu did not adhere to the ceasefire agreement last night, Iran told the United States that if a ceasefire in Lebanon were not swiftly announced, Iran would attack the Israeli regime. This increased pressure and helped lead to the ceasefire announcement.
19:46Okay, so here is uh CNN is confirming that Trump was forced to order Israel to halt its bombing of Hezbollah just to get Iran to the negotiating table.
19:59Wow. The Trump administration is relying entirely on Pakistani generals to save their disastrous diplomatic collapse.
20:08Total humiliation for Washington. And let's remember this is CNN which is now Zionist owned.
20:15>> So much distrust between the sides but do you know Iran was clearly calling on Israel to stop bob bombing Hezbollah and Trump gave them that. So do you think trust is building on the Iranian side in these talks?
20:33I think without that it would have made what the Pakistani field marshal the interior minister were trying to do to move the the the Iranian side along it would have made it much harder. JD Vance the vice president when he left here last weekend he said US has put down best and final offer essentially the balls in the Iranian court. Now the Pakistani team, the negotiators have gone to Thran to try to sort of, if you will, move Iran forward, move that ball, if you will.
21:03Okie dokie.
21:06Shabbat shalom.
21:08The ships are home.
21:11Breaking Israel's vias eight times. Uh, but here's a weird there's a weird part of this ceasefire agreement. Wait till you hear this, Kurt. The text of temporary ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel has just been published. As always, the devil's in the details. And what is the detail? That Israel shall preserve its right to take all necessary measures in self-defense at any time against plan imminent or ongoing attacks. So even if an attack hasn't happened, Israel gets to bomb them because they could say, >> you don't have to prove it was imminent, right?
21:46>> Yeah. They could say they could just say, "Well, one was coming, so we had to just like we just like the United States when they started this war that said we had to bomb them first cuz we were pretty sure they were going to bomb us." So, >> and and it was Israeli intelligence, the most moral and impeccable intelligence you can get that told Trump that.
22:05>> Yes. The most moral.
22:06>> I mean, they had very accurate pictures of whatever evil thing he did to let him also persuade him. This shall not be impeded by the sessation of hostilities.
22:16Besides this, it will not carry out any offensive military operations against Lebanese targets, including civilian military and other state targets in the territory of Lebanon by land, air, or sea. Okay.
22:30Okay. Sure. All right. So, here of Will Christo, this is his first impression. You want to hear it? First impression is that this returns Lebanon to post2024 ceasefire status where Israel is allowed to strike where it wants in Lebanon if it deems it in self-defense as per article 3 of the ceasefire text. This will probably spare Beirut at at the least. But it is a unique ceasefire where one side of the truce is allowed to fire on the other if it deems fit.
22:59The second point is that the talks between Israel and Lebanon are meant to lead to colon disarming of Hezbollah demarcating the border between Lebanon and Israel. Both issues have been at the heart of Israel Lebanon conflicts since 2006 >> and despite successive efforts have never found a solution. So we're unlikely to see a real solution to either of those issues in the 10day ceasefire period. Yeah, we're not. What happens next? If not, a return to war, extension of the ceasefire. I'm gonna guess war.
23:35>> I'm gonna guess American boots on the ground, Jimmy. And it's about time.
23:40>> Really?
23:43>> Embarrassed the Israelis. Confess. They don't actually know what ceasefire means.
23:48>> It means you cease, we fire.
23:51>> Yeah.
23:52>> Um, >> we seize your things. You spelled it wrong.
23:55>> It's a seize fire.
23:56>> Seize. Yeah. ceasefire to uh Benjamin Netanyahu means that they're going to attack you while you're sleeping and while you aren't shooting at us because you believed us. Basically, that's it.
24:07The Talmud tells us that we can do whatever we want because even though we killed children for fun mentally and emotionally, we are also children.
24:16So, >> oh >> yeah, there it is. Iran has announced that the straight of Iran, he says straight of Iran, he calls it. So, that's how you know he's in a good mood.
24:25>> Was that part of the deal, the ceasefire? He has to call it the straight of Iran. The way we say Gulf of America.
24:30>> I I Yeah, I think so. Glenn Greenwald.
24:33So, Anne Coulter, she's she's again she was with Trump, right? Uh first couple of months of his presidency, she was she said, "Every day I wake up, it's like Christmas. Trump's doing everything I want. Now she's back to hating him." She says, "Yay, the straight of uh the straight that was open before we began bombing Iran open Iran open is open again.
24:54Everybody pretend this is a huge victory for Trump and he'll end this catastrophe.
24:59>> Was the goal to get a bunch of Israelis killed? Because that's what they've achieved with this. Besides all the people they killed in Arab countries, which I I don't, you know, that's like >> Yeah, you're not supposed to care about them. That's You're a bad person.
25:09Seriously, organize a victory parade for Trump and the Rose Garden for getting the Straight of Iran open for the first time in history. Then give him another bust of of his head in the shape of Subtacky Churchill bus sitting on Mark Levin's Fox shelf. and call it a day.
25:25>> Yeah, >> call it a day. Um, so the Iran embassy tweeted this out. Bad mood, it's called the straight of Trump. Normal mood, it's the straight of horses. Good mood, straight of Iran.
25:36>> Yeah, they have a Trump alert level now.
25:39>> The ceasefire has happened, but there is no ceasefire on roasting. The Iran embassy is on full savage mode, and Trump is delivering comedy without a script. The ceasefire is on the ground, but on Twitter, a meme war is still going on. It's a hot war on Iraq.
25:55>> I didn't think that like all the good zingers were going to come from the Iran embassy in Zimbabwe.
25:59>> Who did? I didn't even know they knew what comedy was.
26:02>> I mean, well, I mean, if you don't know what it is now, are you going to ever >> This is nice. So, they give Trump uh the gold medal. He checks to make sure it's okay. Look, they're giving the He's popping the champagne. But when you look at it, he's not the winner.
26:20>> Said he destroyed China with this move.
26:21It's 5D chess to really hurt China.
26:25>> So this idea >> So there's an idea floating around, Kurt. I I'm sure you've seen it >> that this is Trump doing 5D chess >> and he wants to uh strangle he he wants to collapse. Rick Scott said this on Fox News last night. He said, "Hey, if the Chinese economy collapses over this shortage of oil, then I don't care."
26:48>> Well, I I think just like the reason why we can't go to war with China is they make all our stuff.
26:55>> Yeah. I still don't get how we're trying to destroy a thing we trade with that we escort their oil to them. I like our phones and viruses and shoes. Are we like, let's stop doing business with them if we hate them.
27:06>> We f we found out during co we can't even make masks. And and if if if with if if the Chinese economy collapses, doesn't that mean Walmart's economy collapses? If they're not able to make stuff, doesn't that mean Walmart's not able to sell stuff?
27:21>> I got Tim B says first.
27:23>> I got to see. I know I'm getting it wrong.
27:26>> Do you know there's a million reasons Erica Kirk didn't show up to that thing?
27:30>> Well, a million.
27:31>> We're gonna talk about one.
27:32>> We're gonna talk about it.
27:35>> First a thousand, then a million. Tons of reasons. Yeah, tons of reasons that they're track they're tracking her planes. That's the problem. Well, guess what? Everybody can track any plane at any time.
27:47>> So, we're going to talk about that.
27:48>> What?
27:48>> So, yes, you know that, right?
27:51>> They're tracking the planes. Who is it?
27:53>> They That's what That's what they're they're saying. No, no, the threat cuz everybody was like >> probably Iran cuz they know our real leaders are punks and they don't do anything. They're probably trying to go >> because the lie was that oh no, the threat wasn't at the event. The threat was that they were track tracking her travel. Well, they can do that. They've first of all, they've been doing it.
28:11Second of all, they can do it forever.
28:13So, this is this threat is never going to end. So, is she just going to stay Shabbat shalom?
28:17>> Can NSA mother help her?
28:19>> Right. She's going to stay Shabbat shalom at home with her kids.
28:22>> Yeah. Oh. Oh, yeah. Shalom at home, as the great Rabbi Schmoolie used to say.
28:26>> And you want to hear my jokes about Erica Kirk? And boy, I got them. Come see me this Sunday in Las Vegas, May 7th, in Burbank. Still tickets available. That's going to be a special show. I don't want I don't want to tell you what the secrets are, but there are some secrets. And then we'll be in Oklahoma City, Spokane, and Tacoma.

28:44Go to jimmy.com. Over to stuff. Okay.
28:47Welcome to Fancy Vagina Friday. Ladies and gentlemen, May Jess, you come in strong thread proving Professor Jiang is an asset.
28:57I got the >> asset of who? I got the link thread from our node Bertron who also calls out Professor Jiang as an asset.
29:05>> Okay, look look I want to know what he's an asset of what?
29:09>> Uh I haven't looked at the links yet, Jim.
29:12>> I haven't I cannot respond for the comments.
29:16>> The dude is 100% Americanized in all his views.
29:20>> Yeah, that's right.
29:21>> 100% Americanized in all his views. The stuff that he says China would not allow him to say in China. Okay, just get it.
29:28All right. May Jess comes back strong saying the link I'm sending right here calls Trump Jiang calls Trump a genius and the destruction of Iran will be good for the USA.
29:39>> I think that's AI provided.
29:41>> I don't think he said that at all.
29:42That's a very stupid thing.
29:44>> I've seen that video and and the person who sent it to me, I sent back a meme of of uh the guy going, "What you talk about, Willis?" That was the meme I used. What you talk about, Willis? Um, >> that's insane that to think that he said, "Look, I all the stuff I've ever seen of him talking about.
30:03>> I just want to know what he lied about.
30:04If just tell me what he lied about, I don't care if he's an asset of this or that. Let's say he's an enemy of America just telling me a thing that's real."
30:12Good.
30:13>> Yeah.
30:14>> You understand? Good. If he's telling me the truth because you're too heard, I don't give a I want to know the truth.
30:21If it's a lie though, please tell me what the lie is. I don't want to hear this cult of personality no more.
30:27>> Uh, here we go. Oh my goodness. This is from GR or GR. Hold on.
30:37>> Bam. That's for you. GR Grace Commission 1984 explicitly looked into the application of income tax tax revenues.
30:45Its finding was that 100% collected individual income tax revenues were not used to fund services pays interest on bonds to the 1%. Gritty image photography amber blue light block glasses cured my sleep problems. Dream more sleepier.
31:04>> I was I've been using it last night.
31:06Last night and the night before.
31:07>> What did you think?
31:08>> I slept a little better.
31:10>> Well, there you have it, Gritty.
31:12>> I've been having crazy dreams. Uh, thank you for the reminder about those glasses because I think without that reminder, he would not have been using them.
31:20Everything's a scam. Everything's a lie.
31:22Everything's hypocrisy. And so, you don't comply. Oh my gosh, boy. I think Jimmy, are you showing the Katie Kirk clip today?
31:31>> Oh, I will.
31:31>> All right. Ooh, yikesy.
31:35Uh, let's go with this one. Yes. A ceasefire in Lebanon. And does that mean Israel is going to vacate the part that they destroyed already? H we need a surprise missile strike on Israeli nuclear scientists and their whole families while they're sleeping.
31:52They can't have nuclear weapons. Second coming of Dan.
31:57>> A little late for that one.
31:58>> Ryan, you said, "What if Steph reads the news and Jimmy did the super chats? You can still call it the Charlie Kirk show.
32:09Is that unbelievable?
32:12Was it Andrew Kulvit with a straight face, you know, talks about, you know, being on the Charlie Kirk show? It's not not the Charlie Kirk show. I don't know how anybody who supports that programming. And I thought it was really interesting, you know, after um Erica Kirk was so frightened by her death threats. Understandable. Maybe she should step down as the CEO. Maybe this is not >> She can't She can't. It's a Cabala ceremony. She has to do this uh grieving widow.
32:40>> Oh my god, I saw that video that you sent us. Fantastic video.
32:44>> So, so insane Lurana Cabala cult called Kabad, which is just an extension of like Lood Party and all them terrorists.
32:51That's who infiltrated every goddamn part of everything. And that's who did this. And those are they're laring. I'm not telling you the supernatural shit's real. I'm telling you these are laring it right now. So that's why Trump is doing everything to Why would he say all those things to Christians? He's not that stupid. He's auditioning to get Oh, Trump's the Antichrist. I don't think he's like the Antichrist or something, but these people believe in it and they're trying to make happen.
33:16>> So, >> um I'm sorry. Jimmy's hair looks great today. Mystery Man X. Thank you. Back to Jim.
33:20>> Kurt, I don't want to rub it in your face, but I got my hair cut by a black man wearing a mask yesterday.
33:26>> Oh my god. What are you, Katy Perry? And I'm Ruby Rose, and you're rubbing it in my face. Do you know those charges?
33:31>> No.
33:32Ruby Rose claims Katy Perry rubbed her uh fancy vagina Friday in her face.
33:38>> Oh, no kidding.
33:39>> It's a crazy story actually. It's way beyond Don Lemon.
33:43>> Candace beyond a Don Lemon. We'll put it that way.
33:45>> Candace Owens responds to JD Vance. So you saw JD Vance and he told people to stop >> uh criticizing Erica and that's why she's getting death threats. It's the craziest.
33:56>> Wait, it's the thing the stupid wokeies used to say. Yep.
33:59>> And AOC sarcastic terrorist. terrorism.
34:02>> What a surprise. I wonder what the common factor is and all those awful movements. Oh, I bet it's Israel.
34:07>> Remember when AOC accused me of of committing stochastic terror violence?
34:12Stoastic violence on her.
34:14>> Well, if you tell people I suck and then something should happen to me when they find out I suck, that's on you, Jimmy.
34:19>> So, let's watch this. Here's Erica's clap back.
34:22>> Oh my gosh. Maybe I do. Oh, I think I might. Okay.
34:30Yes, he uh JD Vance said it was the most preposterous thing he'd ever seen in politics in but but unless he said it was categorically the most preposterous thing he had seen in politics in a very long time. It could still be true because he hasn't seen very much in politics.
34:46>> That's right. Categorically I got a category.
34:50>> Mhm.
34:51>> Okay, here it is.
34:51>> Category of I'm not talking about other >> Here's what Here's what Candace said.
34:55Shame on JD Vance for taking the bait on that in response to Andrew Kovat's questioning. He's going to lecture us.
35:01He's going to come in and he's going to lecture us. Take a listen to what JD Vance has to say.
35:05>> Again, if your instinct is to go after not the left-wing radicals who are assaulting Savannah or not the people who shot Charlie Kirk, but if your instinct is to go after a young mother because she's grieving in a way, >> by the way, young mother, she's 37.
35:21She's not 18. Stop acting like she doesn't have any agency. She's not 18.
35:26She's not 22. She's not even 28. She's 37.
35:31>> Millionaire.
35:31>> She's young for a mother of darkness in that cult.
35:34>> Yes. She's almost middle-aged.
35:36>> Yeah. For a witch.
35:37>> Doesn't 40 make you middle-aged.
35:40>> Well, you're certainly middle-aged.
35:42>> Let's call Don Lemon.
35:44>> Let's get Don Lemon on this because I'm pretty sure >> call her old.
35:47>> If you are 40, you are past your prime.
35:49That's for sure. Misha, sorry to break it to you.
35:51>> You're past your prime.
35:53>> Mickey Haley. Don Lemon knows one thing for sure. Nobody likes an elf.
35:57>> Yeah, Don Lemon ought to know.
36:00>> Here we go.
36:01>> You find in a you you find wrong. Well, why don't you stay in your lane and mind your own business? Amen. Grief is complicated and >> grief is complicated.
36:10>> And I you know, so there's there's >> Yeah. So So JD Vance doesn't find anything wrong with the way Erica Kirk is grieving. Sure, he married a woman from another culture, but deep down inside he wants to see that tall American blonde ass shaking like a sack of potatoes up there on stage. Am I right? Come on.
36:29>> Wait, does he mean complicated because of all the pyro techniques? You got to get the fire and stuff.
36:32>> That's why it's complicated.
36:34>> That's what complicates grieving.
36:35>> All right, let's start it again.
36:36>> Shame on JD Vance uh for taking the bait on that in response to Andrew Kovat's questioning. He's going to lecture us.
36:42He's going to come in and he's going to lecture us. Take a listen to what JD Vance has to say >> again. If your instinct is to go after not the left-wing radicals who are assaulting Savannah or not the people who shot Charlie Kirk, but if your instinct is to go after a a young mother because she's grieving in a way that you find in a you you find wrong, well, why don't you stay in your lane and mind your own business? Amen. Grief is complicated and I just >> grief >> is complicated and I you know >> it's complicated. So there's there's another angle of this Andrew which is just so absurd which is that you know
37:12people will say that you know Erica you know she she's she's been doing this or she's been doing that and I would be doing something different and it's like first of all that's fine like if if you want to criticize somebody because you have a disagreement disagree with my politics disagree with something that Erica or Andrew say on the turning point uh podcast but this desire to go after her for the way she's she's grieving her husband that's the most preposterous thing I've seen in a very long time and I've seen a lot of crazy stuff in politics.
37:37prep. It's just like just like what Jake called me a preposterous liar.
37:42>> When someone has to go >> a while ago.
37:45>> Yeah.
37:45>> Yeah. What did you say that was so preposterous? Do you remember?
37:47>> I said that he uh wanted he was for bombing Syria, which I then when he when he called me a preposterous liar, I produced a video of him and I debating it on camera for about 20 minutes and he was for bombing Syria. But anyway, that's neither here nor there. I uh buried the hatchet with Jen Uger. I no longer have any bad feelings toward I and that's true. I don't >> I mean things are a little bigger now than just you know >> I don't >> justice the magic horse, you know.
38:13>> I I'm glad that he found a ward that he's against finally and so that's fantastic. He's against Gaza and now two wars and we're in. So he's two for two now since you know this year.
38:23>> Great job.
38:24>> Great job. So here's what Candace has to say.
38:27>> Okay, first off we do criticize them all the time for what they say on the podcast. The whole public has been doing that actually since everything happened.
38:33Please stop saying this repeat phrase that everyone grieavves differently. It doesn't matter how many times you say it doesn't make it true. Okay? You can't just say stuff. Everybody grieavves differently. Yeah. No, for sure.
38:41Everyone that I know does. No one.
38:42That's why it stands out to people and people go, "This is strange. Most people would fear going out. They would want to be closer to their kids. Stop trying to constantly feed us this slop." But the the audacity to say something like he just said, he said that it was the most preposterous thing that he has seen in politics in a very long time. People criticizing Kirk. That's the most preposterous thing you've seen in politics in a very long time.
39:04Disagreeing with the new CEO and chairman. This is not just a widow. This is a new CEO and chairman of TPUSA, a position that she did not earn. Nothing that she has done warrant her being in that position. Uh, and that him is like, "Woo, I can't believe people are doing this." I've seen some preposterous things just over the last few weeks in politics that should probably rank higher on your list. Okay?
39:21>> Like when you guys blew up that school, 150 Iranian school girls were killed and then you lied about it. That to me feels a little more preposterous. I mean, wasn't just even two days ago that Trump said that he thought Jesus was a Red Cross doctor? That was a little preposterous. Y out here lying about things. I don't know. The Epstein files.
39:38Did you have time to go through that, Mr. Vice President? Nothing in there ranked more preposterous for you than us criticizing Erica Kirk. How about Trump just generally attacking a pope because he's calling for peace? How about Trump saying that Breijg Mcronone is hot? That was pretty preposterous that she's got it. It's not even close. Breit Mcronone is like uh she's she's like a a thinner Pete Rose with with with with a with a wig. Here we go. She I tell you what, she always runs it out to first base.
40:06That's that's what I like about her.
40:07>> Yeah. I like she's got the body of David Spade and the face of Pete Rose.
40:14>> They they they call her Breijit Hustle.
40:17>> Here we go.
40:18>> Literal ticket you guys ran on was calling for peace. Now you're attacking the Pope or Trump is attacking the Pope because he's calling for peace. That feels pretty preposterous. Going to war with the explicit aim of opening the straight of Hormuse, which was already opened before you began the war is pretty preposterous. Gas prices right now are pretty preposterous. Us criticizing a grieving widow who can't keep her story straight about anything.
40:39No, that's not that's not even that shouldn't even hit your radar. So, please do not lecture us, J. Do not.
40:46Okay. The lecture that is coming from you is exactly why we don't like Erica because we see it for exactly what it is. It's elite. She has money and connections. She can call Vice President JD Vance. She can get uh the Secretary Scott Bessant to issue a letter on demand demanding you stop looking into their finances. She can get Trump to say how much Charlie loved her in his Easter speech. It's the balcony approach that makes us sick. We feel it's you guys looking down in the crowd like we're animals and you're somehow more dignified. Okay, Mr. Vice President, respectfully, our friends aren't in the
41:16Epstein files. And um I have enough common sense to know that the reason we refer to it as common sense is because it's shared amongst the commoners, us, the majority. And right now the left and the right, the internet, we have correctly identified the nature of your friend Erica Kirk. So please, I beg of you, we are 7 months into this thing.
41:32Please do not give us more beds slap. We have had our fill. And if it is truly your desire to transform hearts and minds about Erica, might I very humbly suggest that you start with a story that makes sense about September 10th. What happened? One that doesn't feature magical bullets and Superman necks and that write out entire confessions in the spirit of a Jane Austin novel, my love. One which doesn't feature uh company employees who witness the shooting and for some incomprehensible reason neglect to call 911, but instead rush to remove cameras within minutes. That would be my advice.
42:04Rather than lecturing us from a balcony, string together a coherent story and a timeline for the commoners. Please and thank you.
42:13And you're welcome. So even Steven Zionist controlled Barry Weissheaded CBS News is calling out her garbage. Secret Service determines no credible threats to UG rally after Erica Kirk's cancellation.
42:29That's from CBS News.
42:32That's that's the that's the uh Larry Ellison controlled Barry Weissheaded, you know, the uh the toad.
42:42Uh so so uh Candace responds to this.
42:45Let me read it to you. To recap, Erica Kirks flew into Athens, Georgia. We played Athens, Georgia. Fun place from Palm Beach on Tuesday. And by the way, these are all private plane. They all they fly around in private jets. Isn't that fantastic?
43:01>> But her life is in danger and people keep tracking it. And if you talk about it, you're putting her life in danger in >> danger. Don't talk about it. So, she went from Palm Beach to Athens on Tuesday after a weekend bridal shower at Mara Lago. She flew in aboard a massive apartment-sized jet owned by Vegas billionaires.
43:21She's on fire for God. She landed into a terminal which had been secured since Monday by our nation's Secret Service.
43:31There was both a military and police presence waiting at the terminal to escort the vice president, who was due to land about an hour and 30 minutes after her. After learning of the crowd size, Erica decided she no longer wanted to do the event. Rather than simply cancelling, she instructed her PR team, boy, that is a got to be an ironic moniker that a PR team. They're like the reverse PR team >> to make up a demand uh a demented lie about imminent threats against her travel safety. Again, she was already in Georgia sitting upon a federally cleared pathway. Her PR agent and vice president then shamelessly lectured the audience
44:15about these invisible threats, suggesting they were the public's fault for having criticized her. Utterly indefensible and psychopathic. Wait, quick question. PR means Puerto Ricans, right?
44:27>> I think so.
44:27>> Her Puerto Rican team.
44:28>> Her Puerto Rican team.
44:34>> I don't know. It's not safe.
44:37>> That's what Mel Gibson would call it.
44:42>> Anyway, so good for uh good for Erica.
44:45Uh good for Candace. Oh, Candace's show.
44:49I'm loving I'm loving Candace's show.
44:51>> It's almost great. Again, if you don't like her, who cares? I want to know what these did. I don't care.
44:58>> I'm I'm with you.
44:58>> I don't have any bad feelings about Candace, but if I did, I would still want to hear this.
45:02>> I'd still want Yeah, >> I'm certainly not on the team. TP USA and and Charlie, it's really unfair that a guy a little bit got to open his eyes and they whacked him.
45:10>> And they whacked him >> and I feel for him for that. But let's face facts that TPUSA was always a big bunch of run by psychopath intel Zionists. So, it's already been a thing and you'd be an idiot to follow it. It's just now people can see that better.
45:26>> And I got jokes. Come see me this Sunday in Las Vegas. Come see me May 7th. It's a Thursday in Burbank, California. Some tickets are left. That's going faster than I thought they would. And then we'll see you in Tulsa, Oklahoma City to Spokane, and Tacoma. Go to jimmyo.com for a link for tickets. Don't go anywhere else because if they're going to charge you more. Over to Seth.
45:44>> Thank you, Jimmy. Thank you very much.
45:47Uh, it's so interesting. Candace seems to be like the, you know, divider of people and I'm like, what? What?
45:55>> Because people already didn't like her and they really love they love Iso and I love Trump and I'm loyal to Trump, but that doesn't make me stupid.
46:05>> So, they're going to go for their team.
46:07Everything in America is a teacher to be a team player at every level. At every level. So if you think like an imbecile and you go, "Hey, I I think there's something up with Erica Kirk cuz this is insane." Every single part of it. They go, "What do you like? Will you believe Candace Owens?" No. If she didn't exist, I would still think you're lying to me. Why? I don't care about a cult of personality, Stop trying to convert me to that.
46:31>> Yeah. I had a friend that said, "Uh, you really like Candace?" I'm like, "Oh, yeah. I like her. She's a critical thinker. She's challenging the mainstream media, you know, the fed slop." And uh uh my friend goes, "Well, what do you think about her telling people to take their kids out of public schools?"
46:45>> Uh do it right away. I mean, I mean, >> that >> right when they're say they're going to transition without your knowledge, I think that's when I would take my kids out cuz that's absolutely batshit crazy.
46:56>> That is crazy. And I kind of, you know, it's like, hey, you know, the people that can afford to take their kids out of public schools, okay, uh but the rest of the people, you know, you have to keep them there. And so like if that's the thing, the one thing that you're not on board with, I think it's okay not to be on board with that. If you don't want to be on board with that, you know, but that doesn't make me not like her, not like want to listen to her point of view.
47:18>> The person who said that must be dumb as The Prussian school, which we got from the emperor of Prussia, was to make people better at pulling the trigger because 70% of people weren't pulling the triggers in wars and we had to fix that. So, we need you away from mommy in kindergarten in the Austrian word, you know, German to to separate you from your mother earlier than normal. Then they started doing preschool cuz people still weren't psychopathic enough for the lizards that rule us. So, your friend's an idiot that knows nothing to even say something like that. Do they work for the state?
47:46>> Okay, come to me.
47:47>> Friend, I said they're dumb.
47:48>> Back to you, >> so breaking news on the Tyler Robinson case. Tyler Robinson's defense team has just explosively revealed that neither the ATF nor the FBI is going to hand over the DNA analysis files for the case despite multiple requests. The fix is in, folks. The fix is in.
48:08Uh defense team says, "We know these data files exist because we have summary ATF and FBI reports summarizing the analysis which go back to September. So why hasn't the FBI turned over this data yet? Why hasn't the ATF communicated why it has not? So, here's um uh breaking.
48:28Tyler Robinson's defense attorneys just told the judge that while the FBI and ATF claimed in the probable cause statement that Robinson's DNA was found on the rifle's trigger, ammunition round casings and multiple towels. The prosecution never turned that evidence over in physical or digital form to the defense. Is that because it doesn't exist? Even Ed Kresantine is on this.
48:53>> One of the biggest pieces of who ever lived find something funny about this.
48:57>> Yes.
48:58>> And he's right. But I like that he's a more conspiracy theories claiming Trump or will surely arise from this. He's such a punk he'd never like just say what we all know because Trump didn't want to look into it. We know he's in on it. It's very simple. Guilty It ain't no conspiracy.
49:14>> Yeah. So he says, so he says down here, "More conspiracy theories claiming that Trump staged his own assassination attempt will surely arise from this."
49:21Well, why doesn't Trump why did he close the case?
49:24>> Also, why is it bad to be a conspiracy theorist, It's not an insult to me.
49:29>> It's not an insult to me. Conspiracies are happening all the time.
49:33>> I hope it damages your government.
49:35>> Here, here's a little video. The probable cause statement in support of the information says in the middle of page six, the rifle, ammunition rounds, and towel were sent for forensic processing. DNA consistent with Robinson's was found on the trigger, other parts of the rifle, the fired cartridge casing, two of the three unfired cartridges, and the towel.
50:06We have not received the discovery, and I'm not talking about expert notice.
50:14I will address that. We have not received the physical evidence and the electronic evidence that supports those assertions made by Mr. Gray when he swore to the probable cause statement attached to the information.
50:37>> Okay. Uh so so Candace actually well first of all um village crazy lady Mel says it's absolutely outrageous that after 7.5 months the FBI and ATF still refused to hand over the full reports on their investigation in Tyler Robinson's defense. It's even more outrageous.
50:55Erica Kirk's legal team is attempting to pressure the Utah County court to proceed with the evidenti hearing anyways.
51:03Beyond clear, they are scrambling since they never intended for this case to go to trial to begin with. He was supposed to be killed in a shootout.
51:13>> Oh, that's right. Cuz I was trying to figure out why you can't fake the DNA evidence at this point. They didn't plan on this.
51:20>> They didn't plan on it.
51:21>> You got to order that weeks ahead of time. me one fake DNA.
51:26>> Here is uh here's Candace Owens. Her most recent uh post on this. She says, "Why won't Donald Trump command the FBI to hand over the discovery documents?"
51:35Let's listen to what she has to say.
51:36>> To hop up on here to make sure everybody is aware of what is going on right now.
51:39I am seized obviously by the Charlie Kirk assassination trial and I want to make sure I'm breaking down to the public what is happening because there is a hearing live right now. The defense versus the prosecution. prosecution is representing Erica Kirk because she is the victim on this case. And you might recall that Erica did this news hit a while ago. It was kind of weird where she just asserted and then they passed around that she really wanted to make sure that her right to a speedy trial was observed. Okay. And I was like, okay, that's kind of weird. Like why why it turns out that now we are
52:12understanding that this is going to be the prosecution's strategy. And I will be very clear here. I do not believe Tyler Robinson assassinated Charlie Kirk and I believe that Turning Point USA is implicated in this moment in a cover up of sorts. Okay, what various roles were played, but it to me looking at the evidence which I have done more than anybody else, there is a cover up taking place and this hearing proves it. Okay, so they were supposed to have a probable cause hearing in May that it is slated on the calendar. Um when they agreed to do this in May, the uh defense, Tyler's defense was like, "Well, we we shouldn't
52:45set a date until we all get our discovery requests and they were like, "We're just going to put it on the calendar. Don't worry. We're just going to throw it on the calendar." And then, of course, if you guys don't have what you need, the case will not go forward.
52:56Lo and behold, Erica goes on Fox News and says, "I want to make sure it's a speedy trial on the victim, whatever."
53:01And so, now we're hearing that directly from the defense, and the prosecution is not disputing this. They both agree that the ATF and the FBI will not hand over their data files. Data files that they have had in their possession since September despite multiple requests from the defense. They are like, "We literally cannot have this hearing because we have not been given any data files." What am I talking about? This is crucial. Erica's team is arguing, "We want the hearing to go through anyways.
53:29It's just a probable cause cause hearing." Okay, but they are basing this probable cause hearing. They want this to be televised and they're going to say, "What evidence do you have that Tyler Robinson did this?" And the uh the prosecution is going to say, "Well, we have uh his fingerprints that are on the gun." Well, what they're not telling you is that they're saying they have his fingerprints on the gun. That's just a summary report that the FBI gave to the defense. The defense is saying, "Okay, now can we see the digitized files? Can we see the fingerprints? Can we see your process and how you got this?" No, you
54:00just get the summary. The summary report is all you need. Uh, no. Actually, we need to make sure that what you're saying you saw and what you have is real. Also, aren't there five other sets of print? No. All you get is our summary report saying that Tyler Robinson's fingerprints are on the gun. Similarly, the ATF is also refusing to hand over for some unknown reason. It actually is kind of a known reason. Like, we don't know, but we know the reason of talking about the gun. This they are also unable to get the chain of custody. Again, probable cause hearing. Erica's prosecution is going to say, "Well, we
54:34saw Tyler Robinson get onto the rooftop at this time. We saw Tyler Robinson get into his car at this time." Well, the defense is saying they won't give us the chain of custody. So, basically, we can't dispute anything they're saying.
54:49It's possible, highly possible, that actually those images were taken on a different day. How do we know if you don't hand us over the files? If we can't see the chain of custody, how these files were created, who it was transferred over to, otherwise all we have is a report. A report that says, "Well, Tyler Robinson, the FBI concluded, jumped onto the rooftop at 12:19 p.m. before taking a shot at Charlie Kirk. We don't have to give you anymore." That is the argument that Erica's team is making right now. That, well, it's just a probable cause hearing, so it doesn't really matter. We want things to go through. She's a
55:23victim. She wants things to happen quickly. And their defense is making a very valid, a very layered, a very a not complex argument for anybody who has common sense to understand that there can be no going forward until we have what we need. Cuz we can't dispute what you're saying. We're just supposed to trust me, bro, when it comes to the FBI who has butchered this case and told us the most unbelievable things since the very beginning. This cannot happen.
55:49Never did I think that we would be alive for something like JFK. You grow up, you hear the stories about JFK, you hear the conspiracies, you hear about the corruption of the feds, you hear about LBJ's potential involvement, and you think this will never again happen in the United States of America, and we're never going to be able to experience that. That is happening right now. every person should pivot. Go find there's live feeds on YouTube. There's live feeds that are on Twitter and rewatch what is what is playing out right now in the courtroom where they are arguing that the ATF and the FBI should not have
56:21to hand over their files just just their report their summary their conclusion absent any digitized or or data that is included in the in the in these summaries and you should just trust them and go forward with the hearing. This cannot happen. This cannot stand. I will state again over and over with everything that I have looked at, I don't think there's a single soul who has given more of their life, spent more hours examining this case from every aspect than me because I deeply care about this. And I am telling you, I have not seen one shred of convincing evidence that Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk. Not one. Okay? and the
57:00fact that his wife is trying to play this what I would say to be a slight of hand, not granting a continuence. Take it from someone who is perpetually sued.
57:09I have never been in in a a case where both sides don't just agree to a general continuence. Even even me and Breijit, despite our differences, have agreed to a continuence when we were like, "Oh, the date that was set, can we push it back?" And Breit's team just agreed to it. It's almost like just something that you do out of respect for understanding that things have to be done. Why is Erica's team arguing this? They should say, "We don't agree with what the FBI is doing. Of course, we want you to be able to reasonably defend yourself because we do we want the public to believe that this is not a a a show
57:40trial, right? We want the the public to believe that Tyler Robinson did this."
57:43They have been signaling to the public that the evidence is so overwhelming.
57:47They're overwhelmed. They wake up. They have to pop a Xanax because they're just so overwhelmed by how obvious it is that Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk. And yet they're trying to play this game right now. So overwhelming. We don't have the data from September. We actually we just have what Cash Patel and the ATF says happened in their summary report, but we really should just get on with this trial. This is like a hoax being played upon the American public. Shame. Absolute shame that Charlie's friends are in office right now. people that he fought to put in office are allowing this charade to
58:25go on. Donald Trump, Vance, and Cash Patel are allowing this charade to go on. Why don't they pick up the phone and demand that Cash Patel send over the files since they all love Erica so much?
58:38She's so innocent. She's so wonderful.
58:40We love her. I want the public to get off of her. So, why don't you pick up the phone and command your FBI and your ATF to hand over the files so Erica can have her speedy trial? Oh, I know because it didn't happen. We all know the story that they are giving us is absolute fed slop. But this trial that is going on right now should awaken everybody's eyes to how despicable the narrative is that they are trying to serve us. Okay? Truth does not fear introspection. Send over the files, okay? And bring us to your side. But don't think that we're going to fall for this nonsense of a summary report and
59:16you presenting. There's so much evidence. It's overwhelming. No one believes this. And I am just I am literally on fire right now and just needed to rant because I'm watching this and shouting at my screen because I I cannot believe the audacity of Erica Kirk. Okay, people. You can call me whatever you want. I'm happy to be public enemy number one, two, and three.
59:35I find her to be malevolent. And that's all I'll say about that.
59:39>> Malevolent. She throws in the malevolent word there.
59:42>> Okay, you're not that connected to Intel. You're not that much of a phony unless you're absolutely malevolent. and everything they're talking about at TP USA. JD Vance, that's the proof that he's in on everything and he's a piece of >> So, there's no question about it now. No one says that with a straight face unless they're a bad person.
60:01>> Uh, the Pacific Blonde says Tyler Robinson's defense team in the Charlie Kerr case just informed the court that neither the ATF or the FBI will hand over the DNA analysis despite multiple requests. his defense attorney moments ago. We know these data files exist because we have a summary ATF and FBI reports summarizing the analysis which go back to September. So why hasn't the FBI turned over this data yet? Why hasn't the ATF communicated why it has not? This is a blatant violation of due process and infringement of the Brady rule. Under Brady versus Maryland, prosecutors must disclose any evidence
60:40that is material to guilt or punishment and due process requires that a defendant have a meaningful opportunity to present a complete defense. No judge with the backbone would stand up for this nonsense. What an absolute cluster F. Very well.
60:57>> They did this in Utah for a reason. The Mormons control it. They're in on it.
61:01They're crazy occult Zionist and that that was a Cabala thing. This is Kabad.
61:06That spy group that we pretend is a religion here for many years. Beny Brrith. Candace has talked about Beny Brrith. The only thing I disagree with her about is since when does America not gobble up slop? What is this? A different country don't like slop.
61:20Jeremy from the quartering still talks about McDonald's and Burger King.
61:24And that guy is the finger on the pulse of what's going on.
61:29just not uh in his bedroom with his >> We stand for you.
61:39>> Oi, I I don't want any trouble.
61:43>> No, >> no. If you want If you want to hear my jokes about all of this, come see me.
61:48I've got some Mikey McCoy jokes. I got some Erica grieving jokes. We got >> I'm Jewish. It's like a minority.
61:55>> We got some Cash Patel joke. We got lots. We got Dan Bonino jokes. Uh, come see us this Sunday in Las Vegas. And then May 7th, it's a Thursday in Burbank. Lots of surprises. And then Oklahoma City, Spokane, Tacoma. Go to jimmyor.com for a link for tickets. Hey, we got to go over to Rumble already because today's going to be a short show.
62:14>> What?
62:15>> Yeah, short show today. Kurt, I got a I got a standing up show tonight at the Comedy Store.
62:19>> Oh, I thought cuz JD Vance ordered you to stop this when the vice president speaks.
62:25>> Okay. Uh, we'll see you over at Rumble.
