If revealed, the Justice Department is protecting the CIA
6:26and the DoD because actually interrogating the sources of funding behind Ralph, actually interrogating his human network is going to implicate the intelligence community and the defense department. And that is the second job of the DOJ. The first job is putting away the bad guys who but this but the but the second job is to protect is to CYA cover the ars of the intelligence community and the DoD so that the blob's interests are constantly protected and concealed from the American people who could oversee them.
