3:56>> [music] [music] >> Stop the fight.

5:38>> Uh uh uh.

5:39Uh uh uh.

5:48>> Oh my god.

5:52>> [music] >> Ooh.

5:59Ooh.

6:02Ooh.

6:05>> [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Ooh.

8:45>> Hello, Garland Nixon here and I'm standing in for Jimmy Dore who as you have figured out by now is on vacation and he will be back soon.

8:54In case you haven't heard of Garland Nixon, I'm a YouTuber.

8:59I'm also a terrestrial radio talk show host and uh retired law enforcement. Since I left law enforcement, I've been an advocate specifically for the first 10 amendments of the Constitution which is also known as the Bill of Rights and in particularly focusing on government overreach. So we we got a great show today. We got Stu Peters. We've got Kit Cabella. We got Nick Cruz coming in. We got a lot of great articles we're going to talk about. Some of them are will freak you out a little bit but you know you need to be freaked out at a time like this.

9:30So let's start with Stu Peters. Stu is a media personality. He's a host of the Stu Peters show. He launched his podcast in 2020, which focuses on skepticism towards government institutions, public health policies, and global events. Stu Peters, welcome to the Jimmy Dore Show.

9:47>> Uh do you think that's an anomaly these days that people are a little bit skeptical of uh government institutions at this point? Or do you do you think this is this is becoming more of a widespread trend at this point?

9:59>> Yeah, I think we're getting a lot of company. You know, the funny thing was I uh you know, there were so many people who particularly, you know, I kind of was I hate to admit this, you know, I kind of ran amongst the liberal class, right? And I was on the with the ACLU, worked for the ACLU, on the board of the ACLU back when they like pissed everybody off, you know? When they just like we represented people that everybody hated, and it was great. You know, we were the outsiders. And then along comes COVID and all that stuff went downhill.

10:30>> [laughter] >> And oddly enough, Stu, when I refused [snorts] to get vaccinated, that's when I found out I was a white supremacist. I literally got called a white supremacist online because I refused to get vaccinated. So.

10:40>> Yeah, um it it's an it's a way that they weaponized the vernacular against you.

10:44It was when I sat down with survivors of the USS Liberty, uh Phil Tourney, that I learned that I was an anti-Semite.

10:51>> Yeah, thanks.

10:52>> Um you know, it's just a you do not point that out that that that these people were attacked and that they've never had their day in court. Um and it's it's it is really obvious where the barriers are. And now on YouTube, everybody that was dismissed for COVID disinformation has been welcomed back because it turns out that all of us conspiracy theorists the entire time were true, which is kind of how um I came onto the scene, and now people know me for digging into obviously uh everything that the government has been lying about. So, there's no shortage of content from me around where to be the assassination of

11:25Charlie Kirk. And I think that that's what you wanted to talk to me about here today.

11:29>> Ab- absolutely. Yeah, you've been doing some good work. Once again, we're talking with Stu Peters and we're going to be talking about the Charlie Kirk assassination. Um, he's got some new evidence that will kind of freak you out a little bit. By now, I it probably won't. It probably won't. He's got new evidence that the White House maybe, possibly, is linked to the Charlie Charlie Kirk assassination. Stu, let's get started. What do you have?

11:55>> Well, um, let's rewind just a couple of weeks so that there's some context to get to that point. Um, for those of you who are unfamiliar with my show, um, first of all, you can find me on X and Rumble, the Stu Peters Network. Uh, but we've been going over what is kind of it's it's irrefutable data, okay? And these are Google Trends searches that originated from Sierra Vista, Arizona.

12:23And Sierra Vista is where Fort Huachuca is located. Obviously, everybody here is familiar with Fort Huachuca. That's where Mitch Snow says that he saw Erica Kirk in the lobby of the Canoewooden Inn and Suites on the 8th of September, saw Brian Harpole on the 9th. He reported seeing, um, high-ranking government officials and military brass. He was actually detained by Blake Masters' relative, Captain Masters.

12:44Uh, we now know that Andrew Colberg has two relatives that work on Fort Huachuca, which makes it more interesting that Andrew Colberg was like some fort in Tucson. I have no idea what Fort Huachuca's all about. Andrew Colberg worked with, uh, with Erica Kirk to concoct or cook up a fake alibi with somebody else's kids for the wrong date.

13:03Uh, and then conspired with Gary Melton, this like low-level, never-before-heard-of YouTuber, uh, to like push out these these alibis and try to distract away from Fort Huachuca. So, while everybody was like, you know, really viscerally reacting to this Fort Huachuca stuff, I thought that that obviously was something that we should be looking into more of. And the more that we learn about Fort Huachuca, the more vindicated Mitch Snow becomes.

13:27So, there is a woman called Anna Escobar who has a smaller YouTube channel who's been looking at Google Trends data that originates from Sierra Vista. So, to set this up, Sierra Vista is a town.

13:43Fort Huachuca is within side Sierra Vista. However, about 85 80 to 85% of the population in Sierra Vista serves Fort Huachuca in one way or another. In other words, it's a military town.

13:55>> Yep.

13:55>> Uh if if you're there, you either like are a family member, you serve the base in some way.

14:00So, in the in the months and the weeks and the days leading up to September 10th, there were some really interesting Google image searches being performed from Fort Huachuca. And they were for people like Andrew Colvin in his role at Kairos where he worked for Johnny Moore who worked at Kairos. Johnny Moore was also Google image searched from Fort Huachuca. There were military personnel from Crane, which is a base in this country that specializes in microelectronics and drone swarms that were being Google image searched from there.

14:39Um up to and including the driver of the SUV that took Charlie's body to Timpanogos Regional Hospital on September 10th, this person was being Google image searched the day before on the 9th. Brian Harpole was being Google image searched. So, everybody who would be involved in the perfect procurement pipeline for let's just say a weaponized lavalier microphone.

15:03So, the people at the DOD who issued the contracts $440,000 to Accurate Energetic Systems which later, as we all know, blew up in Eastern Tennessee, that order went to Crane. Crane specializing in microelectronics. Those people from Crane were being Google image searched along the way leading up to September 10th. So, everybody who would be involved, if they were going to use a exploding mic or a weaponized mic, I like to say, if they were going to use a weaponized mic with a shape charge to kill Charlie Kirk, if that's what the plan was, and they were going to make that plan on Fort Huachuca, which is an

15:40Intel base, all of the people that you would imagine would be necessary to be involved with that process, they were all being Google image searched from Fort Huachuca matching uh the flights that were coming in and out of Fort Huachuca. So, for example, we know that Bradley Hansel was on board that RCH 702 flight that came into Huachuca, uh and that's admitted by our own government, and Candace Owens reported that she has confirmed that.

16:07So, Bradley Hansel being the Under Secretary of War was on that flight.

16:10Well, that day he's being Google image searched from Fort Huachuca. And the reason why they do this is because lower-level enlisted personnel need to know who it is that they're escorting on the base, so that they can identify them when they come on base. Sometimes they even misspell uh these people's names.

16:28And I just got to thinking that there was a person who we have yet to identify, and that's whoever the SAM was on board SAM flight 702, which left on the 9th from Fort Huachuca, okay?

16:41Uh Bradley Hansel wouldn't be the SAM.

16:43He wouldn't be a VIP that would require that SAM identifier. And for everybody that doesn't understand this, special air mission flights, SAM flights, they can only be approved by or ordered up by the President or the Vice President or somebody who's doing the business of the President or the Vice President. They are going to deliver a message on behalf of or receive a message for or do the business directly for the office of the President of the United States or the Vice President of the United States. So, if Bradley Hansel is not a SAM, who would be? I think that Mitch Snow, if he saw President Trump on the base, he

17:17probably would have recognized him. The same is probably true for J.D. Vance.

17:20Maybe not Susie Wiles, the chief of staff for the president. Well, she's sick with cancer.

17:26Um we hope that the pain doesn't last for too long. We'll pray that it takes her quickly. Uh but what about the chief of staff for the vice president? What about And like who is this guy even?

17:36I've never even heard of him. So, I started to look at who this guy is. His name is Jacob Recess.

17:41If you uh that's how his name is pronounced, Recess.

17:45>> Mhm.

17:45>> And if you go and you look at So, I was immediately like, "Well, let's go look at the Google Trends data from Fort Huachuca to see if Jacob Recess." And there And there was no results. His name is spelled r e s e s and it looks like it's pronounced Reese's.

18:00Um and there was no results there. So, I was a little bit, you know, intrigued because Mitch Snow had said that there was this guy on base that was really short, so short in fact that people had to like bend over to talk to him.

18:16>> Mhm.

18:16>> Um if you guys go and look if you go Google Jacob Recess right now, r e s e s, one of the first articles that will pop up is an article about how Jacob Recess, the vice president's chief of staff, has decided to leave the United States government unexpectedly. He's just he's out.

18:3615 months into a new presidential administration, um you're the chief of staff for the guy who's basically a shoe-in to be installed as the next president because he's the creation of Peter Thiel who's going to usher in this AI-driven super surveillance hellscape.

18:52Um why would you just leave, you know, all of a sudden?

18:58It just doesn't seem right. Now, the reason that they have cited is because his wife is pregnant. I think that J.D.

19:03Vance's wife herself is pregnant. He's not leaving the government. I know a lot of people whose wives are pregnant. They don't leave their job.

19:10But when you start to look at who Jacob Recess is and where he came from, when he was in high school, he was working with the Clintons. So, he obviously plays both sides of the fake aisle. Uh he went on from there to work with the Heritage Foundation. They're the authors of Project Esther, which is the 34-page initiative uh that everybody I think should read. It kind of like lays out the blueprint for everything that we're seeing right now today. Uh and the reason why the trajectory which would I mean like the merging of the United States with Israel, Jacob Recess would be a part of all of that, very

19:44integral part of all of that. He is Jewish and he's about 5 ft 3.

19:49He is very, very short. Uh it would be a person that would be on base that would require, you know, a Secret Service detail. Mitch Snow says that he remembers that that that this really short guy was kind of surrounded by a Secret Service detail and I just kept thinking to myself, well, why would there be no Google image trends data on this guy if for everybody else that's in the perfect procurement pipeline, they are?

20:13So, like what's wrong with the theory here? You know, what what what is what is it what's happening with this guy?

20:18Well, when Anna Escobar learned that I was looking into this Jacob Recess, she was like, "Hey, you know, a lot of times these enlisted personnel will misspell the name. If they're hearing it Recess, they're probably spelling it r e c e s s. Hey, Jacob Recess is coming on base today. You got to go out and escort him onto the base." So, she went and searched the POTUS Jacob Recess misspelled r e c e s s c o s. So, in other words, Vice President of the United States Jacob Recess misspelled Chief of Staff and bang, there it was.

20:59On September 8th, 2025, he was being Google image searched in his official capacity as the Chief of Staff for the vice president. So, I'm thinking to myself, "Oh my god."

21:12Well, then somebody reminded me that when Brian Harpole sat down with Shawn Ryan, you know, like trying to and failing miserably um to talk about autopsies and everything else, there was something really interesting that he said. He said he was there at the hospital and he was on the phone with the vice president and he was standing next to the chief of staff.

21:34And, you know, that may have kind of like missed me at first, but it hits a little bit different now knowing what I know. So, Mitch Snow's testimony, which with every day that passes, with every little single piece of evidence that comes out of Fort Huachuca, with the suspect way in which these people have responded about Fort Huachuca, he becomes more and more vindicated, more and more corroborated is his first-person eyewitness testimony. And now he's talking about this really short guy that was surrounded by a security detail, so short in fact that people had to bend over. If you look at the picture

22:06on the front page of the NBC news article about Jacob Recess stepping away from the United States government, he's standing next to J.D. Vance. He comes up to like here on J.D. Vance. The guy is a swarmy little tiny little man. Um and he's leaving the United States government, he's being Google image searched on Fort Huachuca. And, you know, his name is being thrown around by Brian Harpole. So, I would just like to know um who was aboard Sam flight 702 and was it Jacob Recess?

22:37There's no public information as to where he was on that day. And I as you know, I just find it curious that when the heat gets turned up on Fort Huachuca, there's probably some sort of a panic going on. We know there is at Turning Point because they're coming up with fake alibis with different people's kids for the wrong day and then using random YouTubers to try to push these alibis. Uh and was there was there a panic? You know, was there a panic inside of, you know, the vice president's office? Was there a panic at the White House?

23:05Because I am convinced that this was a high-level military operation that goes all the way to the White House. I think it goes all the way to Tel Aviv.

23:13Uh I think that this thing was sloppy.

23:16There were some unaccounted for variables that happened here. I think that if the theory is correct about a weaponized lavalier microphone, that one of the unaccounted for variables was that thing malfunctioned, uh which sent the battery and other shrapnel flying in directions where maybe a neck wound wasn't intended to begin with, and all of the trauma was meant to stay on the chest because that would be consistent with the .30-06 narrative. I think the other unaccounted for variable here is Mitch Snow being on Fort Huachuca, seeing what he saw, and, you know, with everything that we have now learned

23:49about Jacob Recess, I actually got a text from Mitch Snow last night saying, uh "Well, you are going to really force the hand on pushing the uh pushing the gas pedal down on this narrative and speeding things along, and it looks like I have some diving to do because he said, for everybody who doesn't understand that reference, that he has uh put all of the data that he all of the pictures, all of the videos that he has are at the bottom of a river underneath a rock, and uh where nobody else knows. So, he says he's going to have to do some diving and go back and look because it just kind of hit him that in his time at the

24:26Candlewood and Suites, this place was probably full of everyone that would have been meeting to go through final demonstrations if in fact there was a plot being cooked up to kill Charlie Kirk on Fort Huachuca in the days, weeks, and months leading up to his death. If in fact that is exactly what happened, then Mitch Snow would have video and photographs of all of these people. So, um things are really heating up. In addition to that, uh we have found this week uh Anna Escobar again. She's a uh like kind of a flight tracking enthusiast and she has found that Turning Point USA aircraft, the ones

25:04that Charlie Kirk was flying around on, the one that Andrew Colvert was flying around on, Blake Neff was flying around on, these aircraft have been over the last year and a half going to airfields where there's no air traffic control towers and where there's no 24-hour security where there's like really nobody and at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning they're landing at these airfields.

25:27I will note that these airfields by the way are the same ones that Iran-Contra was run out of and that the cocaine cowboy ran out of and they're spending 20 to 30 minutes on the ground on these airfields and then they're going off to larger regional or even international airports and then they're meeting up with jets that are owned and operated by Miriam Adelson. Miriam Adelson owned Boeing business jets and they're spending two or three hours on the ground with these Miriam Adelson owned jets before then Miriam Adelson's jet leaving and going directly to Tel Aviv.

26:01>> Well, you know, before before we dive too deep into that, I do have a couple of things I want to talk about. The first I want to get you know some some thoughts on that first that I want to throw out to you on that first segment.

26:11>> Sure.

26:11>> So, when someone says, "Okay, question.

26:14Why would they why would you have to do all of these image search for all of these people?"

26:19My first thought is two one of two reasons. Number one, if you're feeding data, if you want cameras and AI to be able to see who's where, you feed all of the pictures into into an AI program and say, "Look for these people." or whatever the case may be. That's number one to feed them in into an AI database, everybody that's involved in this particular operation, etc. Number two, if you have someone who's coming from out of the country, someone who's involved in this operation who is not familiar with everyone, you want to get pictures of everybody. You want to give these people the pictures and say these

26:54are the people to meet with or to do this or not to shoot or do You know what I mean? You know what I mean? You want to get the data of everybody involved for someone who may not be in be knowledgeable about that who needs to know who's who or maybe other people who are involved in this operation who needs to to know who's who. So I can >> They need a They need a base pass. They need a base score.

27:16>> Right. Right.

27:17>> and on Fort Huachuca they have >> Ah, yes. Yes. Yes.

27:20>> They have these big balloons that are suspended up in the air and they have They have cameras on them that are capable of zooming in um 100 miles. They can see Fort Bliss from Fort Huachuca.

27:31Uh so these things would be fed with yeah, these people are authorized. When they realized that Snow was on base and unauthorized, what happened? He was swarmed by everybody. He was detained.

27:41They called him a bomb threat and he was questioned for hours by Captain Neff.

27:45>> And and your computers on the I mean your cameras all over the base. You feed those into the AI the camera. Again, these are the people that should be, that shouldn't be. You know what I mean?

27:54There's There's any Like you said, you you you may need um ID and you may need to feed them into computers as as an AI database to look for these particular faces or whoever's not those particular faces. So there's a number of reasons >> And some officer is telling the lower-level enlisted that are going out to the tarmac or to the Sierra Vista Airport or to the Canan Wooden Inn Suites to pick up their principals to bring them on base for a meeting.

28:19They're telling them, "Hey, need pick up Oh, this is a big one. This is Chief of Staff for the Vice President. This is Jacob Reiss.

28:26Uh so do whatever you got to do this morning. Prepare for your transport.

28:29Your escort's going to be Jacob Reiss coming on base." Well, what did that guy hear? He heard he was the Vice President's Chief of Staff. His name is Jacob Reiss. When he goes to do his work on his computer, he puts in VP OTUS, Vice President of the United States, Jacob Reiss, and then puts in his title, COS, Chief of Staff. They're using very specific vernacular. They're using their titles. They're using DIA in their titles. And there were intel people that were coming on. There were people from Crane coming on when Johnny Moore or being searched, I should say.

29:04When Johnny Moore was being Google image searched, he was being image searched under his official capacity as Kairos, which these are the people who they develop messaging and strategy for crisis situations. There was going to be a crisis situation that would require messaging and strategy. And when they looked up Andrew Colberg, who worked for Johnny Moore at Kairos, they didn't look him up as Andrew Colberg Turning Point USA. He was Google image searched the same time as Johnny Moore, which would indicate that they would have been arriving on base the same time if this theory is accurate. And they searched

29:36him also in his position at Kairos. They searched Andrew Colberg Kairos.

29:43When these people are being searched in their official capacities and for what reason they are coming onto the base, they're being searched by these enlisted personnel, sometimes with name misspellings, etc. And And just a caveat here, when we went public with this, we started talking about this, within 24 hours every single one of these Google image search data requests from Google Trends was deleted. They were completely wiped.

30:09>> Let me tell you. I'm familiar with that on a smaller basis.

30:13And I know that stuff happens. You be even on a minute basis. They pay attention to what's happening and they hide their tracks. I just had something on YouTube one time where I did a video and I showed the analytics and I said, "Look at this. My My YouTube traffic went down by 40%." And look at the analytics and it said like, "Traffic from YouTube searches down 38%. Traffic from YouTube referrals down." And I'm like, "They cut everything down 40%." The next day the analytics had changed.

30:44So, my point being, I know that YouTube and Google and all of their the Googles, they pay attention to what's going on and they always go in and clean their tracks. So, >> Well, and if this was, you know, what we thought it was, if this was a high-level military operation involving the people that I suspected that it involved, uh having the general public be aware of all of the people, the roll call, the actual like list you can put names now with this operation. You can put their positions, you know, with this operation. You know exactly who they are. That is I mean, that's the rolodex.

31:17It's the who's who of of what happened on September 10th. That's got to go. So, when they deleted it in order to prove that it was an intentional attempt to deceive and, you know, at deception to cover tracks, well, we went back in.

31:32So, Johnny Moore Kyros had been wiped.

31:35It had been deleted. Andrew Covid Kyros had been wiped and deleted.

31:39As per I can go down the list all of them, but when we went back in and reversed it, when we put Kyros Johnny Moore, guess what? There it was. It showed up again.

31:49The same thing is happening with the Jacob Recess stuff. The same thing happened with Andrew Covid and all of the others that were Google image searched on Fort Huachuca. When you change some words around just a little bit, the data pops up because it leaves that cookie trail behind. Um where it's just forever. These fragmented pieces of information are forever on the internet.

32:10>> And again, here's what that shows. How high-level this is for this reason. We, as you know, I'm sure we I've covered this myself. I've seen Jenny Jimmy cover it that Google has hired a lot of people from, um you know, like Unit 8200.

32:23They've hired a bunch of people from Israeli intelligence and from CIA, etc.

32:27So, they they're it's riddled with intelligence people. And so, ultimately, I would imagine that their job there, you know, is not to make sure that the bathrooms are clean in the Google building. You know, that they're they're there to clean things up, but it isn't the furniture. So, it seems to me that it only makes sense that when these massive investigation start, which millions of people are out here looking into it, their job is to go in there and clean it up. But, there are too many people looking at this from too many angles.

33:00So, they can't figure out everything. If someone somewhere is going to say, "What about this? Why don't I do it backwards?

33:06Why don't I check this name?" And as you said, there's going to be cookies, there's going to be a trail of breadcrumbs somewhere that makes it extremely difficult for them to to track everything. But, you're doing great work and um I really appreciate what you're doing.

33:18But, let's move on to the next segment.

33:21Once again, we are talking with Stu Peters. You can find him online at the Stu Peters Show. I understand, to get back to this very important subject, >> Just to just to correct you, hold on a second. I'm not online at the Stu Peters Show.

33:34If you want to find me on X, I'm at Real Stu Peters. If you want to find me on Rumble, just search the Stu Peters Network.

33:41>> Ah, network. I'm small I'm small potatoes here. We're talking about the Stu Peters network.

33:47You're right. All right. So, this next segment and I think is important and makes sense in the context of everything you've been saying, particularly high-level White House and people who have very significant connections to the White House. And that is that TPUSA planes were meeting with Miriam Adelson owned jets, whether she was on them or not, we don't know, for what we could call midnight meetups, but they certainly seem clandestine. And as you know, it was nothing unusual or has been nothing unusual in black operations for various people to meet just in a small airfield out in the middle of nowhere

34:25very briefly and leave. So, if we could get if we could we could make sure I think this will be a little different segment. people need to hear this clean.

34:34If you could start over with that exactly you know what we need to know.

34:38>> So, planes that were donated to and or always frequently used by Turning Point USA that may belong to another flight group, the hours may have been donated, but these are the aircraft with the specific tail numbers that Charlie Kirk was traveling on that since he passed away since he was murdered that Erica Kirk has been traveling a lot on Andrew Kolb, Blake Knapp. These are Turning Point aircraft and these tail numbers are associated with Turning Point USA and these planes were at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning landing at these smaller airfields. And again, these airfields are the airfields that are known because they were the

35:21cocaine cowboys base of operations. They were the base of operations for Iran-Contra number one. We may be looking at number two now, I don't know.

35:29But those jets would land by themselves 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning at these airfields that don't have air traffic control towers. They don't have, you know, like a hustle and bustle at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning. There's not 24-hour security. When you look at the aerial view of these, which I showed on the show and you can find them on Rumble, you can see that these are just rows of what look like storage lockers and they are their storage lockers for aircraft. They are warehouses for other things. They're hangars.

36:00And there's just like a fence. You have a gate code, you come on in and that's that. Who knows what's stored in any of these things? I guess I don't. And the plane lands and it spends, yeah, 35, 45 minutes to an hour at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning at these little remote desolate locations in Arkansas and in the panhandle of Florida kind of on the Bama border. And then from there or go to a larger regional or even international airport. Well, when they are at these larger regional or international airports, they are met by aircraft that are owned and operated by Miriam Adelson.

36:38And these aircraft, these Boeing Business Jets 737s specifically, are massive.

36:46They spend anywhere between two to four hours on the tarmac right next to these planes that are owned by Turning Point USA. Over at a hangar, you know, um Sands Air, which is in Las Vegas, that's where Miriam Adelson keeps her fleet of aircraft, which includes 747s. Um all kinds of business jets. But anyway, uh they spend two to four hours on the tarmac together, and then immediately Miriam Adelson's Boeing Business Jet leaves and goes straight to Tel Aviv.

37:19And then it comes back to the United States the next day.

37:22This happens 27 times.

37:25Okay, this isn't like a like a one-off, and you know, I'm I'm going, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, what's what's going on here?" and being hyperbolic and blowing something up into you know, I'm not making a mountain out of a molehill here. This happens 27 times.

37:42And people are like, "Oh, well, here it goes Stu down the Candace Owens Egyptian planes rabbit hole."

37:48Which by the way, the Egyptian planes are very real. You can't You can't deny the flight data. They are where she says they were when they were there. You can see this. So, for people to be like, "Oh, conspiracy theory." This happens 27 times.

38:04Why is Turning Point USA's aircraft meeting with Miriam Adelson 27 times before Miriam Adelson's aircrafts go directly to Israel? When I say meeting with Miriam Adelson, I'm representing her planes. I'm not saying that Miriam Adelson herself is on the planes.

38:23In fact, she probably wasn't.

38:24>> associates are more than likely employees, whatever the case may be.

38:28Yeah, that's >> What's on these planes? You know, what what what is it that's being either picked up or dropped off at these small airfields? Why are they going directly then to meet with Miriam Adelson on planes that then go directly to Israel?

38:42What's on these planes? You know, um >> certainly, yeah.

38:45>> Are they are they having donor meetings at the Cocaine Cowboy airfield at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning? Are they arranging for donor relationships and meeting new people at the Iran-Contra airfield at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning and shaking hands for 20 or 30 minutes?

38:59You know, um are they requesting Miriam Adelson be present for all of these meetings and they're spending two or three hours like are they picking up their people? Like come on. There's something obviously to this. I've been, you know, um I'm not going to I've been gaslit enough. I'm not going to be gaslit into believing that any of this is normal or not sus.

39:17>> It well, I'll put it like this. When you bringing up the the Cocaine Cowboys, which might I might grant it I might add is a is a great um you know, I don't know if the History Channel or whatever they did Cocaine Cowboys the whole the whole show, but it was good.

39:30But you bringing that up.

39:32Basically, if you think about it, this was the these were the routine actions of intelligence operatives. These were intelligence operations. You know, these were these when when you look at these the the way they're doing things, meeting out in the middle of nowhere at an airport, [clears throat] you know, meeting up, getting up, leaving, and you go here, and somebody goes to Israel. That doesn't sound like somebody's doing a business meeting, you know, to sell widgets. That sounds like intelligence operations.

40:02That's the way intelligence operations happen to ensure that nobody's around.

40:06They're not going to meet in the hotel, they could be bugged. They're not going to be getting in a car, and all these things could be bugged. They have their planes, they meet in their planes, which have been swept for everything. So, it actually makes you feel as though that these types of operations are rather than business or even political, per se, strictly political, that this is intelligence. Maybe Mossad, CIA, whatever the case may be. That's what it sounds like to me.

40:34>> It sounds to me like arms trafficking.

40:36>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

40:38>> Which of course, which of course the CIA would be involved with because no arms are getting trafficked without the blessing of the CIA. They're the ones that are doing all of that. Um you know, and that it kind of bridges along with uh the 50,000 fold ARs conversation. Uh how 50,000 fold ARs needed to get into the West Bank, you know, to finish the annexation of that region in order to prepare the land for you know, Trump Gaza, uh the the to to water the grounds of the soil of the future uh Greater Israel project, which isn't a conspiracy theory either because they wear the arm patch, the map of

41:15Greater Israel on the sleeves of their military uniforms. Um these are people who are unwilling to leave their homelands that their people have inhabited for thousands of years. And despite the I mean, and and I'm not going to say all of the words here because I understand the platform and respect where we are broadcasting here, but um these people have been have been terrorized for um for a very, very long time. And yet they have refused to leave. Uh so, there's something that you have to do there. You have to do something. And uh 50,000 fold ARs was in the conversation. Yeah, what what what's happening here? You have to

41:53get the arms to the settlers somehow. Uh and now with obviously with section 219 of the National Defense Authorization Act, nobody's going to have to be sneaky about it anymore because we're just merging our military and all of our weapons are their weapons and all of our service members are their service members and all of our intel is their intel.

42:10It was already virtually impossible to draw a line of distinction between the United States government and Israel.

42:15Uh now there there there literally won't be because overtly we just are one.

42:20Nobody voted for this, by the way.

42:22Nobody sees this as a benefit. There's no upside to America or to Americans for any of this, but they're just going to ram this through regardless. Uh and and so with that going on, you can see that there is a a need. There is there is a need. Who's fulfilling the need?

42:38Um and when we had the Lea Files on just the other day, she uh used to work alongside or even even at the agency.

42:46When I say the agency, I mean the CIA doing um deep dive follow the money forensics audits of financials. And she was on the other day and even the financials suggest that in a post-Charlie Kirk assassination world, Turning Point USA is acquiring all kinds of land, all kinds of warehouses. What do they need all these warehouses for? Is it for the yard signs? For the get out the vote initiatives?

43:10I don't know about that because apparently Turning Point USA is not even a political arm.

43:16Uh they're they're not political. They I That's all I know them as is is politics, political, uh political activism. But apparently, according to their business filings, they're not. And they're just they're they're spending a lot of money. Remember, Charlie Kirk, before he died, uh he wanted a Doze style audit of his company.

43:39And he not only wanted to know where the money was going, he wanted to know specifically where all of this money is coming from. Where is all of this money coming from? Remember, this was the kid who gave an elevator pitch to start this company, which is now dealing with hundreds of millions of dollars. Um billions of dollars.

44:01>> Yeah.

44:02>> He wanted to know where is this money coming from, and he never got around to finding out.

44:08>> No, that couldn't happen because it's like so many other things when you start talking about intelligence money that organizations are used to launder money.

44:15Organizations are used to for various functions. I mean, you can look at there's the when you talk about the gangs in Haiti, how are people that don't have food running around with $2,000 machine guns? And then they some guy from the CIA gets caught trafficking guns in the Haiti.

44:30>> You look at Ukraine, all the money that's going there. I mean, all the weapons supposedly going to Ukraine, then it shows up in Africa in the hands of like some terrorist organization, right? And now there's a terrorist organization that the American taxpayer funded, that the CIA [clears throat] radicalized and armed.

44:49>> Yeah, so these once the intelligence agencies get their hands on an organization, it becomes a multi-tool. You know what I mean? It becomes something that they can launder weapons, they can launder money, they can launder everything now. And the problem if someone like Charlie Kirk thinks, well, this is I'm here for the cause. And let's do this thing for the cause, and he starts asking too many questions, the cause becomes bigger than him. And if as we discussed, they were planning on doing this this they were right on the verge of doing this um uh Iran war. And there's certainly a lot of evidence that Charlie Kirk wasn't

45:31thrilled with that. He would have been a problem.

45:35>> Yeah.

45:35>> seems to me there's a significant issue there that had to be remedied, shall we say? I mean, I see I I wrote up right after he got killed, actually, on my Substack, I wrote an article, and that's the first thing that came to mind was, well, he was like kind of not in favor of this, but gee, now he's out of the way. I don't think that's coincidental.

45:55>> I'm glad that you brought that up, and I also want to go back and touch on something that you were talking about in Ukraine.

46:01It's the same agency that was responsible for using other uh private partners to the American government to traffic weapons into Ukraine in order to affect a violent coup in 2014 to overthrow what they considered to be a fair democratically elected administration who was rumored to have been adopting more pro-Russia policies, meaning pushing back on the centralized system of of of Rothschild banking control, basically.

46:29Uh they didn't want anything to do with that. And so our media, and when I say our media, I mean the media that's funded by BlackRock and Vanguard and State Street and private equity oligarchs that are housed on that are headquartered on Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv, our media, uh they positioned all of that as a like a populist-style BLM-style uprising. It wasn't. It was a violent coup, and then they installed Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and what have we had since? Mass graves in the Donbas, uh brothers wars that seem to be never-ending. Uh these people are just they're they're killing each other

47:04to clear the way. This is new Khazaria, and that land is included on the map of Greater Israel that they wear on their arm patch and that Benjamin Netanyahu brings and presents it at his meetings in the White House. They did the same thing there as they're doing in uh in in the Middle East. They they This is the Greater Israel project. They have to have the weapons.

47:23>> Yes, and powerful Zionists are all over it. Who funded the Azov Battalion?

47:29Kolomoyskyy. The guy is uh a Jew. Uh by the way, he has a an Israeli uh citizenship, and he's the guy funded the Azov Battalion, and supposedly he owned Burisma, or he was the chief where Hunter Biden worked, right? Uh wait a minute.

47:45>> Because Hunter Biden had all of the experience necessary to run that energy company.

47:50>> Yes. And how about um the other guy, Mindich, who was the assistant? I think he was the first assistant for Zelensky who got caught stealing like hundreds of millions of dollars. Where did he flee to? Israel. He was again, he was a Zionist. Zelensky >> to Israel. They all do. Tom Alexander who was here working on behalf of the Israeli cybersecurity directorate and wanted to, you know, violate a handicap mentally handicapped young American child and when he got caught in Las Vegas for doing that, the Trump administration had to intervene to fly him back to Israel.

48:20>> Well, you know, you got you got to ask yourself >> Jonathan Pollard. Don't miss that one.

48:25This is a spy who's working on behalf of Israel to the detriment of America and he was flown on Miriam Adelson's Boeing business jet to Israel where he was received on the tarmac like a hero in the arms of Benjamin Netanyahu. I mean, every single time over and over what you're pointing out here just continues to happen.

48:43>> Well, you've got to ask yourself, you look at Ukraine. Okay, we see a bunch of guys goose stepping all over the place with Hitler tattoos. But, who supported them? Zionist Kolomoisky. Who's in charge? Zelensky. Who was under him?

48:56Mendich. Who's the other guy? Schmegel.

48:58How in the world did make sense of this?

49:01You've got we are a bunch of people running all over the place goose stepping all over the stuff with the iconography of the Third Reich. But, the people who are in charge all over are Zionists. It kind of looks like an operation at some point.

49:16>> I wanted to talk more about what you said about Charlie Kirk and I don't know how much time I have with you.

49:21>> more minutes. Sure, go right ahead.

49:22>> Um, but, you know, for you to say that he was, you know, he was becoming a problem.

49:27I have myself gone through a real life documented on video >> [clears throat] >> awakening or realization or mind shift uh, relating to Israel because Israel, when I was a fugitive hunter, when I was a bounty hunter, Israel didn't matter to me and that was for 15 years of my my life. I It wasn't on my radar. I didn't care.

49:53Um my parents were divorced when I was two. I spent half of my time with my mom and I spent half of my time with my dad.

50:00My dad went to a Lutheran church. My mom went to a Methodist church.

50:04If the minister or the pastor were hitting me over the head with Zionist propaganda, it missed me. I didn't pay attention to it. Israel didn't matter to me at all. It was never on my radar.

50:14Until there was a reaction to the USS Liberty videos uh that I released after sitting down with the survivors.

50:22I was attacked by the New York Times, by the Rolling Stone, by by everybody.

50:27And that was kind of what pushed me into looking more into this. And despite the fact that I was being threatened with the loss of millions of dollars being funneled into my now I didn't care. I came to a tea in the road. I had sponsors that were like, "We're going to leave. We're going to pull $3.6 million from you." Okay, fine. Leave. Take it. I don't I I don't care.

50:44Um and I think that, you know, looking at what Charlie, who I was not a fan of when he was alive. He was a Zionist shill. He was a part of this mega world, this Trump orbit, the you know, the Israel-loving, pro-war, neocon right.

50:59And I I I wanted nothing to do with that faction. And I just I knew that I could count on what it was that he was going to say every time he opened his mouth about the Judeo-Christian relationship and the Judeo-Christian values and all this other stuff. And so the day that he was killed, I was actually in the studio getting ready to sit down and film with a new sponsor that was coming on. And um my sister, who's the COO at my company, came running in and they were all in from out of town.

51:24Um people various different people that work for me and they all came running in and they were like, "Oh my god, Charlie Kirk has been shot."

51:31And I thought, "Who would want to shoot Charlie Kirk?"

51:35Like, "What?"

51:36I So every monitor, as you can imagine, in the studio was on. I went live and I'm just going all these different live feeds and listening to what people are saying on the ground.

51:46And the first thing that I said to the people who work with me, I said, "Hey, go get me video. Go find out what was this guy saying in the weeks and months leading to this.

51:56What what what was what was the what was he saying that would have made somebody want to do this?"

52:01And it became immediately evident. Um you know, it wasn't something that he was hinting around about. He was He was very openly pushing back on these people. And then privately um he was saying things about how he was going to be forced to leave the pro-Israel cause.

52:17His words, not mine. Not a not a theory that I made up or you. Uh those were his words.

52:22Um and then Candace Owens just this week released text messages where he said, "Quote, I'm telling all of these Jews to go to hell."

52:31That's what Charlie Kirk was saying to who I think could quite possibly be his only real friend, who's been holding onto these text messages while they've been trying to rewrite who Charlie Kirk was as he was coming home on Friday nights. And it was, you know, "Daddy's home. Throw down the phone. Shabbat Shalom."

52:50>> Yeah.

52:52>> We now know what he was really saying.

52:54And he was pushing back on Donald Trump.

52:56He got shouted down by Donald Trump over his opposition to uh uh kinetic confrontation with the Iranians. He was opposed to interdiction in Venezuela, which was done on behalf of Paul Singer, who acquired the American arm of the Venezuelan oil industry >> Yep.

53:11>> at the end of a gun barrel in a Delaware court presided over by an packed judge as a vulture capitalist. All the talk about Greenland, Charlie Kirk was against that, which was on behalf of Ronald Lauder, the heir to the uh Estee Lauder cosmetic brand, the president of the World Jewish Congress, who's the one who talked Donald Trump into acquiring Greenland in the first place. Another vulture capitalist, who guess what, has millions of dollars in interests in Greenlandic water bottling companies.

53:37>> Ooh, ah. Whose Whose son-in-law, Kevin Warsh >> is the Fed chair.

53:42>> installed >> the Fed chair by Donald Trump. It never stops, does it? It just never stops. But I'm with you. There are so many of us that have these moments of awakening, and certainly Charlie Kirk did. And you know, I've had people say, "Well, I don't like that Charlie Kirk said this and that." And I said, "You know what?

53:57When I was younger, I said stupid things. And I had to learn about things." For God's sake, I used to be a Democrat.

54:02>> [laughter] >> And you know, >> Which I don't even believe in, to be honest with you.

54:06>> Exactly. And now I'm like, I I hate parties and all that kind of stuff, you know. So, the bottom the bottom line is, you know, it seems to me that he was probably If he was saying the things that he was saying public, you can only imagine publicly what he was saying privately. And it And I'm just saying, >> There are those of us who think a decision might have been made. I'm just saying.

54:26>> Well, here's the thing. Charlie Kirk was doing something that nobody else was doing. He was captivating the attention of millions of college-age, fighting-age, military-aged, uh, Zoomers in this country who represent the military future, the spiritual future, the political future, the physical future of our country. Uh, he was going on stages across the country talking to these people, and he was doing what nobody else could. They were hanging on every word they said. He was written into the pipeline as, you know, probably a shoo-in as the vice presidential, uh, you know, candidate to a to a J.D.

55:02Vance presidency.

55:03Um, this would This would have been a problem when he would have gone on those stages and said that he was going to be forced to leave the pro-Israel cause because millions of them would have left with him. And rather than being a vice presidential running mate with J.D.

55:18Vance, he would have run against J.D.

55:20Vance.

55:21>> Yeah, absolutely.

55:22>> J.D. Vance, the creation of Peter Thiel, vice president Palantir. Uh, they have to usher all There's so much on the line here. And, uh, although be it not trying to, of course, minimize the tragic death of Charlie Kirk, because I miss him already. I mean, that it this now knowing what he was doing, I can see what a what a like a real man of conviction he was, a guy that we really need in this country. He would have been a big problem for ushering all that in and the implications of this are just so far-reaching.

55:51>> The bottom line is, they can't allow an independent thinker. You've got to be part of the system and you've got to say whatever the system says, I'm okay with.

56:00If you question things, that's unacceptable. Stew Peters is a media personality and host of the Stew Peters Show and the Stew Peters Network, correct?

56:09>> Yeah, the Stew Peters Network is where you can find me on Rumble at real Stew Peters on X and I'm not one of these guys that will stay on the plantation and do as he is told, which is why I don't have a blue check mark, which is why I'm not monetized everywhere and which is why you won't find me on Instagram or on Spotify or any of the above. So, these are the places you can find me and rest assured that I don't say these things for likes or clicks because there's no way for me to make money on likes and clicks and demonetized across the board. These are the things that we say because they are

56:38true and I will not be gaslighted, pressured, or bought into saying anything else. So.

56:44>> Well, thank you very much, Stew.

56:45>> Thank you very much for having me. Tell Jimmy that I said hello. I can't wait to see him back here in August after he gets off of vacation.

56:50>> By all means, I'm Garland Nixon >> You're doing a great job.

56:53>> Thank you. Standing in for Jimmy Dore and we're coming back. We're going to take a break and we're going to come back next with Kit Cabella.

57:09>> Angelo, nice to meet you, Angelo. And how did you know not to get the vaccine?

57:13>> I'm young and dumb, I guess.

57:14>> You're young and dumb? No, you were young and smart. I was old and dumb. I got it.

57:19Did you have a job at the time?

57:21>> Yeah.

57:21>> What was your job?

57:22>> I worked outside at a amusement park.

57:24>> You worked outside at an amusement park?

57:26Oh, you're a carny. Good for you.

57:29Your teeth look good. I would have never known.

57:31>> [laughter] >> Good for you.

57:54>> [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Hello, Garland Nixon, and I'm back. I'm standing in for the one and only Jimmy Dore here on The Jimmy Dore Show. As you probably know, you can find me. I'm a YouTuber. I am a I do a terrestrial radio show in Washington, D.C. Retired law enforcement and I'm an activist focusing on the Bill of Rights, which of course as you probably know is the first 10 amendments of the Constitution. Kit Cabella, a man you know well. He's the co-founder of communications director and host of Hard Lens Media. Wow.

59:50He's a native resident of Chicago. Kit served two tours in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in the United States Marine Corps. Kit Cabella, welcome back to the Jimmy Dore Show.

59:59>> It's always great to be back here. Shout out to Jimmy. Hope he's doing well. And thank you to his entire team for reaching out to me. And I'm glad to be your tag team partner and co-host at least for this short hour cuz then I have to head on the Fury Road. So, the people are here to see us talk about uh content. I was on earlier this morning.

60:17Uh my show goes live at 9:00 a.m.

60:19Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, Central Time, the correct time.

60:22And Chicago style pizza is the best style pizza there is. No debate about it.

60:26>> There we go. Well, I'm not going to debate you because I do love Chicago style pizza. All right, let's get going.

60:31Mushroom. I'm a mushroom pizza. That's what I want. Just mushrooms on my pizza.

60:35I don't need anything else.

60:36>> I'm a carnivore, man. Uh all the meat.

60:38All the meat.

60:39>> [laughter] >> All right. Well, let's get good let's get rolling.

60:43Um got a couple of uh uh uh uh uh things we want to hit. Number one, and that is uh you know, with everything that's going on with the whole Charlie Kirk thing, with the whole Tyler Robinson that weird thing. Candace Owens >> Mhm.

60:56>> Candace Owens says, Probably good time to remind everyone that Tyler Robinson isn't suicidal, nor am I by the way. And let's uh we got >> Okay, I didn't want to leave you guys on a crazy weekend cliffhanger. I needed to get that information out as soon as possible. Obviously, uh you can probably see that I received some information, a communication, uh which answered a lot of questions that the public has had about the story, or rather the non-story that we are getting from the feds.

61:30The push that Tyler Robinson is this lone shooter, which they're trying to establish as a fact. Some of the burning questions that we had, okay, well, if you turned himself in, how did he also not confess?

61:43I now have the answers to that.

61:46The main point, the reason why this information came to me is because there's a narrative being spun right now by the media that Tyler Robinson is or was suicidal. That is not true, and that's a very scary thing when suddenly they're saying he's suicidal.

62:01And you know, he's in solitary, and he's not suicidal. So, that was the reason why this information urgently came to me. Obviously, I know a lot more, and I'm going to share it with you guys on Monday. I just wanted to vet some of the things that I heard, ask some more questions from people that would know.

62:20Um, and just to make sure everything I say is above board, and obviously this lead led to more leads, and I want to give people a chance to respond.

62:29Um, this is crazy.

62:31Nothing more that I can say. This is This is very serious. I don't know what's going on, but I do know that what we are being told has gone on is just not so, and yeah, this is really kind of going to begin I think to answer a lot of questions and many more questions that need to be asked. So, I just want to let you know that what they're telling us about him being suicidal is not true.

62:56>> You know, we joke about those things, you know, well, I'm not suicidal, but you know, when you I could you could start going into names, you know what I mean? You could go into Frank Olson, the MK Ultra guy, and then it came out that there's information that's come out that old Frank Olson had uh felt bad about some bio uh that were used in uh during the Korean conflict and might be talking about that. Uh how about we go to the infamous anthrax attack uh that where we found out that the anthrax came out of Fort Detrick and they cold told us doctor somebody or other was the guy who did all of this

63:33and he was some kind of subversive lunatic and just then tiny commit suicide before anybody knows. How about the guy with the weapons of mass destruction in England? His last name was Kelly who was talking a little too much about weapons of mass destruction and in what is a strange freak of nature, he cut his wrist and bled out and died, but there was actually no blood on the scene where he cut I don't I don't I don't I guess he bled out somewhere else and then walked to the scene and dropped dead once he was completely out of blood. None of that makes any sense. My point being I have a little bit of a history of this stuff.

64:08Okay, go ahead.

64:09>> I have one more and I'm sorry to interrupt, but let's also not forget somebody else who suspiciously self-deleted cuz you got to be careful the YouTube guidelines. No, I have the jackboot on my neck. What about that Boeing whistleblower, John Barnett?

64:23Weren't there two of them?

64:24>> Yeah, actually yeah, there were >> Yeah, there were two of them.

64:26>> Yeah, yeah and and the thing is like, you know, they were they wanted to speak out and then something out of the blue happened to them and now they can't speak which I find very suspicious indeed, but perhaps we'll solve that mystery another day, but now this again the assassin at least that's what the courts and documentation saying for Charlie Kirk. Now he's not uh don't worry, he's not self-deletion or he's he's put on watch now which last guy was put on watch there was a guy named Jeffrey Epstein. You never heard of him. Not nobody important because he the story's dying on the vine anyway,

65:01but yeah, that's where we're at now and I find this very suspicious. Now they're saying, "Oh yeah, we're we're keeping an eye on him." Who is keeping an eye on him or or are they going to be found sleeping and the power off like that BS story they gave us in 2019 about good old Jeffrey.

65:14>> Well, when you look at it, as the case becomes absurd, you know, a lot of people such as me, but not just me, I'm one of millions are saying, how can they possibly go forward with that case? There is a disaster approaching and the disaster is this, that they go forward with that case. And they go forward with that case. Now, what happens if they go forward with the case? Imagine this, and it actually goes to a jury, and the jury says, "Bye, this doesn't make a lot of sense here. He's taking guns apart, he's putting guns back together, and there's a video of a guy and he ain't putting guns together taking them apart.

65:51Wait a minute, he's limping with the right leg, he's limping with the left.

65:53What is he doing, you know, tap dancing or something here? What is this guy, you know, the you know, some kind of a dance show?

66:01He's limping with opposite legs. When you look at it, there are so many things in this case that can cause, and this is all you need for an acquittal, reasonable doubt that you're like, "I don't see how they can go forward with the case, but how can they not go forward with the case?" Hmm. Oh, I know what would cause this case not to go forward. Perhaps if Tyler Robinson just couldn't take it anymore and decided, "I'm going to kill myself." But wait a minute, why would he be on suicide watch when he's pleading innocent? I can see if he did it and he's like, "They're going to give me the chair because I did

66:35it." If you're pleading innocent, it's because you don't want to go to jail and/or get the death penalty. So, then you're going to kill yourself to stop from getting the death penalty? I think I see a contradiction here.

66:47>> There's a lot of factors put in here because I want everyone to understand, and boy, I hate being an expert into it in my own way, but the legal system, and I know I hate it, I really do. The legal system is not as cut and dry as you see on TV shows and in movies, all right? You just can't rush into discovery and then the next day depositions. That's not how it works. Things move horrifically slow in a way in which you just want to bang your head against a brick wall. And it does take a toll on somebody psychologically, physically, all the things above. Now, again, whatever the defendant's going through, hey, innocent

67:24till proven guilty in a court of law. If it's just starting to become too much or either that something was leaked out to which and then they would try and put him in under watch. I mean, that's a serious thing that his attorneys need to know about and who is watching him and providing him food, health, and everything else because anything can or will happen. Just like when the power mysteriously went out in 2019 for good old Jeffrey. Same thing applies also to Luigi when there were reports, you know, and why am I bringing up Luigi Manjione?

67:53Because there were reports of his conversations with his attorneys being recorded. Which is a huge huge red flag of no, that's attorney-client privilege.

68:07So, what we're seeing happening here, especially with this case for Charlie Kirk, is that there could be some very big significant evidence indicating that the story we have isn't fully complete.

68:19And remember, it's not the first time.

68:21And again, we got to factor in all evidence. The first time where somebody says, "Uh yeah, I did it." And it turns out they didn't do it because of pressure.

68:30Cuz remember, a lot of people, especially when you're being interrogated, it does something to your brain up here. It really makes you go twist and turns to where you are now put in a very compromising situation. So, this this report right now what we're hearing Candace Owens, it is a red flag cuz I want him to speak. I want him to be taken care of.

68:49And no, I don't want any harm to happen to him, okay? Again, he is still innocent until proven guilty. And you need the burden of evidence. And the evidence in regards to the firearms, cuz you served in you you you you're a the I served in the Marine Corps, and when it comes down to weaponry and taking things apart, ranges and everything else, you know, I just got to say something doesn't add up. And as somebody who did site security during my first tour in the green zone, why was nobody on the roofs?

69:17Where was the security on the roof? I mean, that is something you have to do.

69:22You should do. Same thing like what happened with with Trump and the first incident shooting in Pennsylvania.

69:29Who's keeping an eye on the high ground?

69:31Nothing is adding up. And Candace Owens bringing this information now should be bookmarked and protected because if we don't get the full story, the American people once again were blindsided. And especially with the loss of Charlie Kirk and I I I listen, as somebody who is on the left, I I might have my disagreements with Charlie Kirk, but with him getting shot, and I was doing a live stream when this happened. I had one of my viewers, Dr.

69:55Nick, tell me about this while I was live. First I thought it was a prank.

70:00First thing went in my head is, oh my god, please let him stay alive because I saw more censorship coming down the road for us. I saw more demon. And I'm like, please stay alive, Charlie, cuz I really hate this narrative that people on the left are cheering. I was like, no, no, you need to stay alive. Doctors, do your magic. Come on, let's get some Chicago hope ER going on here. And we got none of that. And unfortunately with Charlie Kirk's death, I I've been feeling the squeeze. I think we've all been seeing how the landscape has dramatically shifted. And look at the 180 that TPUSA has gone through.

70:29>> My My immediate reaction when he got killed was this. This is And in fact, I said this on the air. I said, I don't know who did it, but I doubt if it'll be the trans activist or the or the illegal immigrant that they accuse. Cuz I knew at that point where we are, you know, it's like you always know is it going to be a Muslim person? Is it And at that point, it was illegal immigrants season.

70:52It was illegal immigrant and trans activist season. Yeah. So at that point, I knew, well, they only got one or two options, a trans activist or an illegal immigrant. So, which one is it going to be? I don't know, but I knew that it would be implied it was one of them, but personally, not saying that I know anything for sure.

71:12I knew I wasn't going to buy into the latest at that because you know what you know how like there'll be a period of months and all the shooters are in this category. And at that time, the category was trans activist illegal immigrants.

71:26That's all they had to choose from and they went with illegal immigrant. And at that time, I said, "Maybe they'll go with an illegal immigrant who also happens to be a trans activist and they'll just cover all of their bases."

71:36>> And you know, it's it's it's uh it's all an interesting projection that we're seeing for control. And with Candace Owens, who's been on this and again, there's some things I agree with Candace Owens, other things I'm just okay with. Wait, wait, wait, hold on.

71:49But it is it is imperative that the key witness, the key suspect stay alive and that no harm does come to him. Now, again, you know, the the legal system for I know none of you none of you beautiful people ever have to go through it. May you never go through it. The legal system is something in which you feel trapped, helpless. It is It is not designed for a win. I mean, at the end of the day, the real winner is going to be the system.

72:17The house always wins.

72:18>> 90 some percent.

72:20>> Yeah, yeah, the house the house always wins.

72:22>> Yeah, over 90% of your cases >> Mhm.

72:26>> end or >> Exactly. So, so the issue is now, you know, when you have what is happening to to to this case for Charlie Kirk is the key witness, the key suspect must stay alive.

72:39But the incentive, why silence or why make the narrative of him being mentally unwell or him being on watch? Is it because they want to project that he's guilty? Again, you need to have the evidence. You need the footage. You need the DNA. You need the fingerprints. And also again, the weaponry. Cuz as it stands right now, you would think the investigators would be giving this the white glove treatment. But already we've seen reports of the forensics, the weapon analysis isn't adding up as well. There's there's been some There's been some huge red flags in regards to just what exactly took out Charlie Kirk.

73:14>> Yeah.

73:14>> It's And why And why again again Charlie Kirk such a high-profile person was there not more security? Because he was doing something that was unheard of. And I want to bring up something way back when October 7th of 2023 happened when when Israel went into Gaza, right? Or actually when when the attack happened on Israel.

73:33He was the one and he got a lot of smoke for this saying where was all Was there a stand down order? Cuz he's been in Israel >> Yes, he did.

73:42No, he was the first big conservative commentator cuz he he brought up things that we all should know about. There's watchtowers. There's cameras. There's drones. There's spies. There's helicopters. There's airplanes. There's all this site security there in this open-air prison. No one saw guys training with paragliders cuz listen, I just can't get on a paraglider and say I can do this. No, you need to have a little bit of training. At least understanding how things work. Nobody knew was a stand down order given. And as we find out later with the New York Times, apparently Intel did know that something

74:11was allegedly going to happen.

74:14I don't know. Someone's going to come at me. I'm walking down the street. I think you could relate to this. If we notice somebody's trying to jump us, you're going to keep your head on a swivel and not just let them punch you. You're going to be ready knowing that you're going to get jumped.

74:26>> Well, >> Unless you want it to happen.

74:27>> There's there's indications that he was suspicious that people might come after him. But at this point, let's just say as as I said as as Candace reminds everyone that neither she nor Tyler Robinson is suicidal.

74:42Remember, he's pleading not guilty.

74:45Which means he doesn't want to get the death death penalty. It doesn't make sense that someone who's trying to avoid the death penalty. It is not logical. If they tell you he said he just couldn't stand it anymore. He killed Well, he could have done it the easy way. He could have just said, "I'm guilty. Take me out." if he wanted to go, but apparently he doesn't. Once again, we're hanging out with Kit Cabella from Hard Lens Media. All right. And now, this is something that's kind of interesting and that is, you know, as I said, And when it immediately happened, it's what category does the killer go into?

75:18You know, is it going to be a legal? Is it going to be trans? Well, here's something that's interesting and that is And this is interesting.

75:26>> [laughter] >> Justin Kansas or just revealed that Charlie Kirk's medical examiner is married to a woman in the furry community. That's right, kids. It's furries all the way down, buddy. Let's take a look.

75:40I'm not ready for this anarchy.

75:42Well, let me see. I got to find our furries our furry friends cuz somewhere Okay, give me a second here. We need the video. That's all right. We need the video, but and I've got the video. It just sometime takes a few seconds. All right, let's find the video. There we go.

76:07I do not see it yet, unfortunately.

76:10There we go.

76:12I don't know why the video's not playing. That's coming as a not coming in as a video.

76:18Well, we will get this thing figured out.

76:21All right, here we go.

76:23>> Right. Anything that might be of interest in his background? That was kind of how Ashley began. She's like, "Oh, I wonder about the medical examiner.

76:30I wonder who he is." I said, "Yeah, we should get to that." And it turns out there's something very interesting to know about him. And it's who he's married to. His wife is someone who might be of interest, who might be an expert in this category. Honestly, they might bring her in as an expert because Dr. Andrew Gardo is married to a furry.

76:52I kid you not. Or at least the very least we can assert is that he's married to someone who encourages, supports, works with, and propagates the culture of furries and occasionally dresses up as one herself. He's married to a woman named >> [music] [music] >> The computer's doing strange things on me here.

77:49>> Nobody clipped that. Okay, I got my audience, my mad dog killers in there.

77:53Hey gators.

77:53>> I don't know what happened. I'm sitting there watching and all of the sudden everybody's gone. But you know, the people over there at Langley got to make a living too. You got to give them >> Shout out to my CIA handlers. Hey Phil and Bob, say hello to your wives for me.

78:04>> Sitting there watching and everybody's gone, but the what the we we can we can get this.

78:11>> Who is this Dr. Andrew Gardo? Right?

78:14Anything that might be of interest in his background? That was kind of how Ashley began. She's like, "Oh, I want to go to the medical examiner.

78:21I wonder who he is." I said, "Yeah, we should get to that."

78:24And it turns out there's something very interesting to know about him.

78:27And it's who he's married to. His wife is someone who might be of interest. Who might be an expert in this category. Honestly, they might bring her in as an expert, because Dr. Andrew Guhardo is married to a furry.

78:43I kid you not. Or at least the very least we can assert is that he's married to someone who encourages, supports, works with, and propagates the culture of furries and occasionally dresses up as one herself. He's married to a woman named Dr. Ashley Brown Gwahardo. And here she is. Meet Ashley.

79:03>> Oh, no. [sighs] Okay.

79:09Oh, boy.

79:10>> Now we had to we obviously turned the sound off because there was music as she was dancing as a furry and she was promoting her book and she used the hashtag, you know, furry. We're going to read what this book is about before I tell you more about her cuz this is just all just so incredible. Let's uh pull this up Penguin Random House book that she was promoting. She She published this book, Play Like a Fangirl, okay?

79:33And can you scroll down because it tells you us the description. I don't know if you can make that bigger, but I yeah, I can my eyesight's always so bad during pregnancy. It says that the book description is about how women and queer gamers can express any licent elicit excitement, creativity, and desire in online gaming communities and beyond.

79:50How do cosplayers, modders, fan artists, fan fiction authors, and TikTok content creators build communities for marginalized and underserved fans of games? In Play Like a Fangirl, uh Christine and Ashley and Tonya, these are auth authors are going to look at the collective efforts of such fans to create meaningful and arousing connections to the video game worlds, to characters, and to one another using pleasure as a lens. They show how fans playful practices both reflect current cultural values and shape how we relate to video games and ourselves.

80:24They develop the concept of what they call the fangirl gaze to show how communities of fangirls can be regarded as oppositional, subversive, and transformative in terms of societal expectations and gender play and sex. Okay, you get the idea.

80:41>> Uh that's kind of weird. You know, I mean, you think about this. What are the percentage of people in this country that are whatever a furry is, they're furries. A very, very low. And what are the odds that like the medical What are the odds that we would have this furry connection, shall we say, um in the Charlie Kirk um in the Charlie Kirk case investigation? I mean, it just I don't understand it.

81:09>> It's uh you know, look, the death of Charlie Kirk, and I'm just going to say this again on Jimmy Dore Show, and I said this on my own show, too. What's What's horrific, okay? I did not want to happen. And because of the bigger picture, the bigger ramification for all of us in this media space, and that is the Jack booted censorship. And no matter what we Since the beginning of the investigation, and all players involved in the great state of Utah This is the correct right cuz he had to do it in Utah court this is happening in. Um it's nothing but been a disaster. And so, when I when I look at this, the

81:43truth is stranger than fiction, I have to wonder is anyone taking this seriously at all? Will we lose somebody?

81:48You know, again, I probably would have a billion disagreements with Charlie. I I I probably him and I would not get along. But that doesn't mean, you know, his death should be accepted. Like, no.

81:58In fact, it made things progressively worse for this whole media space. I don't care if people were happy or not that he died. No, it was wrong. And it was horrific, and the investigation has been a complete disaster. In fact, from the very beginning, as soon as he spoke, site security failure. Investigation is demise, failure. The way this whole entire court proceedings been going on has been a failure. You want to talk about coincidence? Alopecia, besides the furry connection, which by the way, shout out to my flesh gets people out there. The crusade still goes on. Black Templar still going after the furries,

82:27okay? If the only initiated people will know what I'm referencing. But here here, I will I will run up on this right here. I I will I will I will run up on this right here.

82:37The same judge who was overseeing Judge Tony Graff is still overseeing the Charlie Kirk case. This is the judge. He's the same judge who at a time was also overseeing the Recluse Ben case of Brix and Minifig. And and now that case has been I think set to federal court trial. But that's the same judge who was overseeing that. And that whole that's a whole other debacle all together. What's going on in Utah and what's going on in regards towards the I guess the connection for Charlie Kirk. It's it just seems like it it's getting stranger and stranger to where idiocracy is looking like Shakespeare and in real

83:12life we are the idiocracy and yet you got people out there pretending that they're smart. See, at least the people in idiocracy knew they were stupid. They knew they were At least they had the self-awareness to know they were dumb.

83:22We don't. Hey, look. I know I've done some stupid things.

83:25>> Well, they give us the information and then they tell us that they they tell us what to think and then they are tell us they they they tell us that we're smart because we think what we're told to think. Isn't that great? Well, once again we're talking with Kit Cabella.

83:37I'm sure you know him from Hard Lens Media. He's out there doing good work.

83:41And now, you know, as you get more into war, as you get more into oppression, as the economy starts to deliberately be dismantled by the powers that be, what are you going to see? I'll tell you what you're going to see. You're going to see the next iteration of COINTELPRO. And that's our next segment.

84:00They're launching a new COINTELPRO for the 21st century and this is Caitlin Johnstone. Let's take a look at this video.

84:09>> For far too long, however, our counterterrorism doctrine has had a blind spot.

84:14A blind spot when it comes to extremist violence from the political left. Last November, the State Department designated four violent far-left extremist groups as foreign terrorist organizations.

84:27And there will be more designations soon. This is what radical leftism is.

84:32It may wear various different slogans and ideologies across place and time.

84:37They can call themselves anti-capitalists or anti-imperialists or communist or anarchist or Marxist, but the fundamental character is always the same. It's always the same. It is a poisonous resentment cloaked in the language of equality. And justice and the world communism envisions is a world without God.

84:57>> Old ideological boundaries are now giving way to new operational alliances.

85:03The unified front between international Marxism and radical Islamic movements need not share the same ultimate vision to share the same immediate enemy of free and self-governing societies.

85:18>> a national security presidential memorandum or NSPM. NSPM 7 to be exact.

85:25That directs for the first time in American history all of our law enforcement and intelligence agencies to work together to disrupt, identify, defund, debank, arrest, and prosecute these political terrorists that are operating in our country.

85:46>> Debank. Defund. Hmm. Political terrorist. The Trump administration has announced a renewed crusade against far-left terrorism, which sounds okay if you don't know that the word terrorism only means behavior which goes against the agendas of the Western Empire. The White House announced on Thursday that it's launched an unprecedented global offensive against the transnational, that tells you they're doing all global offensive, of radical left terrorism under which far-left extremism will be treated with the same seriousness and ferocity the world has long reserved for jihadist terrorism.

86:22Again, the war on terror comes home. It always does. Journalist Glenn Greenwald Greenwald Stein reports that according to leaked document from Marco Rubio's State Department, groups to be targeted under the new marching orders will be called will be include violent far left and anarchist networks. You can be an anarchist, but I guess you can't.

86:44And other violent extremist extremist actors as well as violent pro-Iranian and anti-Semitic networks. Who that would be in there. And militant Now, listen to this. Anti-tech and eco-terrorist movements. Why do they say that? As the rise of people who group saying we don't want these data centers. They're messing up everything.

87:10They're take They're causing the prices to go up. They're screwing up every environment. Those would be militant anti-tech and eco-terrorist movements, kid. And I think they need to be defunded and debanked. The move is premised on a White House memo known as NSPM-7. In the words of Trump advisor Stephen Miller, NSPM-7 directs for the first time in American history all of our law enforcement and intelligent intelligent agencies to work together to disrupt, identify, defund, debank, arrest, and prosecute those political terrorists that are operating in our country. The line strongly echoes the line of a 1967

87:50memo describing the goals of the J.

87:54Edgar Hoover program, COINTELPRO.

87:59Your thoughts, Kit Gabbard.

88:00>> Yeah, of course. Well, first of all, what I'd like to say to my colleagues our colleagues who are conservative and libertarian, you guys should be vocally against this because this is what happened to a lot of people from 2016 dare I say it, 2024 at the height of the latte-drinking liberal liberals who were snowflakes and wanted to do cancel culture and censorship and suppression, not only on the right, which happened a lot, but also on the left as well. I mean, there was a lot of times, I mean, where you had people being censored and canceled, and I remember giving this warning way, way, way back in the day, I

88:30think 2017, where those that are cheerleading for the censorship and suppression of anyone, we be they on your side or either that on the right, uh you are now signing your own death warrant for this very same system to be used against you. And what we are witnessing here is a mutated, evolved form of what we saw in the last 8 years of uh the cancel culture and suppression that was happening throughout all social media, throughout all the adpocalypse that happened on YouTube, to all the changes that's been happening, cuz YouTube used to be completely different.

89:01And now we're seeing it weaponized again, and it was weaponized heavily in 2020 to 2024, where a lot of people in our sphere, especially those on the left, were really being censored. There are channels that I've collaborated with that are heavily suppressed, censored, or permanently demonetized. I myself have dealt with the online censorship.

89:20It's a miracle I'm still standing, and that jackboot isn't letting up anytime soon. I wonder why. Uh it's because right now we're seeing a full weaponization. Now, here we have the Trump administration, which I believe last year was proudly touting that they got rid of the Biden censorship machine.

89:34I press X to doubt because more importantly, it is still being used. It is still being used. You're not going to let something like that just go away overnight. It is effective to controlling critics. It is effective for silencing people. The most fundamental thing in regards to the amendments is the First Amendment, our right to free speech, our right to criticize, your right to criticize me.

89:55My right to criticize anybody else.

89:57Jimmy's right to criticize. The audience's right to criticize.

90:00Everybody, you have that fundamental right. Free speech should be protected and cherished at any at all cost. And now we have this administration saying the far left. Really, the far left?

90:10What what is it? Who are you describing?

90:12Because the unified left is not like how it was with the Bernie Sanders movement.

90:15It has been heavily fractured, heavily divided. Uh I mean, most notably, we had the force the vote. I mean, we we saw what happened where people were asking just a simple help from our congressmen and women to put Medicare for all on the House floor for a vote. And guess what? That didn't happen. And then in turn, you had people shaming. Remember how people were shaming voters for not supporting Biden then later on Kamala. I saw firsthand how a lot of liberals were disrespecting the dead here in Chicago when activists were naming the names of dead Palestinian children. So, it's it's just it's the full-on weaponization now.

90:48Like, what is the left? Who are you targeting? Cuz guess what? If you are on the other side, on the right, for a for a moment, you are safe. For a moment, you are confident knowing that I guess your opponents are going to be rounded up. But don't wait up. It'll get you soon enough. Any the fact that this is now being considered and humored and being supported by this administration, you don't think it won't come after you?

91:10Because I made this prediction that it's going to come after us. I made this prediction even if you were against it.

91:15Like, hey, this is going to hurt us.

91:17Hey, if you're so for cancel culture and censorship because somebody made a mean tweet 10 years ago, okay, don't wait up. You will be next.

91:25And I get it. Maybe people change their minds or people said something that wasn't really correct at the time. Like, I guess like, hey, I made a mistake. But now that mistake is you embraced a censorship machine that can target everyone. Because now we have these flat cameras being set up. We're being tracked. We're being monitored. Our data's being collected.

91:45We're in a full-on open-air prison.

91:47>> And you got to add this. You just you listen to what they're saying. The government's never going to tell you what they mean. They're going to cast a broad net so they can catch every everyone in it. It's in it. It's not an accident that they start off. If you listen to their rhetoric, what does he start off? We're going with the far-left extremists. And then all of a sudden it turns into and anti-semitism.

92:09Wait a minute. And anti-tech Wait a time out again.

92:14Anti-tech? How did that get into far-left extremism, violent extremism, anti-tech? You just slipped that one in there. And eco-terrorist that clearly is an indication that these people who are out here starting to organize saying, "I got an issue with the data systems, anti-tech." Oh, wait a minute. Flood cameras are all over creation and they're anti-tech. You're some kind of violent anti-tech person. So, by the time they say, "You're far-left, you're anti-tech extremist, pro-Iranian."

92:53Well, could that mean people who say, "Hey, I think this war was a stupid idea and we have no right legally under international law, our war of aggression is a violation of international law and might I add it's a violation of constitutional law. Whoa, you're a pro-Iranian, pro-Hamasian guy. I guess you're in a far something extremist." By the time you listen If you go through the [snorts] description of the quote groups or ideologies or whatever, I think I fall in most of them if they want to, you know, if I say things that I have a right to say that are protected speech, you could throw most anyone into

93:34any of those groups, which means they it's just who they want to get.

93:39That's all it is. Who do they want to grab?

93:41>> And and and the thing is it for the very fact that you had this administration. I remember when Trump was running, he was supposed he at least the rhetoric I was hearing the campaign cuz politicians will lie. They'll say one thing and then take a dump in your hat the next day.

93:54You know, that's the truth of it. All politicians. That's why I wasn't excited for this midterm election cycle. I had people saying, "Oh, you should interview that these people who are running for it." Like, no. No, cuz I'm tired of being lied to. This is a huge in If you are a free speech advocate on the right, if you're a free speech advocate and you're libertarian, if you're a free speech advocate and you're a Trump supporter, you should be screaming from the rooftop like, wait, this could be used against us because what's saying stopping a Democrat from getting getting office?

94:20And just because a Democrat gets in office, what? Things will be nice? No.

94:22Under Biden and Kamala, things got worse for the online community. Things got terrible for the online community, especially in the independent media sphere. And now, you have the administration trying to line up everybody. If you fit the profile, somebody wants to mess with you, they will do so. With the flat cameras looking at that, you had cops stalking and going after people who weren't even criminals. Let's say you're a right-wing activist or libertarian, and maybe you just don't go want to go along with the herd. Well, they could have they could mess with you.

94:49>> You're anti-tech?

94:50>> Yeah.

94:51>> You're anti-tech? Militant anti-tech guy, I guess that's going to be uh the the description that you fall into.

94:57You're militant anti-tech, and and if you now, I guess if you say, "Look, the problem I have with these data centers are that they're they can get you for anti-tech, cuz you have a problem with data centers." And then you say, "Hey, they're sucking up all the water, and they're taking over there you're an eco-terrorist now." So, they got you twice. So, now, but what did they say in there? See, that's the key.

95:20Go back to the truckers in Canada. That was the indication. Ooh, you gave $25 to the truckers in Canada, we're locking up your bank account. What they were saying was all the things that they told us that we they thought was hard were horrible that the Biden administration was doing, now they're saying, "We're going to do economic sanctions." Again, the war on terror always comes home. Economic sanctions against Venezuela, economic sanctions against Russia, economic sanctions And now you have the unmitigated gall to stand up and say you don't want a data center in your backyard and you're you don't want your

95:56electricity bill to go up four times.

95:58Sorry, pal. You are getting They did it to the what Scott Ritter or a few months ago just threw him out of a bank for no reason. He gets a letter, "Hey, guess what?

96:07You're out of here."

96:08You've been banking for years.

96:10>> I I'd also say it's here. And for anyone like this this should enrage anyone across the political spectrum, generations, boomers, Xers, millennials, Gen Z.

96:19Um you know, this is this has been planned for a long time because if we were to wind back the clock to 2017, 2018, I forget which bill it was, but Nancy Pelosi was first screaming from the rooftop about Trump. And then all of a sudden they allowed his during his first term gave him more powers as NSA to spy in on us. And we had a whistleblower named Edward Snowden give us that warning a long time ago when Obama was president. And then you have the Democrats giving and expanding the powers of NSA under Trump's first term to Trump. This has all been set up. And unfortunately, with all these cameras

96:53being set up, with all these cameras being put into the areas in which there are no streets. For example, there's videos all over social media of flock cameras and other types in obscure locations, parks, anywhere else where there isn't vehicles. Why are they there? There is what was another YouTuber who even exposed that 90,000 these cameras can be easily hackable.

97:12And that means they can be used to track a person down, whoever they are, law enforcement, local or federal. Maybe they could track you down because you said something mean on Facebook or X.

97:23Maybe you were critical saying, "Hey, how come we're at we're at our 200th war right now? How many countries are we we at war with right now? How come our politicians are doing insider trading?

97:32And does that make you the enemy of the state? Does that mean these politicians are above criticism and their actions, too? Because we're the ones flipping this bill and paying for this. So, that's the biggest joke of it all is that is we're being spied in on. And now you have the Trump administration trying to round up everybody saying that they are what extreme right or sorry extreme left left eco-terrorist and then they they say they say which which which is absolutely ridiculous that that makes them a threat. Well, when does it stop?

98:04How many people will go on that list?

98:06>> But in their defense, they don't just go with the By the time they get finished with their list, there's room for everybody. You know what I mean? You got to give them credit. They I can't wait.

98:15>> Yeah, they're their arms are open. You You like the You don't like tech? You You're a You're opposed to tech? No, I actually kind of like tech. I just don't like the government being on the other end of the tech staring at me all the time. But, we [snorts] have a very very significant example of that where um unfortunately for a teacher, um we have a person who had some questions, perhaps maybe wanted to clap, perhaps maybe to uh imply that they were uh concerned with some things that were happening with Big Tech and data center, and uh there was a price to pay. Let's get going. Kansas high school teacher is

98:53arrested for simply clapping in opposition to the development of a data center.

99:05Let's We got And in fact, we've got a video for that, and we're going to show you the video.

99:13>> belongs to us. There you go.

99:16All right, next one.

99:19That's unbelievable.

99:20>> Uh-oh. [clears throat] >> Can I >> [snorts] >> Shoot. Will you ask Will you take the next person out that claps or anything, please?

99:30>> What do you do?

99:32He clapped.

100:05>> [laughter] >> Our multi-billionaires from Silicon Valley. Why is it okay for them to skip out on the taxes?

100:31>> So, there we have it. Isn't that unbelievable? Let us continue.

100:36>> Yeah.

100:37>> He was arrested after clapping in support of AI data center detractors.

100:41A Kansas teacher says he won't be silenced following his arrest for allegedly disrupting a public hearing on a proposed data center. Lux Claridge, a physics teacher at Emporia High School and several other attendees at an Emporia City Commission hearing on July 22nd were issued verbal warnings by commissioners regarding disruptive conduct including clapping prior to his arrest, police said.

101:04>> [snorts] >> But Claridge allegedly continued to interrupt the meeting and refused to leave as he clapped in support of speakers opposing the planned Flint Hills digital campus data center.

101:13Claridge did not comply with law enforcement's efforts to remove him from the premises requiring officers to Look, requiring officers. I like the way they put that. They had no choice to physically carry him out of the meeting, Emporia police said. Claridge was later taken into custody to the Lyon County Jail on charges of interference with law enforcement and disorderly conduct. The Emporia resident was later released after bail.

101:38"I'm glad to be out, but this is an inconvenience really." Claret told the station. "It's not really deterring me from speaking out or I guess clapping."

101:46Claret, who was scheduled to appear in court in September, said he plans to plead not guilty. Claret, who opposes the planned data center, attended the hearing as the city passed zoning changes for the project along with his wife, Jessica.

101:59Footage from the meeting shows Claret telling an officer to "Drag me out."

102:02prior to the arrest. "Seeing them carried out like that was a lot to handle."

102:08uh uh Dan Dan Ford told the station. Claret's arrest comes amid rapid expansion of data centers and AI facilities, which has prompted intense opposition in some circles that has occasionally turned violent, including an attack at the San Francisco home of OpenAI chief executive Sam Altman in April. Calls for data center moratoriums have also surged across the country as communities discern long-term impacts while labor union embrace labor unions embrace their rapid construction. So so so we see that exactly what um the White House is talking about.

102:47This [snorts] guy I guess is an anti-tech militant maybe or an eco-terrorist of some kind and the man clapped. You want to talk about first amendment? You didn't even get to the I would think actually that clapping could be interpreted as an expression of speech. I mean if money's speech, then hell clapping's got to be speech. But imagine that he disrupted it. He was dragged out. Hey, what's this He's in court. Your honor, I'd like to show you my my horrible crime and transgression. All right, Mr. Claret, demonstrate it.

103:19Oh my god, give this man the chair, kid.

103:22>> [laughter] >> There's Listen, unless there's more video evidence of this man break dancing and singing and doing I mean exactly. If if he's doing all of okay, fine. But if all of what they got is this, the judge should be looking at this. And and here's hoping that everything goes great. The judge be looking like we're wasting precious courtroom time for this? I have we have a trial hearing for a reasonable judge will look at this and say, "How is this disruptive?" I've seen my fair share of city hall protest and people yelling in in Chicago. If that is a level disruption, come back at me and tell me when you have a real rock

104:01and roll story. I've seen glorified parades, shout out to my friend Nick Thompson, glorified parades against Donald Trump that seemed far more organized, dare I say, could be a little more disruptive than what that was. That is a nothingburger. That means nothing in the long run of him applauding and agreeing into what a statement was made. And to add insult to injury, you know, his wife is there at the podium. She is seeing her husband. She is in distress, and the city council won't say, "Oh, it's okay. It's okay." Like, no, it's not okay. Unless he's saying something horrific, mean, disruptive, or

104:38disrupting the city council, a clap doesn't disrupt anything. A clap doesn't do anything. And yet he gets taken out and now he's going in September going to be going in front of a judge. This is uh What what are we leading down to? Third World dictatorship now? Is is this is this the pathway? I mean, one of my viewers from Harland's Media Mastermind said he was charged with wrongthink. And I don't know, it's funny to say that, but what is is that going to be a legit crime? Wrongthink? Applauding at something you agree with? Because these data centers are a real threat to communities in many ways cuz people

105:11don't want the water to be sucked away.

105:12There's a lot of loud noises. These are big facilities with a lot of environmental issues around them. I think everyone that has a data center that's going to put near have a right to speak out. But yet, if you clap, the council chooses to remove you. I I just want to remind elected officials at the local level, you know, voters can still vote you out. What did he do that was so wrong? Did he say anything mean?

105:36Is there further video evidence of him doing this kind of stuff? Because if I was his defense attorney, I'd be like, "Show me the proof and evidence of this man constantly being and harassing." If this is his first time there, there's a lot of variables to put in here. He committed no crime, in my opinion, just clapping.

105:52>> And then you ever notice they always got to throw in like disorderly conduct and resisting the police and resis- They they throw in all of these all of this stuff because basically the guy said, "I ain't done nothing wrong. I have What are you going to do? You're going to have to take me out. I didn't violate the law." It kind of reminds me there was a famous case in in Ferguson where there was a this black guy's riding down the road, they pull him over, they bring him into the station, right? He he and they said, "We've got a warrant for you." He had the It was a different name and a different social security number.

106:26It wasn't even him. So, of course, you know what they did? They beat him anyway.

106:30And then he bled on the officer's uniform and they charged him with defacing the officer's uniform with defacing county property because when they beat him, he bled on the uniform.

106:39And that's the kind of thing, you know, it just reminds me of that where you take a guy who's sitting there clapping because he's in favor of what a speaker is saying and you take him out and you charge him with not just a crime disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.

106:54You throw in all of these other things that are absurd.

106:56>> Mhm. Look, our First [clears throat] Amendment right is constantly being infringed upon. We saw this with the Biden-Harris administration. Now, we saw this even going on further on, but it is becoming abundantly clear now that the actions of clapping and applauding for something that you agree with is now a crime. And I would say anyone across the political spectrum, this should worry you. And and while it might seem nothing and applause does not warrant an arrest unless there's a full-on general order of saying, we want silence and everything else, but it doesn't want the police to drag somebody

107:28out. A simple, "Hey, can we refrain from clapping?" That's all you got to do. A rational adult person would say, "Please refrain from clapping. Let us move on."

107:37Please refrain from clapping.

107:39>> As a person who's spent a lot of time in court in a courtroom, I've seen disorderly courtrooms where the judge is like, "Hey, everybody calm down a little bit." Where the judge is He could find people in contempt. He could have you arrested. So, if you're in a courtroom, okay, fine. They can tell you to stop clapping and you have to stop clapping.

107:56You're disrupting the process. Fair enough. This isn't a court. What happens? They literally have announcements to say, "Anyone who opposes this, you know, oftentimes what most likely happens here is you have these um local ordinances that says if something's going to be built, then everybody has an opportunity in the community to come in and voice their opposition or support, right? You come in there. They They tell you, "Come in and voice your opposition or support."

108:21The guy comes in, he didn't even voice it.

108:24He didn't voice it. Somebody says, "Hey, data centers are bad." Woah.

108:30Oh, no, buddy. You can't even It And you know, it's overkill.

108:35It's as the I had an old coach that used to say this, "Kill a nat with a with a sledgehammer," right?

108:40>> Mhm.

108:40>> It is killing a nat with a sledgehammer.

108:43It is saying, "We want to send the message that if you even think about opposing." You see that guy over there?

108:49You see what we did to him?

108:50He didn't think about opposing it. We will squash you like a fly. That's why the overkill, it's not an accident. It looks preposterous and absurd, but it's intentional. Kid.

108:59>> I I And I think there should be definitely a huge follow-up on this because I am curious to see what the judge's opinion on this would be. A rational judge would be like, "What? I I I deal with people getting run over or getting shot at or real-time heavy criminals.

109:14A man claps and this is why you're here?

109:19I mean if anything I would look at the prosecution be like, are you people being serious?

109:24I mean I I mean if this is what if this is what the thought police are coming out to, if this is what it's led up to, I would say to anyone that was cheering leading for cancel culture and censorship congratulations.

109:34Now it's evolved into something that we cannot control.

109:38And that means everyone and anything is now if I snap my fingers, if I do a whistle, that means what? Jail time? Jail time?

109:45Hey, why are you behind bars? What's your story, buddy? I whistled in in a city hall council. CEO, CEO, let me out.

109:52This man's a monster.

109:54>> It'll be like an auction, you know, if any move in an auction and they say gone to the guy over there for 50,000. It'd be like an auction if you like a hair moves in the wind. All right, well, there are people fighting back. Let's take a look.

110:06Next wait it's for the next segment we have a person who found a way to fight back and the system ain't happy about it. The government hopes to set a precedent. An interview with the man charged for allegedly wiping his graphene OS phone.

110:22>> Mhm.

110:24>> American citizen wiped his phone clean at the border when immigration tried to search it and now the federal government is charging that American with a felony that could put him in jail for up to five years. This is absolutely true.

110:37Federal prosecutors have charged Samuel Tunick, a US citizen after customs officers entered a pass code he provided and his Google Pixel allegedly erased all of its data. Tunick was returning from the DR through Atlanta. His phone reportedly ran a type of self-destruct software which allows users to create a separate to rest credential that wipes the device instead of unlocking it.

111:00Tunick was indicted under 18 US 2232A, a law that's barely ever used. It prohibits the destruction or removal of property to prevent to government seizure. Now the prosecution's is that the phone was merely the container. The digital data was the property, and Tunick knowingly caused that property to be destroyed while the officers were trying to seize it. The government doesn't have to prove that the phone contained anything illegal. The wiping of the phone is the crime. Now, Tunick's lawyers argue that the detention and seizure were completely unlawful. He was targeted because of his political

111:34activism. He was not given his Miranda warnings and certainly wasn't given access to an attorney. Now, what everyone has to understand is that CBP updated their rules for phone searches in early 2026. And the new rule says CBP can refer any traveler, including a US citizen, to secondary inspection without any suspicion. A basic manual phone search can be conducted without a warrant, without probable cause, without suspicion. Under current CBP policy, an advanced forensic search requires reasonable suspicion or a national security concern plus supervisory approval. But, in Atlanta, there's special rules. And there's

112:13binding precedent from the 11th Circuit that says the Constitution itself does not require suspicion even for a forensic border search. And that's why the government can take your phone, especially in Atlanta, hook up wires, and download stuff. Now, if a citizen does not unlock the phone, CBP, under the new rules, can detain the device, delay your inspection, but because you're a citizen, you have to be allowed into the United States. Now, for Tunick, the critical issue is intent.

112:43Installing software or to erase passcode is not illegal. Ordinary deletion for privacy is also not illegal. So, if he deleted the phone well before he got on the plane and then entered the customs area, what did he do wrong? Nothing.

112:58But, the statute expressly covers conduct before, during, or after a search. So, if you know a search is about to happen, you now can't delete your phone. Now, Tunik has been charged, but not convicted. Government still has to prove the seizure was lawful and that he intended to defeat it. Let me know what you think in the comments of this case.

113:17>> All right. Now, this is an interesting what one isn't it? Let us continue.

113:21Graphene OS, sounds like a good operating system, provides users with the ability to set a direct PIN password that will irreversibly wipe the device along with any installed e-sims once entered anywhere where the device presents his arrest credentials are rescued. The wipe does not require a reboot and cannot be interrupted. The US government charged him with allegedly typing in a passcode to wipe his phone.

113:46Now, we go on to everything else that happened that has been covered. The agent said they wanted to search his phone. He declined, asked for his lawyer multiple times. Finally, they asked for his phone and gave a pretense of searching for child abuse imagery, of course, with no probable cause for that.

114:06Tunik gave a code which the officer tapped into the device. Rather than unlocking the device, that was that. Anyway, let's get your thoughts. So, what we have and I love that. We got a direct code. Can I have the code there, Mr. Nixon? Yep, it's 1313.

114:251313. Uh-oh, I think that was the wrong code. That was the the Addams Family, 1313 Mockingbird Lane. There we go. I love that. But, of course, as we see we see the same thing over and over again, don't we, kid?

114:37>> Well, I would say, you know, for the very fact that he was being searched and seized. I mean, you got to have probable cause. If there's no probable cause, why are you going after this person?

114:48>> No, they don't. I I I I again Okay, go ahead.

114:50Our Customs Border do not need does Well, they don't need probably call probably This is a good question. They don't need probable cause normally because if you're looking in the Let's say your suitcase, they can argue you could be bringing in an animal or a plant or something into the country that could bring in, you know, some disease or illness. So, normally, they they don't need probable cause for searching your physical stuff for those reasons.

115:15But, you bring in a good question. There ain't no plants or animals or diseases inside of your phone now, are there?

115:21>> No, there isn't. And not to mention what data you're trying to collect cuz if they're coming after you, I mean, there there again, a serious allegation then of they got to be careful of PDF material. I mean, that is a serious allegation. I mean, that I mean, that that that was in the article, correct?

115:36That that that's what they're trying to collect.

115:38>> said that's what they were looking for.

115:39>> That is that is a very serious allegation unless there is overwhelming proof of of him committing this crime or or or crimes in that nature, it needs to be shared immediately. You you just can't say, "Well, we think." Well, I could think that somebody's is a suitcase or there's a bomb in it or I could think that there is illegal drugs in the other suitcase or I could think that there's firearms in another suitcase. You You got to have the evidence and proof. You just can't say, "Well, we think it's on your phone. Get hand over your phone."

116:07Because then what's to say, "Oh, your bank account information, your emails, oh, your political opinions or posts or what are you posting about? Who do you follow on social media?" Cuz now everything's up for grabs. You got to be very careful out there with how you with with exactly how far the surveillance state can actually come after you because when you make an allegation, again, you got to have the proof. Why are you indicating that he has committed this crime? Again, that is a serious that is a serious accusation calling somebody a PDF. You know, you got to have the proof and trail of evidence. Otherwise,

116:42you know, Nick could be facing a lawsuit because of that accusation alone. All right?

116:47>> Yeah. They don't even have >> Yeah. Unless unless there's unless there's something more to the story to lead to further development of any kind of accusation, you got to back that up with proof.

116:56Otherwise, this guy's got a lawsuit on his hands against the Customs Border.

117:00>> Yeah, they they have a >> Yeah, yeah, they have a lot of leeway in what they can do at the Customs um along borders because of things going in and out. I guess they're going to argue terrorism or something like that.

117:11But, the fact of the matter is they would have probably been better off legally if they hadn't accused them of anything. If they'd just said, "We want to insert you know, they could have said terrorist anything something that they their jurisdiction." But, just to out of the blue let me see what do you think? I don't know. Let's go with PDF stuff. Sounds good to me. PDF stuff.

117:31You know, that's the way it seems like they didn't have anything else. They didn't expect him to ask them. And when he asked them, they're like, "Okay, well, I guess this is as good as anything." And ultimately, we we end another end up with another person on the business end of a criminal legal system. Oh, well, Kit, I know that you're a busy man. You got a lot of important things going on and hanging out here with us has been get great, but a a man of your tremendous stature, we know you've got to go out there and save the world. And most likely, Kit, you fall into one of those groups that they've named. So, you know, shortly somebody will be beating down your door to drag you away for clapping over a data center.

118:26>> Now, of course, there's going to be the Heartland's Media knows these two my own characters I created, Commissar Fritz and Deputy Commissar Hans and Deputy Fritz of the Political Police.
