0:01What has been long promised, which is the full behind the scenes investigation that I participated in with Discovery Channel about Jeffrey Epstein's death because that episode did air on Discovery Channel the other day. I see loads of DMs of people asking me where you can watch it. You can watch it on YouTube TV if you have that. The show is called Conspiracies and Cover-Ups. I believe it was episode 5. It's a 41-minute episode on it show stuff and I'm going to give you all the color commentary for what show.
0:31More on that in a second, but it'll eventually be on HBO Max as well. So, for those of you who are unfamiliar, I actually posted an Instagram video back in January basically asking all of you or everyone who follows me on Instagram @julianddory by the way, if you don't follow me over there, whether or not I should do what I was invited to do with Discovery Channel with with Andy Bustamante. So, for people who don't know Andy Bustamante, he is the formerly now long hair curly haired CIA guy. He has chopped off all the hair, which from a PR perspective, Andy, big mistake. But, anyway, I go way back with Andy with respect to
1:12my show. He was back on episode 97, 107, 150, 224, 299, and 334, I believe. And then we also did some crossovers with Danny Jones on I think that was Concrete 166 and Concrete and then Danny Jones when he changed the name to it. I want to say 206 as well. So, I've probably been on camera with the guy on air 24 hours over time. Obviously, he and I have some intense disagreements on certain world views. I have always maintained publicly and privately to him, he's a very good sport about it, that I have no doubt he is still associated with CIA, even if it's indirectly. I don't think you ever leave
1:51in some ways and he's certainly no John Kiriakou with respect to being a dissident to CIA.
1:57Hey guys, three quick things. Number one, if you haven't subscribed, please subscribe. It's a huge huge help. Number two, if you'd like to join my Patreon for early uncensored releases of the full episodes, you can join via the link in my description or in the pin comment below. And number three, if you'd like to join my clipping community for a chance to make content from the show and make money, you can join via the Discord link in my description below.
2:18Nonetheless, the reason I asked publicly on Instagram what you guys thought and put a poll out as to whether or not I should do this is because I've never done traditional TV before and I get very concerned about how stuff gets cut up, if I could get taken out of context, and, you know, not for nothing, but in the past, you know, I've had some horror stories told on my podcast by various people over the years about some things that Discovery Channel has done and that gave me a lot of pause. So, when I asked you when I explained the opportunity and asked you guys on Instagram whether or not I should do it, the poll was almost
2:58about 80/20 that I should do it. The 20% who said I shouldn't were very loud and I fully understand why. But, my friend Shawn actually summed up a response that I got from a few different people the best that kind of put me over the top with like, all right, let's do it. He was like, "Hey, do it. You've talked about it publicly beforehand.
3:20Give people a heads-up that you're doing it, which is why I've done that in previous episodes, and then once it comes out, if there's things you have a problem with, you know, you can clear the record and explain everything that happened. I want to start off by saying, you know, it's unfortunate that they have to edit down into 41 minutes an investigation that clearly was about probably 18 hours worth of work, which was more than just me on there, by the way. I'll get to that in a minute, but like, you know, I I don't think they really took stuff out of context or anything. I thought they did as good a
3:49job as they could do. I still want to watch it again to take like closer notes, but as far as like the team First of all, the production team I worked with out there, which is not Discovery Channel. I forget the name of it, but the whole team was awesome.
4:04Andy's team was amazing. I'll get to like what that looked like and everything, but they put the edit together and the Discovery Channel signs off on it, and it came out fine. That said, when we were there that day, my day alone was an 8-hour shoot.
4:21And when you combine all the other experts I'll talk about, Andy, again, probably filmed about 18 hours worth of content. He and I, you know, we we know how independent we come from the independent media world, world, so we know how that works, and TV is a whole different beast that he has a little more familiarity with now. And we were just looking at each other like, "Fuck, man.
4:45How the hell are you going to knock this down?" Cuz there are so many intricate things in this investigation.
4:50Effectively, like just that day alone I was there, we recorded two documentary full-length podcasts that really needed all the details and breathing because it was very free-flowing. The only cuts we had, like takes, if you will, were when my New Jersey ass went a little too far and I'd be like, "You know what? That was retar I'm like, "Oh, I'm sorry.
5:11This is TV." Like like that. Let me say that again. That was really dumb.
5:15You know, stuff like that. And then the other example would be once we would finish filming if we were looking through pages, they'd be like, "All right, now we're going to come behind with the cameras. You don't have to say anything, just scroll through the same pages you would with your finger for b-roll." The rest of it was literally cameras rolling, everybody goes.
5:35To explain what we investigated in detail in four segments worked around commercials is extremely difficult because the investigation was related to Epstein's death. Now, here's the full context once I decided to do it. Andy had asked me to do this, and then once we went out and and put the poll and everyone was like, "Do it." I said, "Okay, I'll do it."
6:01And his set is out in Colorado. So, I flew out there the last weekend in February.
6:08Got in there on a Friday night.
6:10Went to bed. Got up to take a piss at about 3:30, maybe 4:00 a.m. Uh-huh.
6:16>> And it's Colorado time. And something inside me was like, "Why do I feel like we invaded Iran?"
6:23Wow. Yeah. My dumb ass never does this, but I took my phone out cuz I'm like, "I just want to make sure we didn't do it."
6:31And voila, we had invaded Iran. So, I didn't sleep the rest of night. I was beside myself about it. So, I'm like exhausted. It's a 7:15 a.m. car ride out of there call to go to set. So, I'm like, "Oh, shit."
6:45So, I go to set.
6:47And Andy has a buddy who owns like a liquor store out in Colorado. And below the liquor store where they got all the wine Like storage?
6:59>> and liquor like literally exactly literally stored.
7:03It's this almost speakeasy prohibition kind of vibe. And in the back of it, he and the team set up this like elaborate set for this show that he's doing which I believe has eight total episodes in the first season. This was episode five.
7:17It was really cool. I was very very impressed. And so, Andy had never told me the context of what we would be discussing as it relates to Epstein.
7:27He'd only told me like, "We're going to look at the Epstein case." And he said, "I want to do it like your podcast which is I never know what the I'm going to talk about when I go in there. Why don't I do that on you now? And we'll just discuss the case and I'll tell you when when get here what we're actually going to be looking into. So, I said, "Fine."
7:43And so, we start off with an over an hour long recording of just the two of us sitting on set and Andy effectively interviewing me all about the case. And it was I ain't going to lie. Like we've done so much content together that like obviously the chemistry's great, but it was fire. Like we went through so many different ends and loops and holes of the case and I was also shocked at Mr. CIA Langley himself, Andy Bustamante, exploring a few things.
8:14>> Hey, hey. Right? During this conversation, which in my head you know, cuz I always with Andy and like he's a good sport about it, but I'm like looking at him and I'm I'm looking at the film crew. I'm breaking the fourth wall like every 5 minutes like looking at the camera like You hear this guy?
8:31>> Yeah, what's the angle here? What's What's he doing? He used to deny all this. Yeah.
8:35>> But we were going through all these things and at the end they go, "All right, wrap. That's great."
8:40Quick break and then we'll do like the next segment, the next thing. And the crew was like "Fuck, it's such a shame we're only going to use like 30 seconds of that.
8:48That was awesome." I'm like, "Oh, god damn it. You're only going to use 30 seconds?" They're like, "Yeah, man.
8:54That's just the exposition." That's biz.
8:56>> That's biz. That's hardcore biz.
8:59But at the very end before we wrapped, that was when he told me what we would be investigating. He looks at me and he goes said something along the lines of "Yeah, there's just so much here with this case and as I told you before you came I didn't want to specifically go through what I had decided to investigate for this episode so that you could kind of be surprised.
9:22But after looking at everything, I thought the best decision that that I could make to re-examine something about this case would be investigating the death of Jeffrey Epstein himself.
9:34And at that moment in my head I kind of went, "Really? Like this is this is the most stereotypical one. Like he didn't commit suicide. Like what Can't we investigate some All right, whatever."
9:47But then he says, "Now, if you wouldn't mind joining, I'd like you to look to your right."
9:52So I turn over to the right and there's a giant door with two like like a prison door with two caution tape signs over it. And actually, can you pull up Andy's Instagram? Yeah.
10:05Because he has a picture of it on there.
10:08And I immediately like kind of go, "Well, that looks familiar." And he goes, "Behind that door is a place that I'm going to take you in a few minutes after this next break."
10:19And effectively what it is is Jeffrey Epstein's cell.
10:23I was like, "What?"
10:24And he goes, "We rebuilt Jeffrey Epstein's cell based on all the data of what it actually looked like down to the detail including the pill bottles on the bed."
10:35And now I'm like looking at the crew like, "Oh, Here we go." Like okay, maybe I underestimated this a little bit. So we take a quick break. We come back down. He's like, "All right, you ready to go?"
10:48I'm like, "Yeah."
10:49Now, let me give a little exposition on the show.
10:52Okay, so you guys have context on what it was for people who haven't seen it.
10:56The way the show ended up coming out was there were 1 2 3 I think it was four segments.
11:04The first segment was a little intro that showed me and Andy and then Andy talking on remote interviews with Dr. G Reacts from YouTube who's done some great work on this case where Dr. G walks him through the footage that we do have from outside the cell that night and questions about the government's idea of what exactly happened.
11:29And then there's a segment where Andy and this was the weekend before I was there, where Andy flies in Bill Mersey, I believe his name is, who was Jeffrey Epstein's suicide watch buddy. Like he was the inmate who was assigned to watch Jeffrey while he was on suicide watch and became friends with him, believe it or not, while he was in prison. They're effectively like Bill Mersey was in jail for a year and a day at MCC for some tax evasion or something. He had never been like a convict or anything like that, but they decided to put him here and so he was given that role and Bill Mersey has always maintained that Jeffrey Epstein
12:10was highly depressed and absolutely committed suicide.
12:13>> Mhm. You know, and that's people hear that, they're like, "What? Come on." But he said Epstein would talk about how depressed he was, yada yada yada, whatever. And so Andy had brought him in the weekend before.
12:27Sat him down just like he did with me for an hour, got the guy to say all the things that he said before, which is like, for example, he's he said that Jeffrey would be talking with him and then he'd be like, "You know what, Billy? I'm tired." and he would lay back and fall asleep right away. Yeah, I remember that. But allegedly this is someone who's supposed to be suffering from sleep apnea and who's extremely stressed, but he could fall asleep right away. The one thing he said that I found interesting, too, is he's like he's a he was a really like regular nobody type guy.
12:58Which like when you when you look at all the pictures and all like you think this guy thinks he's on top of the world. It was just very That was very interesting to me. Yeah, he was basically saying he wasn't entitled.
13:09>> Yeah, exactly. Like he was very like down-to-earth and salt of the earth.
13:14Yes.
13:15>> weird.
13:16>> And he said obviously he had this disgusting other side to him, but I never saw that when I was with him, which was fascinating for him to say that. But the reason Andy wanted him to repeat of these things is because it's like depressed, suicide, sleep apnea, but he can sleep right at like there's things that weren't clocking there and there were some other details as well and some of them I'm not remembering so I don't want to say.
13:41But once Andy had talked to him and Bill said on camera, "Yeah, I absolutely committed suicide." He did the same thing to Bill where or His name was Billy Mercy. Yeah, yeah. He did the same thing to Billy Mercy where he said, "Here's his cell back here and you were there so you'll be able to tell us how good a job we did rebuilding it."
13:57Takes Bill into the cell and Bill was like, "This is perfect. This is exactly what his cell was."
14:03And so here's the first place where I want to say there was a difference with how they had to do the final edit on the show versus what I heard.
14:13Once Bill looked at the cell on the show and they, you know, they can only show like 60 seconds worth of Andy walking him through things in the cell. When in reality he was probably standing in the cell with Andy for like an hour and a half going through every detail.
14:27>> Jeez. But the wrap-up of that segment is Billy Mercy saying something on camera like "Well, I have to admit there are some new questions I have now.
14:40Uh you certainly opened the door to some new possibilities." What I heard is that he basically walked out of there shook.
14:48Mhm. Like everything that he thought was not what it was. That is the That is the takeaway Damn. that other people had there and I think that's important to be able to say. Again, it's tough for them to like edit some things down to camera.
15:04Yeah, that's I mean that's rough. That's a lot of footage to edit down. So then he brought in He also brought in in that segment a New York Post reporter quickly on some background on on Zoom to go through, I forget what it was, a couple things involved with what happened in the cell that night.
15:23And then it got to our segment. So, I told you what we did when we first got there, and then the fact that we went into the cell. Now, we spent a long time in the cell.
15:34And what made the cut there is very, very limited.
15:40When I went in there, my thought was that, "Oh, wow, Andy's actually going to open up to the possibility that this guy was murdered."
15:53What I didn't expect was that it was going to go, well, beyond that. So, we get in there. You can see a screenshot of it right here. This is from the episode. This was one of the camera angles.
16:04And I was stunned at how much it looked the same. And Andy had You can see me holding papers right there. Oh, do we got to plug that in?
16:13>> Yeah, yeah, sorry. All right, so it's going to be up on the screen in a second. You're going to see the cell in 1 second, and you're going to see me holding papers, which were all these shots of inside the cell from every angle so we can see it. So, now it's up on the screen right here. You can see the pill bottles up top, the windows. They had the walls built perfectly and everything. We're going to get to the L in the wall in a second.
16:34And so, Andy also had outside, and he told me this right before we walked in, every single available government report from any agency or bureau that was disseminated to the public in full binder form right there for us to review, which he had done an extensive review on and found all kinds of things that lacked commonalities. Most of which, actually almost none of that segment made the cut. That's right.
17:03>> Because when when we left the when we left the cell, we went outside, and he and I broke, compared documents, and broke down pages for a couple hours.
17:13And it was like, "Whoa."
17:16So, what as a quick preview, one of the things that we discussed there is something that has now been discussed a lot in public that he was able to confirm through the FBI report, the DOJ report, and some of the exhibits listed within in some cases that contradicted each other, but it was it was unanimous that Jeffrey Epstein had testified in a deposition that he did not have a pancreas, but in the autopsy, they found a pancreas.
17:45Hey guys, I said pancreas, I meant to say prostate. Sorry, ignore that as I keep saying pancreas here.
17:51And discussed that it was a normal pancreas. That's not good. It's totally and and I could see Andy like even before we got outside the cell when we were still in the cell going through all the exercises, some of which I don't think he went through with Billy Mersey because I started throwing out other possibilities, he was like, "Ooh, let's try that." You know, I could see him How do I explain this?
18:21Like Andy, if if you know him or if you at least if you've seen a lot of content of him, he is a annoyingly black and white kind of guy. Just like, "Oh, this is what it is." You can show him the worst thing ever, he's like, "Well, that sucks."
18:35You know, he doesn't get here or here like, you know, he'll get mad at stuff when he's trying to make a point and he feels like he's right and you're telling him you're wrong, but he doesn't react to things like a lot of us do.
18:50Yeah, he's a good he's a zero-one guy.
18:52>> Yeah.
18:53But I could see he was perplexed. Like, what the is going on here? And so, when we were in the cell, in the Discovery Channel cut, they had like the one like line, this was the one disappointing part, where I was discussing like, "Oh, the will didn't to stay there if your feet are on the ground and let yourself hang.
19:16You know, that doesn't make any sense, but that's just one possibility. The way these guys can commit suicide off the bed are numerous. And again, we're discussing this in an educational manner. This is for YouTube because we've been having some serious monetization problems on YouTube behind the scenes. I don't like talking about that publicly, but I have to say things like this. Everything we're discussing here is based on a public case with government available data.
19:42There is nothing here related to how to do anything or anything like that that is not purely for educational purposes.
19:49And obviously, we do not condone any actions that Jeffrey Epstein may or may not have taken. Sorry, I got to do that, people. But there's two ends of the bed. If we can pull that up again, Beef.
20:01And you know, Andy had all the all the bed sheets, the orange bed sheets like to a T, what they had been in there and everything he had access to.
20:09>> Which was crazy, by the way. I mean, this is insane, dude. That he had access to all that stuff.
20:16You know, and we determined based on the government reports, they had said that he did the deed on the right side, right behind Andy right there. Can we pull that up?
20:28>> Yep, it's up. It's up. So, he did the deed on the right side right there and there was some argument, I don't have the reports in front of me, where it's like, well, did he do it lower or higher? We looked at every possibility.
20:42And the most the possibility that a human being could get themselves to do without then having to fight the will of life would require Jeffrey Epstein in this case to jump in a way where he breaks his neck immediately so that he cannot fight back.
21:04And so, the best way to do that based on the tools he had and how the cell was found was to basically use that orange strand that you see right behind Bustamante hanging from the ledge that was through a keyhole.
21:19Sit up on the edge of the bed up there, tie it around his neck, get into a crouch position and with that very small he had it down to the inch how long that thing was. With that very small strand be able to leap far enough to not hit his head on the bed because there were no contusions on the back of his head.
21:41That was a key part of the report.
21:43Meaning he would have had to jump out Yeah, wow. and not hit his head. Yep.
21:48And so Andy and I did that but he had a test dummy, too. But that was exactly 6-ft to scale Jeffrey Epstein's size. I said I looked at Andy and I brought up the contusion part and I said Andy LeBron James couldn't make that jump.
22:02Like look at look at the length of the of of the of the bedsheet. Look at where he's sitting. Even if he got to And this is a 60-something year old man. Even if he got down into a fully athletic position and then made the leap from like this form out and ahead his head will whip back and it will hit >> 100% >> basically like a raised edge metal edge of the bed without a doubt.
22:28Mhm.
22:29And Andy then Dude, he was being so aggressive with the dummy. Yeah, dude. I was like that was cracking up.
22:34>> Yeah, but like you didn't see the tests.
22:37When he was doing the tests I was like they had a they had a cameraman He put it Do we have camera five? Oh, we don't. But they had a cameraman in the corner behind that wall right there. Yeah. And I was just standing there like looking at the cameraman while he's doing this. Like why does he look like he's done this a lot before with a body. He was playing He was like, "So if I took it like this."
23:03I'm just like watching him and it's not like watching a you know, MMA fighter or jiu-jitsu master >> No, it's an assassin.
23:13>> was It was like Yes, it was like watching someone who was getting ready to clean up a body.
23:19Jeez.
23:20>> And so, I'm I'm like Yeah, cuz And- Andy's career was interesting. It started off as a failure and then ended up in some interesting places, if you know his story.
23:30But that's that's a separate issue for another day.
23:32And so, he went through every way and he's like And And then he like sat on the edge of the bed and looked up at me and he's like, "Yeah, no, he couldn't have done that."
23:45And so, then we went to the left side of the bed, which made no sense according to any report or what was found, but we said, "If they totally lied about everything and it was over there, how would you How would he have done it?" I don't even remember what we did there, but it wasn't even possible. It wasn't possible without him sitting on the ground. It wouldn't have made any sense.
24:04Nothing there would have made sense.
24:06So, then he This is when he says, "Let's walk out of here and let's review the reports." We go through the pancreas thing. We also between We had the DOJ manual open and the FBI man- manual The The official reports of Jeffrey Epstein's death open.
24:22And there were discrepancies between the two everywhere. I'm not even going to list them out. I can't even remember all of them. We lost count. I I want to say like photographic memory saying it was like page 76 to 79 of the FBI report had like this isn't like that. This isn't like that. Like looking over back of the DOJ. This isn't like that. This is We're sitting there and we were dumbfounded looking at each other. All the while, I'm saying to Andy, like he's asking me, he's like, "So, how are you feeling about this, Glenn?"
24:53And I'm And And I would like I went from being like a jokester and having fun like in a good way where we're having good rapport and getting good content to getting more and more speechless and reserved, which most of the tape you see of me is when I was very speechless and reserved. None of the like excited moments, which there were a lot, really made the cut.
25:14>> Yeah. So, I was getting more like, what the And And he used to ask me again like how I'm feeling. And I'm turning to Andy and I'm And I'm looking back at the camera man. Look at Look at the camera. I'm looking at Andy and I'm like, you Are Are you suggesting what I think you're Like you, Andy Bustamante, Mr. No conspiracies ever exist. Everything's Occam's razor.
25:43It's all just stupidity. You know, the Santa Claus isn't real.
25:49Are you suggesting that Jeffrey Epstein is still alive?
25:53And he said something along the lines to me of saying, I'm suggesting that I'm looking at the reports and I'm very perplexed. It doesn't add up to me. Mhm. Now my head's going back all the way to our very first recording.
26:11I remember episode 97. I want to say it's like 45 minutes into it.
26:17This is back in April 2022. We recorded this. It came out at the beginning of May 2022.
26:22Andy And this is before I knew the actual backstory of his career. So, we were talking about things that they did without me also knowing like some of the things he literally did in a very foreign place that might rhyme with Schmyna, you know?
26:38It might.
26:39I don't know. That's just what I've heard.
26:42But, you know, he talked about exfiltrations.
26:46And how easy it Like I remember him being like, "Oh, yeah, you know, sometimes Listen, sometimes if you're burned, you know, they'll just they'll There's ways There's multiple ways to do it. One of the ways he discussed was like taking people out in a canister and giving them MREs and they just live in a tanker truck unit for like 4 days. An MRE is, you know, all the military people out there listening, you guys know exactly what it is, but it's like, you know, set up little meal plans, if you will.
27:12>> of of sustenance. That's what it is.
27:15Hey, I was trying to, you know, talk it up a little No, I'm sure the military guys will back you It's like trauma. But, I'm starting to think about this.
27:26Cuz I'm like, all right, if they got him out, how did they do it?
27:30And it was around this point where Andy says to me, "What if I told you that the prison, the official Bureau of Prisons layout of the units, Like the architecture? The architecture, the official report that I have right here of the actual MCC or whatever it's called. Like the straight-up blueprints.
27:51>> Yes. And he opens it up to that page.
27:52What if I told you that it's wrong for one cell in particularly?
27:58>> No way. And I was And literally, I was like, I was like Ben Affleck in The Town when they see the cop after that whole chase and the cop's just like looking right at him and he's like, "Are you going to do it?" Like I literally looked at him like that.
28:16And he goes, "Let's go back to the cell."
28:20So, again, Deef, if you could pull this up, you can see that there is a full corner of this cell.
28:29So, the door is but is directly behind my back and the corner of the cell makes an indented L in the room.
28:39It's an And what Andy discovered is that it was a vent. It's an air duct. There's effectively an 8 by 4 room on the other side of that. Wow. That you can get into and you cannot see. That's why that was that funny meme from the from the show. I'll pull it up right here on my phone so you can see it. I put this on Instagram, but there's a hilarious meme where he had me go stand looking through the prison door like this and he took the dummy like he was choking it behind the L to demonstrate. He was like, "Julian, can you see me?" And I'm like, "Nope." So, I'm staring through the door. I put this
29:15up on Instagram cuz someone needs to make a meme out of this.
29:19But, this is what Can you see it, Dave?
29:23>> Yeah.
29:24This is what it looked like. You see him shaking it? Yeah.
29:28Right? And he's like, "I could be killing him right here and you would not know." So, I'm looking through and I cannot see behind that L, meaning if a security guard, those people were out to lunch, but if they were standing at the door, they literally wouldn't be able to tell if anything, whether it's someone killing him or someone putting him in the vent, putting a new person in there, a body double, or whatever it is, they wouldn't be able to see it on that end.
29:51He then walked through with me and this is I had a full-blown redux redux to episode 97 during this.
30:00He He walked through exactly a 72-hour period how Jeffrey Epstein, if it needed to be that long, would survive in there and then proceeded to very nonchalantly be like, "72 hour You ain't You wouldn't need 72 hours." He said, "I've determined this mission to get him out of this prison is very easy. It could have been done with three people, one of whom is an inmate inmate on the take."
30:25Three people. That's wild.
30:27>> then he walked me through like a like a serial killer walking through This is going to sound so bad, but whatever.
30:36Like a serial killer walking through exactly how something so crazy and and evil is done. He was like step one, I don't even remember it. Laundry cart, this guy, you get this type of prisoner right over there. It's approximately 15 minutes after X, Y, or Z. I don't remember the details what it was. You have one guy outside who's working with some sort of, you know, foreign nation nations, I think he said.
31:08You know, cuz he's like this is a That was the other thing. Andy was going to like this is This is, you know, the guy worked with Israel and he seems pretty confident on that.
31:19I obviously agree.
31:23Seems to shy away from the CIA's guilt in the matter.
31:30I disagree with him on that part.
31:32Yeah, true company man.
31:34>> Zero ties to the CIA. Zero I don't want to say Andy said zero. It's just that was a part of the conversation that conveniently would be not brought up.
31:43But there's also other places because what Andy seems to be getting with is that you know, the whole elite kind of cabal of all different psychos around the world. Like Jeffrey Epstein was wired into that. And as a side note, like I said, this is the day the Iran war was breaking out. So when we first got in there and we're sitting in in the back room before we started and Andy and I are just, you know, catching up whatever. I looked at him and I'm like, dude, what the And he's like, I know, man.
32:17I know. He's like, I saw it coming, but it's up. I'm like, that's that's what he said. I'm like, no Sherlock. But I'm like, what is happening here? This is The Ayatollah wasn't dead for another 4 hours at that point.
32:28>> to say maybe his ghost woke you up in the middle of the night, but he wasn't dead yet.
32:32>> I don't know, bro. But no, it wasn't the Ayatollah we found out like halfway through the shoot. I was eating like a Quest bar. I'm like, "Andy, they whacked the Ayatollah." He's like, "Yeah, it sounds about right." You know, it was like it was like really surreal.
32:45But, I I forget how it came up, but we're talking about the war, and I'm just like beside myself, and I'm like, "Who's this for, man?
32:57This is not in our interest. You know it, and I know it." And he goes, "No, it's not."
33:02And then Andy in prototypical Andy fashion said, and he said it better than the He has such a way with words. Like, it's so annoying. Like how perfectly he'll put something that you don't want to hear that also sometimes is total propaganda, but other times it's like, "Yeah, and I That's actually right."
33:20>> He said, "Yeah, the the two wildest days at CIA are the day you learn how the world really works, and the day you learn how how you can operate within it at CIA."
33:31Mhm. And then he goes, "That first day is a really tough day." Mhm. And he's talking about like the Rockefellers and >> Yeah.
33:37>> In the context and like the Rothschilds in the context of the conversation and basically confirming to me that these ideas that like they're pulling some strings and the intelligence is just a tool of it. Uh That's what Andy Bustamante was saying this.
33:53Like again, Mr. Langley himself, which makes me think a little bit.
34:02I don't know whether I'm proud of him or suspicious, maybe both. But, you know, we're having that conversation off camera about the context of a real-world event going on, and then come back on camera here where he's talking about who would be interested in getting them out. To me, that's what he was alluding to.
34:21You know, all these different people.
34:23It's not one or two. It's all of them.
34:27And he was just remarking to me how easy it would be. That's what stuck with me. And I I was having like I've never thought the guy killed himself. I always the Epstein I always had to leave a possibility out there, you know, 0.01% that maybe he did, but I've always been on record the guy was whacked.
34:50I really hadn't been a oh, he's still alive guy. I've thought about it before. I've thought about it.
34:56You have to. I've thought about it.
34:59>> But yeah, it's fun. But I was like, nah.
35:02You know, they would change the ear Mhm.
35:04in the picture >> Mhm. to say, look, it doesn't match his ear and it would be visually changed.
35:10And stuff like that. And I'm like, ah.
35:13But then a week before this John Kiriakou and I had recorded and John believed he had killed himself. And John will change his opinion when he has better evidence. I'm I I still have to talk to him about everything we looked at here.
35:25But you know, obviously a lot of people disagree with that take. That said, it was the intro to episode 388 where after he had said that part I brought up the idea of like if you wanted to exfiltrate someone out of there, how would you do it? And he said, I'd have a body that everyone can see.
35:44Mhm. And went through the whole thing and and like made it sound so easy.
35:48Like, yeah, of course they can do body doubles and like that. And so now I'm thinking about that. Which by the way, the Discovery Channel team They put that in the episode.
35:57>> yeah. I was going to say >> a bunch of Kiriakou stuff in there including that clip from our podcast.
36:02>> was probably like, No, I think I think Andy was Andy's not like that. Like Andy's like hey, whatever you need for content, baby. Like he's he's that I respect that a lot about him. He doesn't care like when people are shredding him about stuff. He's like, whatever, you know.
36:19And obviously in the Danny Jones podcast which with Kiriakou and and Andy which was recorded back in August 2024. It's an amazing podcast, by the way.
36:29>> You know, what's what's wild, I've said this before on camera on these episodes, 80 to 85% of it John and Andy like agree with each other, which was nuts. And then the in the second hour, there's like a period where Andy tries to go at John and like you know, John got him. He just straight up. And Andy's points, what I've said before is I don't think Andy actually believes the the things he was literally saying to John, cuz I look at like how Andy lives his life and the things he does and I'm like he does like the opposite of that. And that's where it's like, ah, he's just representing Langley
37:04or whatever, but you know, like I think Andy was like cuz we were talking about the Kyriacou podcast when we were out there. It was like a great podcast, you know, like he he had seen it. So, I think he probably wanted some of that in there because the context was very relevant for what we were talking about with that stuff. So, >> it worked.
37:28More on Kurt Metzger in a minute.
37:30But but I just was having a total because again, I'm filming with a TV crew, which I'm already like a little the the crew was awesome, like I said, but you're still like skeptical of how this is going to come out and I don't want to be an idiot.
37:47But I'm like reacting live and I'm just I was speechless. I had nothing I'm like Andy, this guy's alive, isn't he?
37:58And he's like, that's why I brought you here. I'm investigating.
38:02I don't know.
38:04But everything Andy's pointing to is like, yeah, he's alive.
38:08So, the last on the show that didn't come up till the last 5-minute segment.
38:16And this is where Andy hedged.
38:19This is this is where he hedged. I believe and I can't speak for Andy Bustamante cuz like he has not said this confirmed verbally to me. I believe Andy believes they got him out.
38:31But when he went to do the final part of the show like the last minute where he's like at CIA they teach us to work on a scale from it's it's real terminology. I don't remember what it was but effectively like definitely not true or definitely true and everything in between.
38:50He goes I can't rule out the possibility that Jeffrey Epstein isn't alive but I would score it as not probable. So not impossible but not probable. I believe that Andy's report is actually probable.
39:07That's just my editorial. Take that as you will.
39:11I am definitely on the probable side. I shouldn't say I'm 100%. I think that was and that didn't make the cut. I think at some point in the final segment where he and I were just talking for an hour about it on camera.
39:22I think I did say something like holy like he's definitely alive.
39:29Cuz I'm like shocked.
39:31I feel pretty strongly that he probably is. Mhm.
39:37And I did not feel that way walking in there.
39:40So You remember when you called me after? Oh yeah so I forgot this. During the day You know yeah and and like I'm with him the whole day. I'm with him on camera too. The the crew was like loving it cuz they see like we have this dynamic like they definitely had the most fun with us.
39:56>> episode.
39:57>> too yeah cuz like everyone else they're bringing in like he doesn't know or he's meeting for the first time but like this guy waterboarded me. Like we go way back. You know what I mean? So and we always enjoy with each other and we've always been good sports about that.
40:12Ribbing each other. He ribs me on camera all the time. I do as well. Like in that way it's a good relationship. But, throughout the day, when we would take, you know, 10-minute breaks between set, I would like, beeline it through the bottom garage outside to where there's signal and call Danny Jones, Dief, Alessi, and at one point my mom. And shout out to the mic guy, because he probably had to listen all this while I was like >> You were still mic'd up.
40:43>> THE IS GOING You know, I was like freaking out." I just imagined you when you called me like just doing your pace.
40:50Like, I just imagined you walking in a circle. And I was like I was at home that day, too. So, I'm just like pacing around my house and I'm like, "Wow. I believe it." Dude, I was pacing like around a dumpster parking lot right there. Just like, "Holy he's alive."
41:06Like, what the >> were fired up. You were really fired up.
41:09>> really like the mic guy was probably back there like, "Man, he's having He's having a rough one."
41:16But, I was just repeating everything.
41:17>> Should I roll this guy? Should I Should I use this for Should I roll audio?
41:21>> usable because I was just repeating everything we said in there. I was just doing it in a louder way. It probably isn't good for the camera.
41:26>> expletives in between everything. So, he's like, "Oh, we can't use this for the video."
41:30>> was already doing that all day. Let's face it. That is also why the edit was probably pretty difficult for these guys.
41:35Cuz like, at the end of that hour, they were so happy about it, but I was like apologizing. I'm like, "Guys, I'm from New Jersey. I don't do T I'm sorry." And they're like, "No, no.
41:45That's fine. We can fix all that."
41:47I'm like, "I don't even know what the I said."
41:50But, there was one other segment I wanted to address, and that was when Dr. Priya came in there.
41:57Now, she What is her last name? Priya Banerjee, I want to say her name is.
42:02She is a long time She was a former chief medical examiner.
42:07I want to say in Rhode Island or Maryland, one of those two. It was Maryland, yeah. And Rhode Island, yeah.
42:14>> And she did that, I think, for like 12 or 13 years straight.
42:18And then went to TV to be an expert because she had her kid, and she wanted to be able to spend more time at home.
42:26But she came in after Andy and I had filmed everything I told you about in the cell and afterwards and all that, and then we brought her in with mock-ups of like a human neck and everything to walk us through it, and we did the same thing to her where we said, "Here's the prison cell. Let's go in."
42:43And what she said, I have to be careful here because there were things said off record, as well.
42:54What she said on camera, I can't remember everything that made the cut on there, but what she said on record on camera is that the narrative of suicide has a lot of problems. And she walked through injury by injury all these different things. And this is one place where the 41-minute edit thing is a huge problem because these are such intricate details. We were discussing each detail for 10 minutes a piece.
43:22>> Yeah. Yeah, you miss all that context >> And when you're just getting three quick medical terms thrown at you and followed by four more and six more and two more, you know, in the span of 90 seconds on a TV edit, it's in one ear For me, it was in one ear out the other.
43:37>> That's how it felt for me, too. It was just like when you when she started showing the neck thing, I was like, "I'm kind of" Yep.
43:44>> Yeah. But we went through We gave her all the binders and everything and showed her the the discrepancies, which by the way, I forgot this one. The FBI and the DOJ took pictures of different prison cells.
43:56That's a big problem.
43:58And Andy proved that. That's a big problem. He was like, "These are This is not the cell." Between that and the pancreas, how does that not call for some sort of the like >> Nothing to see here, Dief. Yeah, well, I don't obviously. Obviously not.
44:11>> Okay. That's wild, dude.
44:13>> I David Rockefeller called us before and personally told us from beyond the grave. They say he's dead. Apparently, he's not dead. And said, "Do not discuss this." So, we're not going to discuss it, okay? All right, or I'll lose my job at J.P. Morgan.
44:27>> That's right.
44:28>> And he started J.P. Morgan.
44:30>> That's There you go.
44:30>> You're really Figuratively and literally.
44:36Well, the literally part, I think you'll enjoy.
44:39But, I should have listened, little boss.
44:42but Like I said, a few things Dr. Priya said off record, I cannot say. What I will say is my observation, cuz Andy and I were basically like sitting there like, you know, good cop, good cop.
44:57We're very nice to her. Mhm. Just peppering her with all the information we'd already gone through, and you could just see her mind, like, holy Like, I think she's very doubtful on the suicide part. I'd I would say she's very, very doubtful on that. But, when we took her in the cell, and and redid all the demonstrations that didn't make the cut that Andy and I had done earlier, she was just like, "No. No. No, that wouldn't work.
45:27No, he's got the No, that wouldn't work." Everything was that wouldn't work.
45:32And we're just like, "Wow." But, I think this is also where like Dr. Priya does like all mainstream media stuff.
45:41And like I said, Andy and I I'm from the independent world completely. Andy's literally from the independent world completely. Do with that what you will.
45:50You know, we're used to just letting it fly.
45:55>> Yeah, yeah. And I think she was really tight on that, cuz this is like the most controversial case in mankind's history.
46:03Sure. And she wanted she was worried about getting something wrong. That's how I describe it. Cuz she was like you know, she had she had studied the case inside and out. She's discussed it publicly before, but she had gone through the case again fresh before she went in there. But again, then we were showing her new things that like she couldn't prep.
46:26So it's a you know, she's a doctor. I'm a podcaster. This is not you know, Yeah. we do very different things.
46:31Yeah. But she was excellent and went through everything in in complete detail and really confirmed like again, rule out the suicide completely. It's just not it's not possible. He did not kill himself. That much I will set in stone at this point. I've no problem saying that and again, I think there's a strong possibility they they got him out of there. But I'm trying to think. We filmed for 8 hours.
47:05Bill Mercy probably filmed for about 4 hours with Andy the weekend before. Andy filmed for 2 or 3 hours with Dr. G reacts and the New York Post reporter.
47:14And then he did The 8 hours by the way included about 3 hours with Dr. Priya. Yes. So yeah, 18 ish.
47:23>> But then he did a bunch of voice-overs and narrations, probably another couple hours. So in 15 20 hours worth of filming they got it down to 41 minutes.
47:33The hope and this is what Andy and I were discussing that day. I haven't had a chance to talk to him this week to see where he's at with it, but he was hoping that Discovery would give him permission to post longer versions of stuff on YouTube to promote the show. I hope he is able to do that cuz like I said, we filmed we'd have those 10-minute breaks and stuff, but we filmed basically continually without really having to do takes other than to get b-roll.
48:00And it was a lot of great information. A lot of a lot of great stuff. I was really impressed with the scope that he had looked at. I was unfamiliar with Andy's game on that for this issue.
48:14I mean, this used to be you can roll the tape on like the first Diourio Bustamante sit down with with Danny Jones and I on Concrete 166. Like you used to not even say the word Epstein, but you'd get to a word like blackmail and he would see where you're going and he would get angry and shut it the down. And now he's doing TV episodes about it. So, do with that what you will.
48:38But I do again, I want to give a huge shout out to the production team. They were awesome. And there's one other detail I I mentioned it that we got to we got to include in here, which is that the unexpected co-star other co-star on the show was our our dear friend Kurt Metzger.
48:55So, Discovery sends me a the executive the executive producer of the of the show Brad sends me a text like the day we we filmed with Kurt Metzger and says, "Hey man, there's one edit we want to do on the show where we want it to look like you're saying something on your actual podcast for the voiceover.
49:21So, if I gave you like this short script, would you just do it like you're doing it on a podcast? And Deef and I like look at each other and we're like, yeah, that's such a TV kind of but we're like, all right. All right, fine. We'll do it. So, I take this laptop. I sit in my regular seat like I'm talking to a guest over there.
49:40And there's like four run-on sentences I got to read. And we have like 5 minutes to do this. So, I'm like, Deef, I'm not memorizing this. I'm just going to go like line by line and then we'll pause and I'll find a guest afterwards to like edit in for each of those spots. So, we film it real quick. I make it all dramatic, you know, like lean forward, like the thing that's just killing me.
50:00And I go outside and I'm like, "Hmm, I wonder who I should put on this."
50:08We just filmed with Kurt Metzger earlier that day. So, I'm like, "Let me see if I can find some Kurt B-roll." The problem with Kurt Metzger B-roll, just start off with that, is that there's really never a point where he's not talking, including when you're talking. So, I can't really find times where his mouth is not moving, which is going to be a problem for cutting to his face in between these lines.
50:32Until I scrolled to, I don't know, maybe like the hour and a half mark on the footage of him and found a spot where in his sunglasses, holding his pipe, 6:00 Kurt was ripping his White Claw.
50:46And I'm like, "You know, man, I'm such a little fuck." So, I was like, "Yeah, let's do it." So, I cut in like three different spots. First The first time I say this like really serious line, it cuts to Kurt, and you're going to see it in a minute, and he like rips a claw. And then the next time he's like playing with the pipe in the sunglasses.
51:06I I cut it together, I send it to Dief, he's crying. And I'm like, "I'm going to send it over to Discovery.
51:11They're never going to accept this, but it." So, I send it over to Discovery, and they're like, "Looks great." And I'm like, "They definitely didn't watch it." But then when I was on Danny Jones' podcast a couple weeks ago, we talked I talked about that on air.
51:25And Brad, shout out Brad, the executive producer, sends me a text, goes, "Listening to you on Danny Jones right now. yeah, we left the claw in."
51:35So, this was Let's Let's play it, Dief.
51:37This was the footage. When you strip away all the noise, the thing I keep coming back to is how strange those final days were.
51:44You got a guy who's just been taken off suicide watch in what is supposedly one of the most secure federal institutions in America, huge air quotes there. And conveniently, in this secure institution, the cameras aren't working, the guards fall asleep, and nobody's checking on him?
52:01Now, we allegedly know a lot about what happened and what didn't happen outside the cell, but after all these years, no one has been able to provide me with a coherent narrative of what happened inside the cell that night.
52:13Seeing that like you have Andy with very serious voice over, the dramatic music playing, and then it just cuts to that and White Claw Kurt just gave me so much life. It was the best thing ever. And then they even went and pulled footage of Kurt's episode with Danny Jones where he's wearing the bullet helmet and the sunglasses, and it cuts to like Andy's like narrating to the camera and he's like, "And there's even a possibility that maybe he's alive." And it cuts to Kurt Metzger going, "Oh yeah, no, he's alive. It's in the files."
52:46And then Danny Jones goes, "It's in the files." He's like, "Yeah, bro, it's in the files." Danny Jones is like, "Where is it in the files?" And it just cuts away.
52:54Don't worry about the evidence.
52:56We're good. But shout out to Kurt. I know The man. I know Kurt is the world's number one fan of Andrew Bustamante.
53:04That is certainly a fact that I'm not making up and lying about right now.
53:10As in I'm totally lying about that.
53:12Yeah, I hates Andy Bustamante.
53:14That made it all the better. So, thank you to Uncle Kurt for participating in that episode. And you know, I don't think it got age restricted, Beef.
53:23Discovery Channel is age restriction proof, luckily, unlike some other channels. That's good.
53:29>> It's real good. But that is the wrap-up.
53:32If there's some details I missed, I'll include that in some future episodes, but all in all, I do want to give a huge shout-out to everyone. I I I don't think stuff was taken out of context or anything like that. They just as we knew going in they couldn't include a lot of very important things.
53:49So hopefully that's able to be released in the future. But on that note Deef Apparently there was a suicide note and they're just telling us about this now.
53:59>> Yeah, I saw that and it was just very convenient like everything that just keeps happening in the world. Do you have that tweet?
54:05>> Yeah, I do. I want to make sure we get this right read it but This was reported on April 30th breaking new reports have come out of a suicide note purportedly written by Jeffrey Epstein in a Manhattan jail has been kept secret for nearly 7 years locked up in a New York courthouse and one of the attorneys confirmed this but then didn't comment on it because the record is sealed and everything.
54:32But ladies and gentlemen This this is a big moment for the show Deef. We got to we got to lock in right now.
54:40I told you things have been getting more serious around here. We were able to work the phones do a lot of biz Deef and I were working this for about 3 days. Mhm.
54:51And we have an exclusive for you right now on the Joint Theory podcast.
54:58You haven't seen this yet Deef. I haven't.
55:00>> You've not seen it but I got to get my gloves on first.
55:05We we have the letter.
55:07It was given to us the actual physical form.
55:12Oh wow. Oh yeah. Yeah, now.
55:16Big biz. Big biz.
55:19I'm not going to reveal the source who gave this to me.
55:22I wouldn't want to burn them.
55:24But this is a worldwide exclusive for you guys. I got to be very careful. Just like handling the Declaration of Independence, you know.
55:32But this is it.
55:36As you can see you got that on camera, Deef? I do.
55:40It says, "Hello, it is me, Jeffrey Epstein.
55:44I am definitely going to unalive myself.
55:50This is totally my handwriting."
55:54That's smart. Just in case anyone thought it's not >> case they thought otherwise. So, I I obviously want to handle this delicately. Huge shout out to our source who gave them that. His handwriting looks a lot like mine. That's very strange, but you know, I have no relation to Jeffrey Epstein.
56:09That said, we will continue to monitor the situation on that. You know what?
56:14You know what, Deef? What? these people.
56:18All right. Every time the narrative needs to change, they create something that is even stupider that creates a Streisand effect for all of us to sit here and be like, "We know you are feeding us slop. Why do you keep doing it? And why do enough people say, 'Please, thank you, may I have some more?'" Of course, he didn't write a suicide note. Of course, they're not holding on to something for 7 years that could have proved their whole case. It would have even been in those reports, by the way, the the O.J.
56:47report. Maybe Dr. G reacts and someone who's really gone through that in depth could give you a full better color commentary that, but like I'm so sick of these people, the system, whatever it is, telling us things like this just to try to act like it's going to go away. Yeah.
57:07>> And sadly, because they keep creating new narratives of important things, by the way, not for the most part, not stuff that's like not something you should look at, but pushing the narratives to change the story. Epstein's going so bad. Well, maybe we attack Iran. Oh, I don't know.
57:23That seems to make sense. Oh, Iran war's going bad. Let's hone in on the missing scientist now. Like, we cover all this stuff, but we don't lose the initial thread here. We have covered the Epstein thing. This is episode 13. We've covered it in every episode. And we have a treasure trove of stuff that we have not gotten to yet that we've even looked at.
57:43To say nothing of all the stuff we haven't even looked at and the news that continues to come out and mostly get ignored.
57:50And I like I said, I said this last week, a lot of people have been stopping me on the street and saying, you know, keep going. Thank you for like looking at this and keeping this alive and like I think that's kind of the least we can do here.
58:05You know, yes, we we're entertainers. We have as much fun as we can with things obviously, but this is like the most serious thing ever. And the idea that this could get shoved under the rug when it involves every powerful person that seems to exist in our society. No way, no. No way, no. No way, no. We're not doing that. So, obviously, that's not his real suicide note in case that wasn't painfully obvious. But, you know, it's just disheartening.
58:32And don't believe any any of that stuff.
58:34And there's I I already have next week, there's about eight things down there, Deef, we're going to be really digging into. We've done a lot on Kathy Rubler.
58:44We got to get to Reid Hoffman, the founder of LinkedIn, former PayPal mafia guy. That's one guy we haven't covered yet who is knee deep in Jeffrey Epstein paws.
58:56You know, but we will we will definitely do that. But, on a on a lighter note, a more fun note, I I do think it's time to talk about your now employer. Hey.
59:08Deef.
59:10I'm excited. I'm honored. Um I'm ready to work. I'm ready to work. He's ready to work on this.
59:16>> Blood, sweat, tears, and paws. That's right.
59:23Cannons.
59:24Cannons.
59:25>> Cannons. By the way, JP Morgan's in the Epstein files. Let's not forget that.
59:30They they flipped the narrative here.
59:32I I I do want to point this out. The narrative has moved from what the were you doing with Jeffrey Epstein?
59:39It's all the way up at the top. The stench is there. Why is there no justice? To like now everyone who works there because they they got a little freak a leak.
59:49>> There's a dominatrix.
59:50>> Little little freak a leak a leak a leak a leak.
